The Living World, arriving here to help heal this land was part of it. Tetsuya's Zanpakutō allowed him a great deal of control over the earth, healing the life here and giving it fresh life wouldn't be hard. He was normally seen as a serious Captain but he was also a tactical strategist raised by one of the greats. Tetsuya's eyes looked over the area and decided this place was a good spot for a base camp. The area was high ground with good defense on all sides, Unabara Assassins were on hand so he had them silently scout the area. He wanted to figure out what kind of enemies were in the area. Tetsuya was quietly going to assemble a small base camp, he had his people begin putting together the camp. Making trips into the city would come later, they needed to understand the land and figure things out. The landscape was useful and so was everything he could feel. Tetsuya looked around, for now the matter was settle this peacefully. No need for swords, hollows or anything undesirable would be handled once things were set up. A base camp was vital and important for those who wished to grow. His eyes stared ahead with a cold gaze, watching for his people. Getting the ground set up was the first thing of importance in need of doing. No traps were here, grant it he'd simply do away with them if they were. Strategic points of interest were brought to him, he glanced over the maps. People needed help here, medicine and supplies. A couple things needed done to make this place better for them, he rubbed his chin. As a Captain he played a different role for now, hostility with the natives wouldn't do. First step was to set up security and improve things, make the people here want their influence. Tetsuya walked over and spoke to a couple Unabara Clan's men who came with supplies from Iran, everything was set in place. "We should give them food and medicine for things..Build a four corner defense and get ready..We'll protect them and clear things out while we are here.."
So defenses and improving the life here would be first, he didn't detect anything hollow wise that would make this challenging. Tetsuya was making plans to go into Iraq soon and take over the place. Peaceful solutions for these sort of things normally went well as he they would take their time and slowly add defenses and other things. The staging area was important, just rushing in and killing everyone wasn't the answer. Tetsuya crossed his arms and leaned, the base camp they set up would do nicely. His frame leaned upon a wooden pool inside the tent, his clan provided tents which were roomy and comfortable. For now the area was secure, he would let the other Captains arrive before making any plays. He wanted to make sure they were safe here first, strategy dictated that you needed to be smart. Tetsuya's father would of moved forces in quietly and taken over the area. He rubbed his chin, force was a last resort here. The Gotei 13 couldn't afford looking bad, they needed to make sure people were taken care of. He sent people with food and medicine as a gift for them, to offer healing the sick and wounded. To also help set up structures to protect them, taking over the place would be a slow process. They would meet with those in charge of the city soon and try and invite them into the place. The Gotei 13 wouldn't be able to do this one military style, he would try his way first. If it failed then he would go into his father's tactics. Which this city wouldn't enjoy at all, his eyes coldly stared at the map. The Base camp was set up it was almost time to begin the operation.

Wow, this place is so nice and cozy Shin-kun. We should vacation here.
Perhaps we can....you know, after we kill all the Hollow and whatnot.
I'm aware of that baka! You think I like them anymore than you do?
Shin noted the truth to that as he noticed Tetsu forming an area of operations. Unabara individuals were scouting the area. Shin figured this would be a good time to do a run to observe the city and try and estimate the numbers and what he could do. As the base began to be finished being set up, Shinryu simply placed a hand to his brow as he moved towards Tetsuya with a shunpo.
"I'm going to do a run, scout and cull movement. Might take some time to observe the enemy movements to see if they have any organization, and earn some of the trust of the ones under siege by doing some rescue work. If I find adequate opportunities I'll cull some of the numbers in any populated defenses are present."
Shin noted as he soon vanished with a Kyokko before shunpoing towards the City. His steps moving swiftly as he made his way towards the city outskirts before stopping atop a palm tree and eyeing the surrounding area with a cautious eye. And immediately, something seemed off. Clusters of menos, low level demons and gillian were stationary at the north, south, east, and west entrances of the city from would he could see. And some were moving outside it in a patrol. He even noticed an exchange of patrol between a demon and a gillian. And yet, off in the distance and on the way here, he noticed random sprinklings of random demons acting aimlessly. So, some were organized and some weren't of only the demons, but the Hollow had some organization. It was interesting and a piece of information worth keeping in mind. He figured his best chance at learning what was going on was from the aimless demons skulking in the wilds off from the city. They would if given the opportunity, taken shelter in the city but weren't for some reason. A Reason worth investigating. Shin vanished away from his location and scoured through the wilds, trying to find an isolated enough demon that wouldn't cause any notice. He soon appeared behind the demon with his Shikai blade pressed against it throat for a moment, killing all the vocal cords and voice box instantly so it couldn't make a sound as his left hand tapped his fingers against the creatures back. After five taps, several rods of yellow light soon impaled it's arms, legs, and torso, casting five instances of Rikujokoro on it while rendering it unable to speak as well as unable to move. Within a moment, him and the demon vanished and reappeared next to Tetsuya as he placed the creature on a chair. He then looked towards Tetsuya with a bemused look.
"Their defenses are organized more than they should be. They even have rotating patrols and all main entrances guarded. However, only a portion of them are demons, the rest are roaming about. I think this roamer might now why, so I brought him back for a little chat. And as good as I am with causing pain and torment, I usually accidentally kill them, so I figured you'd be better at the questioning than I am. So you hear that buddy? You don't answer my friend here and I take over."
Shin said as he pressed his hand to the demon's throat once more, reversing the necrosis and then sealing his Shikai as he presented the being towards Tetsuya to question. Mostly, Shin was just feeling lazy and torture rarely got interesting responses when he did it. Mostly just screams and suffering and whatnot. He figured Tetsuya playing as the 'good cop' might be more prone to getting answers as to why some demons weren't allowed into the city and their organization. Shin had a hunch but making actions on hunches was not very smart. Fun, but not smart.

Tetsuya's eyes shifted to the man who arrived as he exhaled a breath. Answers were what were needed, he had a method but it wasn't one used very often by him. He walked over towards the figure of the person sat down in his presence. So torture would of been one way to do it, but a truth serum made from plants would work as well. Or the third option he could simply make the man give up the secrets willingly. A crimson glow erupted from the tent as his eyes glowed red and he walked closer, he didn't say anything as he reached out. The intent to kill became so strong that it was beyond just a desire for blood. Bodies felt like they were being stabbed in his presence, his father didn't allow this to be used. Tetsuya needed information, their wasn't time for bad cop or good cop. He extended his fingers outwards and set the hand the man's shoulder, snapping his hand into a fist. Sent a hole through the tent as he brought the hand to the head of the creature. It got an idea as it could hear tree's falling over, this wasn't a means. The Unabara Killer intent wasn't like your regular intent to draw blood, it was something far worse. A hunger it was a wild animal seeking to kill you. No escape was there to let you out, he rested his digits on the male's head speak coldly."Talk or lose it...I'll find everything you love and they will experience the terror unlike anything you can fathom.." He waited if answers were given then it was well and good, if not he had one more thing up his sleeve. Anyone who got near that tent got a feeling of dread, something in here wanted to kill them. Tetsuya released his killer intent as the bloody aura vanished and his eyes returned to normal. Walking over to an assassin he took the note as he did nothing to the male seated in the chair. He read the note and gained a slight smile before he spoke."Take them out, leave no trace.." He said softly, as he looked towards the male. Defenses were set in place and the Unabara were ready to begin the slaughter of the demons and others within the area.
"One last chance, anything else or they all die without a chance to even know what did it." He made the last word to the creature, Tetsuya wasn't a good cop or even a bad cop. He was neutral so it didn't really fit as well picking him to do this. He shrugged his shoulders relaxing, so that was an interesting thing. Using something the clan didn't use currently just to get some answers. Tetsuya's attacks were fierce and deadly as he was a powerful warrior who could learn much and gain great deal of experience simply through the journey. He'd spent a long time making sure not to bare those fangs at people and keep the Unabara pride intact. His eyes looked over to see what condition Shin was in. Last person to witness the intent was basically in a unconscious state due to it's nature.

Shin watched and felt as the aura plummeted into his being and he began to bemuse himself at the feeling for a moment as he sat down and placed his Zanpakutō on his lap and proceeded to meditate through the force of it as he noticed Shibo Aijin beginning to shake.
Interesting, it affects you to. Very fascinating indeed.
You bastard I can feel my spine crawling with bloody murder and you're just sitting her chuckling at me? That's like laughing at a shaking puppy!
Awwww Shibo-obaachan, are you my little wittle puppy now?
BAKA! Don't you dare tease me right now I can't take it! Why aren't you shaking anyway?
It's very interesting. I want to understand how it's radiating this feeling in such a manner.
Great. You're sense of never ending curiosity is so strong that it overrides the death and murder feeling he's putting out. How typical of you Shink-kun/
The two proceeded to bicker while Shin ventured into his inner world. Granted, some of his body was naturally twitching in response to the aura but mostly, being in this state let him override the feeling of dread with a feeling of child-like fascination. The demon afflicted however, was not so lucky as it shook more than Shibo Aijin was.
"What the hell? Everyone hates us nowadays now? We can't just live in peace?"
"Peace for you doesn't really warrant enslaving humans. Oh, I spoke out of turn. You were about to continue telling us what we wanted to know."
"Like Hell I am!
It was then that Tetsuya sent out the Unabara to go and kill everyone the demon cared for and the demon's eyes widened as he did. He was bluffing, he had to be. Even with this lethal intent that oozed into him. And then, he saw it. In his eyes. He was serious. And the demon whimpered slightly.
"Please....I don't really know anything.....all I know was our family was living there and when we refused to pay our demon taxes to this Hollow big shot, they kicked us out. Taxing us just cause we're demons....the Hollow was weird though."
"How so?"
"It wasn't normal. It had a group of cat like Hollows at it's side, three of them. But the Hollow itself....looked kinda like you....It still had a hole but it looked more like a Shinigami than a Hollow."
At this piece of information, Shin's brow raised. That left three options for the organizer of these Hollow and demons. An Arrancar, a Vizard, or a Vasto Lorde. And Shin really hoped it wasn't the last option, they were a pain in the ass to deal with without causing massive destruction. Fighting something like that wouldn't be an option without evacuating the city first. The other two options seemed peculiar too. Why would a being like that lead all these littles? What did it truly have to gain, aside from the 'I am da LAW' title and all? But, Vizard was immediately scratched out by the mention of the other Hollow in it's care. most likely Adjuchas. So, either this was an Arrancar, a Vasto Lorde, or an Arrancar that used to be a Vasto Lorde, which seemed explicitly worse now that he ran it through his mind. Shin knew one thing was for certain, this was information that couldn't be revealed as being shared or it would cause an alert. Shin shook off the feeling of the dread as it died down and went over towards the demon in question with a smile as he placed his hand on it's shoulder.
"You did good. Rest assured, this was all he needed, you are free to go."
Shin said as his Shikai then enveloped his hand, before in a swipe, the demon's entire neck and head were soon black, the necrotic effect on it's brain meaning instant death as Shin shook his head.
"I've narrowed the options down to either an Arrancar or a Vasto Lorde as the culprit of this organization of the enemy defenses. Neither sound like pleasant options. Rock Paper Scissors to see who gets to kill it? Ready? Rock....paper....no? Alright, fine, we'll take it by ear then. You're really no fun, you know that Serious-Taichou?"
Shin said as, first he made the attempt at the game before giving up at seeing Tetsuya's face. He wasn't exactly the life of the party it would seem. No matter, they needed a plan of action to safely secure the city and eliminate the enemy without causing casualties. Which was troubling. Shin knew how to accomplish one part of that however as he shrugged his shoulders.
"Whatever the case might be, my special barriers can keep the civilians safe if we found a way to to evacuate them safely and quietly. Once we secure them, we can proceed to eliminate the enemy."

Re: Operation Earth Expansion: Gotei 13 Mission [Kingston, Jamaica; July 25th, 2415, 8:00 AM]

Artist: Fairy Tail OST| Song: Main Theme Slow| Word Count:238
Hayden dropped his back on the ground in front of him as he looked at the base being set up by the Gotei, he hated that he was picked to be this Liaison between the Vangaurd and Gotei for this operation they were performing. It was bad enough he was a shinigami that never joined the Gotei opting to go for the Vanguard instead- his heart wasn’t with the Gotei to be frank. But ever since his encounter with wolf nor was his heart fully with the Vanguard, to be frank he was with them just to protect people- that fire he had at the beginning had dulled to a small flame that with each passing day became less vibrant. Hayden let out a sigh before kneeling to pick up the duffle bag and proceeded forth into the area.
He looked around upon entering looking slightly lost, his Vanguard badge attached to his robes to signal what he was. His eyes looked and dodged around for who he thought might be in charge of the forces here. It was strange to be around literally no one he knew and was to keep the peace between the Vanguard and the Gotei. Whelp his life was going to become way more interesting in the small space of time. However, as he began to focus on his surroundings he eyes looking for anyone he might know before suddenly.. was that Shin?
