Name of the Race: Shinigami Dolls

Summary: These are basically an updated Tech dolls.

How long have they existed?: 500 Years
Sub Race of: Shinigami
How to become one: It can be done by altering the soul and creating a body of a Doll to insert the soul of the main race into, this however takes a large amount of work and the body of the Doll and Soul must fit like a glove to make sure the user is comfortable within the body. It is very possible for a Shinigami to become one of these beings, the benefits being very good for those who prefer close range combat. Each doll body is built and designed through a very careful process. The process of which making a person into a doll would require first the removal of the current body in whole or piece by piece. For example parts od the doll can be assembled over time. The hand could be first, then perhaps a leg or another body part. However this process can only be performed on Shinigami at present.
Associated Organisation: Gotei 13/Unabara Clan

Orientations: the dolls are loyal and programmed with a free will allowing them at the higher makings to do as they please. They have a personality as much as one person does and can form their own conclusions. This allows them form their own opinions and calculate what they want out of a situation.

Aesthetics: The race is able to have changes as large as having a hand that becomes a saw. To being a walking computer themselves, this is entirely up to them. The tech is able to overcome many things, some may be built of nano based tech. While others may look for a more sturdy build allowing them to create and grow as they please. These creatures are both created in a lab and made from Shingiami. Allowing them to become and modify as they see fit, for example their own body can act as a storage system or perhaps something more. Eye's of the doll can be planted and programmed to act as a cybernetic eye for shinigami. Everything is possible within the tech of this race, the special body is able to act as a synthetic and they are capable of reproduction. These dolls are a creation of their own and will continue to grow as the world allows it.

Additional Racial Powers:

Spell Reflection The Doll's bodies allow them to reflect blows normally that aren't done a certain way. Making them harder to fight and training partners for people whom wish to learn. But when one steps into the realm of higher level powers they are much better this. They can reflect physical or spiritual based damage allowing them to send it back on the user. However their bodies must be capable of taking the blow first off. If their body cannot take the blow they are unable to reflect it. These beings do feel pain at this level of design and are capable of deciding to avoid this sort of damage. Now not only must they be able to handle the damage being on Tier with the enemy using it. They must be able to send the spell back at the user. For example, someone with Advanced Spell Reflection wouldn't be able to send back a huge blast of energy capable of destroying a city. Someone with GM could, but it would take almost everything they had to do so. This racial has a one turn cool down after use and will work again after a post of absence.

Hard Body They are designed and made of some of the strongest metals this world has ever encountered. Some metals designed for the body do not exist and are extremely hard. Allowing them to have a body that is capable of absorbing blows from almost anything. This durable body allows them to be extremely effective. They are able to endure several tons of pressure effortless with better bodies. However this martial and the stronger bodies must mean a strong soul and strength of reiatsu. You must be able to handle the process of it being put on and capable of wearing it. Imagine this body as a suit of armor that moves as a living skin. It can be strong early but the person must be capable of enduring it. This body is both a benefit and a drawback, it's not easy to move if you aren't comfortable in. Those who are strong in it are capable of having this around their entire body. Making them threatening to just about everyone. Those unable to bare the burden of it can only do certain body parts. Every doll is born with some of it, but must select to specialize in one of the three traits. Meaning only one of the three may be a GM at anytime, no more or less.

Reishi Manipulation: They are able to devour and manipulate Reishi in it's first form. It's a power that most have it allows them to command massive amounts of Reishi with little effort. They can read energy at higher levels and even control the fabrics of the world's energy flow. They are not effect by different types of energy and can manipulate all forms of Reishi. This includes the energy of demons known as Death energy, they can use it as a refueling source if need be. The manipulation of energy allows them to create some very interesting tools and moves. The manipulation allows them to fight as though using a form of Shunko by generating high amounts of Reishi to fire or use as a force behind their attacks. The greater levels of this are able to do amazing things, they can rip entire sections of a realm and use it as fuel. They are able to generate and store a massive amount of reishi granting them strength if need be. They are able to use it in many ways and repair injuries if need be. The power of Reishi Manipulation is strong with most of the Dolls, each one is capable to do so at a core level. This power is much like the Quincy's allowing them a similar level of control but in different mannerism then the other. The Doll's can eat the Reishi they manipulate and store it for later on. On the subject of devouring, they can only eat Reishi they are able to handle. A 1-2 isn't going to be able to handle a 0-4's reishi or energy it will be destroyed from it.

Additional Racial Forms:ONLY ONE TRANSFORMATION PER DOLL:

Spell Reflector Transformation: As it's suggested the transformation occurs within the Spell Reflection machines themselves, growing in a way similar to a shikai or bankai would. Allowing the user to reflect without worry of a cool down on them, however the strain is constant and they must select between attacking and reflecting when they decide to do so. Once again they must be capable of reflecting the spell in question and sending it back. However their bodies are no longer the concern in this transformation. With the activation of the the Spell Reflector, it takes strain and damage based on the amount of pressure placed on it. They may only reflect one type of damage at a time, they can only do physical or energy based. Making them capable of sending back some strong attacks. This transformation only lasts five turns. The transformation phases begin like this 3-1, 2,-1, and 0-3. at this point their soul can handle the strain that comes from the form. This is merely one choice in a grand scheme of the design's they are given to pick from.

Hard Body Transformation: This is the transformation given to them who went full hard body. Their capable of taking massive blows with little trouble and are capable of dishing out just as much. Their body has become a walking weapon, spikes and everything you could imagine. Their body is on par with the hardest martial's in the universe when the transformation is activated. The appearance once again depends on the modification done to the wielder of the tech. This design allows them to create a very sturdy and highly mobile body, the amount of force they can take is insane. Their body is capable of doing many things wonderful and beyond reasoning. The transformation tech into this one combines Nano-tech and transformation software allowing them to become big or small as designed. They are capable of great strength and fighting. The Nano tech in transformation allows them to create weapons from body parts or manipulate their own body structure. The transformation phases begin like this 3-1, 2,-1, and 0-3.


Reishi Manipulation Transformation This form is the only one that has a very set look to it, when you encounter such a doll. They will have wings upon their backs 90% of the time, making them very easy to spot. The wings devour Reishi and energy into them feeding the Doll with a great amount of power. The energy taken in is used like an explosion, giving the doll powers similar to Shunko in a way. This reishi increase allows it to grow and send out a large some of power, now the nature of each manipulator's reishi is different. Most of the time they take the form of a scientific thing allowing their reiatsu to then create a powerful force unlike anything is seen before. Among the transformation's this one is the only one without a time limit. The wings are the only part that is added, however for this reason. The transformation phases begin like this 3-1, 2,-1, and 0-3.

Race History: They are built in some ways like Nemu, Mayuri's daughter is a large part of the graph for their design. Tsubasa is the creator of the tech that goes into them creating the Doll skin and software. Allowing the race to have elements of Gigai and Artificial Soul elements but capable of more. Tsubasa's intense learning prowess allowed him to take every Kisuke and Mayuri left and design the Doll. The doll design takes large parts of the design for Nemu who was a being designed in the likeness of a Shinigami, except it improves and adapts them to a new design. Tsubasa took many a night studying and going over files before attempting to make the dolls. Each one requires time that can take almost a year, age and appearance are up to the person. But when the creation process is done a new life form is born, their appearance and look all their own. Tsubasa has started a revolution with these and created warriors capable of fighting in any number of places. They are learning and capable of living lives normal as people who have dreams and aspirations. The Doll's were born from an idea that the Shinigami could grow.


Why Should we add/play this race?: In a way the Doll's already do exist in the PH canon and Bleach Canon, Nemu is the key element. If you look at her on anything you know, she's not a shinigami. She's a creation of Mayuri, he's got no wife and made her in a lab. I think this race will add a diversity to the Shinigami and bring a new element in that can bring more to the human world. They already basically exist in the world, so I thought we could give them life in a way and let people play them.

This does seem good but how long would it take the doll to become stable like Mayuris daughter before then how would they function because from what we know She's timid and quiet barely does anything out of order and is strong enough to handle physical attacks from her father. My concern is outside of being more durable than the normal shinigami what else do they being to the table. I like the race and wanna stamp yes but just answer these and I will be more than happy to stamp it.

They bring something similar to Nemu to the site. They bring a different type of Shinigami that is completely loyal, now with the software known as the Doll Software they are basically almost normal. They do have quirks like you said, Nemu was a first production Mayuri did as his child. She didn't have the software, the big thing is..This let's people make characters and build them exactly how they want. It also grants a choice to make, how will you make your Doll exactly. Will you be a reiatsu eater or maybe you'll have strong skin. It is about choices being opened up to them. Keep in mind Mayuri's daughter again was an early product and without the Doll Software, which add's much more to them. This software combines elements of Mayuri's Nemu and stabilizes them. Nemu's personality was also a thing that came from an abusive parent, that's not entirely uncommon. They are highly adaptable in ways a regular Shinigami just isn't, they are physically tougher yes. But keep in mind like Nemu they can store things inside their bodies, such as chemicals and poisons. But far more than that, one could have a built in chain saw or something along those lines. They are about choices and being adaptable, but are capable of learning and being almost like a regular Shinigami in someways. If this doesn't answer the question tell me what else you need to know.

I have Zero qualms with what I just read, but the sub race will be watched carefully when it comes to the more powerful characters within it. Hope that's alright. Otherwise, the entire Sub Race is approved upon the template being shown in thread.
