ENTER THE MONSUTA
Alignment: Chaotic Antag.
Allies: At this time, The Monsuta has no known allies with other organizations. They do, however, have many connections to smaller contractors, factions and other self-made material. It is a base ideal that as an antagonistic organisation however they are spanning their links back to both Shadowfall and k world at this present time.
Neutral: The Monsuta tends to leave the idea of neutrality clear from their views though they don't see much point in those who don't oppose them, they still define themselves as either friends or foes, those between? corpses.
Enemies: At this time their enemies appear to be most of the currently active factions. These include The Gotei, Vizard/Yayjuu corps, Vanguard/Vastime, K-World and Shadow Fall, everyone who gets in the path they have at present moment however is considered an enemy, though many relations with monsuta are being organised and possible hopes of alliances being built.
Info: The Monsuta were many things in the past. At first they were an organization of vizards which were hellbent on opposing the world out of the contempt that Hakai Chikara possessed for The Vizard Corps and their leader. As the years went on, they expanded beyond that simple vision and started taking into their care many different other races and factions. Under the lead of Tora Lionus, they were a band of savages that indulged in their darkest desires. Only pure brutality, torture and carnage were on their mind. While, under the control of Stefan Soan, they sought to maybe try and clean up their murderous image in a futile attempt to become like other factions on the planet.
Those who are apart of the Monsuta in this new generation define themselves as terrorist and seek to disrupt the current balance of the world. They fully commit to the operation of destruction and devastation within the areas of the world outside their own. The main goal of this is the ideal of causing havoc for most current organizations, nations and so on and causing a crippling blow to all major forms of infrastructure and eradicate the very concept of control. They are mongrels unleashed and intend to send the world back into chaos and destruction in order to root free the weak from this world leaving only those like themselves ... true survivors.
Never the less, the kingdom built was a haven for all vagrants in need of a home to join and built up their resources to combat in the name of their beliefs, or to serve a cause that follows the decimation of others. Yet, they do not want them to kill their own internal comptetion. Nay, they do not even desire to kill all supernatural races or anything like that. They just want to see the planet thrive in their own radical vision. They are true mongrels fighting for a cause.
They are not bound by ethics, morals, laws or rules. they are an organised group that thrives in chaos and will do anything necessary to achieve their goals.
OBJECTIVES
- Redesign the world bit by bit with any method possible
- Destruction of economic systems creating chaos
- Gather up resources for their cause
- Implant the fear of the Monsuta back into peoples hearts
- Cause havoc for other org/factions and disrupt the balance
- Shelter and give a home to the undesirable/unwanted people of this earth

Wealth/Resources: The Monsuta, while fractured, still have more than enough resources and wealth from the nations they have oversight over to produce materials they need for their org. This means they have the budget, people and tools needed to craft various types of supernatural weaponry, defenses, supplementary gear and so on. This accompanied by their vast land puts them in an incredibly favorable position.

THE POSITIONS
Monstua King and Imperator: Essentially, these are the people at the forefront and those with control over the Monsuta. They can make executive decisions for the betterment of the Monsuta, Often they are assisted and advised by the group known as the Black Mark, though ultimately they have complete control. They have the power to arrange resources, ranks and other permissions as they see fit, they may act in any manner they wish the only people they answer to is themselves or in the case of the Imperator the king and only the king.
The Architects: The Architects of The Monsuta can be considered the effective shadow hand. They handle most of the complex decisions, elevate what is right for the organization and usually have an immense amount of power in the organization. They are only over-ran by The King and Imperator. Granted, most of them are unknown for the time being just to conceal their identity. There are some that may even pretend to be just regular Monsuta members not to compromise their positions.
The Harbingers: the Harbinger Division is a part of the Monsuta that only takes the highest quality of warriors and recruits them can be comparable to captains. However, unlike Captains, they can choose what parts of the Monsuta they want to enforce and are not restricted by tier. Instead, they are selected based on what skill set they have to offer and what they can handle. harbingers will often be divided up with military resources, recruiting, security, intelligence, resources and so on. And there is no limit to the amount of Elites.
The Operators: The Operators of The Monsuta make up the bulk of the PC (personal character) force. Operators can make their own decisions and decide what resources they want to contribute to the Monsuta, but they usually encouraged to wreak mayhem however they are often monitored by the higher ups in order to keep tabs on their forces. Otherwise, they are free to do as they please.
Officers: Officers of The Monsuta are effectively their own independent agents. There are some that are hired or kept on directly through the internal team of the Monsuta; while the Monsuta isn't opposed to hiring outside contractors to fill up their forces. They handle task on behalf of the Monsuta and provide a variety of resources. These can range from intelligence, muscle, equipment and other types of task that can be bought and paid for.
Dead Guard: In addition to acting as a sort of home defence, this group also has a secondary position as the Organisations security force acting as both an internal affairs group and the security force that will seek out insurgence among the Monsuta's members. Because of the amount of trust placed into them this is usually made of the most loyal members to the Monsuta and often times the strongest or incredibly useful members making the division one of the highest honours to be apart of.
