Mephisto
Hellknight
Mephisto knew that he would now have to stop messing around, as he could easily feel the change in the girl. She wanted to hurt him now, and even in the moments that they were fighting, as his sword stuck against her foot. Mephisto now activated the power that lies within all Demons, Akuma Kyōdo, as he used this to cover his skin, which his opponent could still not see not that she needed to, in what looked to be dragon scales. This would help push the pressure of any of her next several attacks, if he had no choice but to let them hit, be displaced over a larger part of his body by the interlocking scales that now covered the outside of his skin.
The world around them must have looked like Hell or like an Angel had appeared on earth, because the sheer amount of heat, energy and light given off by the blocking of his attacks and the heat generated by both of them was awe inspiring, even as the snow and rock around them started to heat up and melt. The Hellfire was already starting to spread, mostly due to the fact that the blocking had caused it to spread outside of the normal area in which he allowed it to, as it started to spread even over the snow and began to act like a forest fire in a dead forest. Mephisto was use to this level of heat, as this was his element and he was born in Hell itself but he was not sure how well his opponent would deal with the heat that started to even make the stone under their feet start to gain near magma like intensity of heat.
As the blocking happened, Mephisto soon became very glad that he had another hand open as saw, and felt the energy, of the women starting to come in for an attack. He saw the odd color that covered her fist, and he instantly knew what it was. Chi. A way that humans have been able to fight off Hollows, Demons and other things for awhile now. He needed to get out of there and get out of there now, because this was not a place he wanted to be. He was now going to play serious, and sadly for his opponent that meant not playing fair.
Using the hand that he had available, he would simply raise it pointing his pointer finger at his opponent and using the same level of Demon Magic as before would cause a shock wave to spawn. This shock wave was not designed to hurt her, though it could have if she did not have that unique ability of hers, it was designed to send Mephisto flying out of the way of the strike. This use of Demon Magic managed to only send Mephisto a couple dozen feet in the direction away from her, before he would use the same reality bending again to teleport directly into the center of the blaze far enough away from her, only one hundred meters or so.
Due to the fact that the Hellfire itself had the same color as Mephisto and similar spiritual energy, and was all around them attempting to track him though that would be made much harder though not impossible. That combined with this new sound that seemed to appear, the sound of wolves howling and growling all around Naomi. There seemed to be hundreds of them, when in reality there was, back on Mephisto's realm of Hell, and all of them seemed to either be calling out for prey or they were letting others know that a gate has been opened. Before long, three massive dogs.... well, at this point they are beasts, came walking out of flames and they seemed to be ready to fight. These beasts were bigger then Naomi was, but they were far weaker, that much was clearly just by the spiritual pressure they put out on their own but there was three of them now all looking at Naomi for a moment before turning around and running away. They seem to have a place to go to, before the rest of that dozen came out of the rest of the blaze.
That group of nine did not waist any time as they jumped her at the same time, like a group of wolves would attack a elk. The unique thing about these beasts was the fact that they were made of the Hellfire that Mephisto had just hit Naomi with and they used it as they sprayed her with gout of Hellfire before attempting to bite, claw and scratch her. Mephisto knew that all of that would most likely not do anything, because her ability, from what he had gathered, takes her stamina or willpower and drains that in exchange for damage. It is an interesting ability, and one that he figured that she had perfected and made that way over many years, but Mephisto made a choice. He was not going to get close to her if he could help it, it was far to dangerous to do so, she could not really be countered and the sheer strength of her was higher then his, if not by much now that he was actively trying now but her abilities were still too unknown to allow himself to get close.

Re: Mephisto VS Naomi [Platinum Heart Tournament]

Artist: Caravan Palace — Song: Cotton Heads
The air screeched around the woman's fist as it soared for its target. Naomi didn't give two flying fladoodles about the solar temperatures berating her body, or the flames that were devouring her clothes and licking her light-toned skin. She was an arrow, straight and true. She was just pushing forward until her knuckles hit something she couldn't see, waiting for the crunch of bone and snap of sinew. The issue was that it never came, even at the apex of Naomi's lunge. She felt the pressure of something weak hitting her, and the force was completely battered away by her forward momentum, not even slowing her down. That was not Mephisto's intent however, as it was only due to that something that he was able to escape his doom, using the pressure to blast his body back away from her punch at high speeds. The exchange was not called there, however, as even despite that he escaped her physical reach, the excessive force of her blows could not be forgotten. The girl released a kinetic shockwave of her own from her knuckles to chase after the man as he fled, and it was closing the gap tremendously quickly. Just as it was about to smash into him he... vanished.
''Grrrrrrr...'' the woman growled low in her throat, fumes practically rising from her head. The green glow of Chi around her arm dissipated without effect, wasting the energy harmless to her enemy; she'd failed to connect the blow, so it had no effect. The woman's head turned left and right, her ears perked for any sound of where he could be, her spiritual sense reaching out in search for the man, but finding so much disturbance in the form of these demonic flames. On top of that, her ears were suddenly filled with the feral howls of a pack of animals, causing further interference with her senses. She had to deal with both of those factors, plus the fact that her legs were still on fire, and her face was still stinging from the blast she'd taken head on. Despite all of it, she stood sternly; unfettered. There was no sign of injury on her person, and she looked like she was still at one hundred percent. She did not falter when the howling came closer, or when the the ground began to grow soft and sticky as a result of the hellfire. She held her fists at her sides and spread her legs out in a combat stance, ready to smash back anything that took a swing at her.
Suddenly, a surge of heat rushed at her from the main conflagration, and Naomi once again displayed the power of her sensual capability. She did not physically touch it, but she could feel the heat rising from the direction the wolf came at her. She was able to read its position, size, and intercept it based on the intensity of the temperature on her flesh. When the familiar was within arm's length, Naomi's fist was already through its torso. The enemy was defeated in an instant, as the woman's incredible strength created a multitude of shockwaves, scattering the flames used to create the beast so far that reforming would be likely impossible, or take an exceptionally long time to complete. Defeating this foe did not bring her any satisfaction though; she'd struck out but felt nothing solid against her skin, feeling only a strange discomfort as though she'd just listed something incredibly heavy. Killing the thing only brought further irritation, and a nod of exhaustion. When the next several familiars attacked, they too were all eliminated in the same manner, in one blow, and bringing the same terrible feeling to her limbs. Fighting these things was not making her feel well. She did not want to continue fighting them. She wanted them to leave her alone, but they were still coming at her, two replacing every one that was dispatched.
Enough was enough, Naomi decided. She raised both of her arms above her head as far as they would go, clasping them together with a loud clap before intertwining her fingers with each other. She created a boulder with her hands and held it high for all to see. The wolves came charging at her, but she ignored them. ''GUUUUUUUUAAAAA-AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!'' she screamed, sending her hands crashing down like a meteor into the ground. The area was silent in contrast to the volume of impact, a mind-numbing CRACK that left the eardrums ringing afterwards. The instant she touched down to the ground, everything was blown away. The already weakened mountain could not contain the strength behind this attack, and it would fall. Fissures ripped through the whole frame of the mountain as though they were roots of a tree, rapidly sprouting all the way to the base. The landmark was split into dozens of smaller megaliths that began to scrape against each other as they fell apart. The scene could both be heard and seen from miles away, the sight of a mountain crumbling down. It was heartrending, in a way.
Another result of Naomi's massive attack was that it blasted several tons of snow into the air, instantly transforming the area's weather into a blizzard. The plumes went as high as the blue-gray sky, and as far as the mountain range. In order to escape the reach of snowstorm, one would need to leave the battlefield entirely. Naomi's visage disappeared into the white, with far too much sleet in the air to see her... or much of anything, really. Mephisto's and Naomi's entire field of view would be clouded by the torrent of snow, though only one of them really used their eyes in a fight. The snow had been throw high enough, and was light enough, that the arena would be in this state for the next few minutes. Like this, they would have to rely on their other senses, and Naomi was already working on that. She stood alone within the self-induced blizzard, the fire gone now as it was blasted away when she struck the ground. She also was falling down along with the mountain, but managed to keep herself upright even still. She was ignoring the calamity around her and focusing on one thing: Her ears were as rife as ever, sensitive to the sounds of the world around her.
It was the sound of light powder hitting a certain kind of surface that produced a unique sound amongst the cacophony. The snow that crashed into Mephisto would sound different than the snow that fell against stone, or more snow. Metal, flesh, fabric... His was the black sheep, and Naomi could distinguish that one subtle difference and read his location from that. ''There~...'' she whispered, breaking out of her focus. She bent her knees as though to jump and then her form vanished into the snow. Mephisto, who's eyesight would be heavily limited, and who would have a hard trouble reading her energy signature unless she was actively using Chi, should of have little to no indication that she was coming, or where she would come from. However, she ended up resurfacing on his right, her arm hooking around his front to grasp him roughly by the neck. She held nothing back, so his breath would be knocked out of him and his windpipe would likely be damaged even with his armor in the way. Her fingers would dig into the dragon scales as though they were plastic tupperware, attempting to crush his throat as she lifted him with one hand.
If he allowed himself to be caught, which was not all too unlikely, Naomi would easily chain the grapple into the same attack as before. She'd cock her other hand back, balled up in a fist and brimming with verdant energy. The neck hold would prevent him from escaping this time, and the same defense that prevented her from taking physical damage would render him unable to pry himself from her grip without ripping the front of his neck off in the process. Silently, she threw the punch, sending it straight into his gut in an attempt to finish it all.
One hundred to zero.
