Even though the commander position is open, I'm gonna approve Ryoichi for the lieutenant spot with a caveat of being if he gets stronger he can freely move to commander.

[mod]As per the banning of Gin, Stefan Soan in no longer the leader of the Monsuta. Azuma Lazarus is the new King of the Monsuta. I have changed the org page to reflect this.[/mod]

The following Has occured.

1. The Monsuta will be relocating back to brazil and Blood fall will once again be the natural HQ of the monsuta.

2. All Satellites and the main workings of Blood Fall, highlighted in the defenses created by tora lionus; which stefan failed to destroy have been reactivated, the creation of Dead Drones has been reinstated.

3. Due to The Invasion from shadow fall, all ties with the antagonistic organization has been severed.

4. The Position of the Dark has been re-opened due to azuma becoming the leader of the Monsuta.

5. The Monsuta's Main Lands in south america will resume a heavily militarized state.

6. All members of the monsuta are to be on standby for further orders.
