★ There isn't very much that needs to be explained here. All you need to do is nominate someone who you've noticed has done something special in any OTM category and one whom you believe should go into OTM Finals and be apart of the OTM contest experience.

I'll Vote for Andy since I know he has been doing stuff. August seemed to be a very slow month and we cannot vote for Frost since he won last month.

I'll go ahead and lock this out and move on with the final version of this. Due to the lack of staff, I have allowed repeat votes since Blade was also allowed in tow OTM's. This will be more or less the same for all OTM's until we get an uber big staff again.
