[Plot -- Hanako Iramasha] Where and How?

--It can be anywhere or anyhow as along Koichi (Frost) said it is okay for that to happen. If Frost or staff member says no because of in-character reasons, then it is an nonnegotiable no-go. Time is not important as there will be times when Frost and I got around to making threads to fill in the gaps.

--You can have your character be at the area to interact with Hanako or to battle her. But be wary as due to her possibly powerful standing, the thread will always be an OPEN thread.

--It has to follow the criteria
----1.) Where is Hanako now?
----2.) How did Hanako ended up there?
----3.) What would be her current situation?
----4.) Who would be there with or against her in that situation?

--If there are many different suggestions, I can work with staff to make a poll and go with the highest voted situation.
