Sugiuran Royalty

Operation Name: Earning Dominion
Mission Type: Long Term Work
Difficulty Of Mission: Elite
Who Can Join: Sugiurans

Information: With the mass exodus of a lot of the previous "ruling" characters(Kakeru and Moose both vanished for various reasons) this has left a rather large void in the Sugiuran Hierarchy. This mission is a long term evaluation over who is best suited to take over the Ruling positions of the Eastern(Religious based) and Western(Militant based) kingdoms.

This mission will last from the moment of this posting until the end of February and we will be evaluating both post volume and quality for determining who is best suited for the position, the evaluation being made by a small committee of Lilith, Frost, and Myself. The two people we feel are most suited to the positions at the end of the time period will be offered a jumpstart to their characters(or a permitted 0 tier for a fresh one) and dominion over that realm.

Primary Task: Prove your Monarch Chops

Extra Task: N/A

Rewards A massive tier upgrade for a present Sugiuran or a permission for a fresh 0-tier Sugiuran.

Yen: Upon joining you will receive 5,000,000 yen. After finishing the mission, you will get another 5,00,000 yen.

Awesome Points: Each post in the mission is worth five hundred awesome points.

MISSION TEMPLATE
Character Name: Kayta Leonhardt
Character App Link: ~~Currently a W.I.P. with plans of being done relatively soon.~~ Currently done!
Reason: After a long period of never knowing her heritage and being kept away from any official dealings or business within the Western Kingdom, Kayta has come across the knowledge of her birth name and what it brings. With this in mind, the thought of taking the throne crossed her mind in order for her to not only rise out of the pits of poverty, but be able to obtain the power needed to help bolster the Sugiuran in case the Tig-Ani ever decided to invade. Long story short, she wants to take the throne and lead the Western Kingdom in gaining power and becoming a powerful force, using her birth name if she must.

MISSION TEMPLATE
Character Name: Chao Yuexian
Character App Link: WIP on gDocs (I'll edit an on-site WIP once I create it)
Reason: The majority of Chao Yuexian's history is centred around what she's done before the Sugi's actually came to the PH-verse; with vast-accomplishments that herald her as a heroine in their society, her final act done for the preservation of the Sugi's facing their calamity in the original multi-verse put her to sleep. As the lying beast suddenly awakens, the vacancy in the Eastern Kingdom, and her personal connections to what was considered the East in the previous multi-verse (if possible I'd like to word that her heritage and name especially set the Asian-esque trends) coincide well to justify her claim over the throne.

Reason: Belleh is currently trying to come into contact with the nobles inside the capital in order to fight for his right to the throne. His reasoning for it is to protect the sugiura in the western kingdom and to become stronger to protect those he loves. Whether he gains the monarchy or not will no effect his goal in the long run.

Kk, so I fully intend to finish Chao Yuexian; while writing her out, she's already become one of my most beloved characters. The issue is, I'm 100% confident that she won't be finished by the time the monarchy thing ends, and even then she might not even get finished come summer; the main issue is her history, as the thing is novel sized and the majority of the events in her life are inspired by several chinese novel series with thousands of chapters, hence a lot to write about. Take into account the time I have to write her out in combination with when I have sufficient muse and drive to write legibly, and it's at this point guaranteed she won't be completed.

Personally, I wanted to put Chao Yuexian in the monarch event mainly because I thought the dynamic of a Sugi ancestor re-awakening in the new world, while the East so happens to be in need of a reigning authority, to be appealing for plot reasons. However, I'm still interested in the plots possible with such a position, and I'm getting more than enough muse for a much smaller character--which I'll also pour my soul into--that can far more feasibly be completed in a shorter amount of time. (Minor plus, she'll be a Soldier-Sugi, which doesn't seem too prevalent amongst the new ones made.) That being said, if it's okay to switch out Chao Yuexian for another WIP:

Reason: Lihwa, found on holy grounds of the Eastern Kingdom as a mere infant, is suddenly raised specifically to dawn the task of leading--if at least as a mere figurehead--the Kingdom. Reason being, an immensely complex defensive ancient magic spell protected her. Featuring remnants of the magicks of the "Old World", naturally powerful people took interest; as is the trend, the old comprised the powerful, and those old enough to recognise formidable energies instantly understood what sort of psions were being emanated from the defensive magic, and their resonance with the babe: the Progenitor bloodline.

Sure thing I do not mind, however you'll have to finish this character before the event finishes. This means finishing and posting with them. But I'll approve of this character instead of your last then.
