Reason: I would argue that Styn has always been a member of Khalaism, just not much of crusader. All religious tenants and beliefs follow true to how I've played the character from day one.
Rank: Well part of respecting those in their domain is not pushing Khalaism where it's not wanted. Part of being enlightened is realizing when you're wasting your breath. With those justifications Styn can say he's never converted a single soul, so he's very unlikely to be recognized in any official way by the church.
