Okay since I want to do some stuff with Ichika this is perfect for her and the event is just a great excuse. So I would like to change Chifuyu Yuudeshi to her Saca Dila; Ichika Yuudeshi due to the fact I never did anything for this event with Chifuyu and so it doesn't go to waste I think this would be great for Ichika's character.

Why exactly is your character interested in this?
Isn't she neutral?

She's malluble. Her allignment depending on the people she interacts with, but generally defaults to Neutral Good, excluding some radical plot thing. And at this point in time, she believes that Cirno might be able to grant her some insight to regain some sort of mental stability.

Alright, gonna do this with Kimitsuki for the reasons we discussed in DMs. While Kimitsuki is rogue/neutral she will attempt to create some sort of 'balance' in the world that is PH.
