She has a large wardrobe, but usually wears a floor length dark blue and white frilly dress and collar and hat that is tilted to the right side at a 45 degree angle adorned with red roses along with an orange sash hanging on her left shoulder. Underneath she wears white laced trim thighighs and garter belt and white panties and bra.. She doesn't have any tattoos, markings, scars or piercings.
She walks, stands and sits with air of grace and sophistication indicating one of high birth and status.

Personality
• Personality: Minerva is very mysterious and enigmatic character. It is sometimes difficult for others to understand her as she likes to lie or at least tell half truths and is often not direct and forward to another person. She often finds a person of interest and follows them around and engages with them in their travels before moving on to another person although she sometimes may stay loyal to others for quite a long time. She often does not like attention and when she does selfless acts of kindness and charity, she would rather others to take credit.
Due to her long life and enormous library, she is knowledgeable in countless subjects and if it suits her, she would lend a helping hand. She often tends to manipulate others do her work for her if she can. She can be whimsical and fickle and sometimes lazy, however if there is a threat or something that interest her, she will take matters in her own hands.
Her default altitude and behavior tends to be light heartened and playful even when in a fight. Her priority in life seems to have fun and giggle at whatever fancies her. She enjoys meeting and talking to new people, however when she is serous she tends to be quiet. She easily takes things as they are and is rarely stressed by anything and therefore dislikes very little. However. arrogant know-it-alls tend to annoy her.
Although she fought many times, she is not comfortable feeling pain and it makes it more difficult for her to concentrate. She has trained to be able withstand pain, but progress is slow going.

Enhanced cognition and comprehension(Passive)- Although one may be able to read anything it doesn't mean they will understand it. This ability enhances to a genius level whatever concept or idea that the user is thinking about, making it easier for one to put ideas together to formulate plans and general multitasking. This also enhances mathematical problem solving and mental calculations to a genius level matching a low level supercomputer. This is also helpful for strategy and tactics related to combat and also enabling the user to make on the fly calculations such as speed and movement.

Description: Aristocrats are born with inherited abilities passed down from previous generations. The total amount of mana her body holds is based on her currently tier She hold 2000 that replenishes at 50 per post or 100 when she is asleep. A new day replenishes all mana. If however she tries to use magic when there isn't enough mana, she will lose consciousness until at least twenty mana is restored. She can sense others magic and magical items regardless of type from up to ten miles away unless they are being hidden. She is also immune from the effects of her own abilities.
Tier level 6 – 30 mana, replenish 2 per post or 10 when she is asleep.
Tier level 5 – 300 mana, replenish 10 per post or 20 when she is asleep.
Tier level 4 – 600 mana, replenish 20 per post or 50 when she is asleep.

Name: Pocket Space Dimension Manipulation:
Description: Minerva also opens a rift in spacetime to store items to which she can access when necessary wherever she is. The size is up to about twenty cubic feet. The pocket space cannot be used to store living things however. Anything that is in the pocket space does not age or spoil or wear out.

Origin: This is the first book she ever stole. She acquired it while working as a researcher’s assistant in the Rigalite Military Library.
Expert language acquisition(Passive)- the user can proficiently understand reading a foreign language by reading a document of about a hundred words which also enables them to write in that language. The user can understand proficiently the verbal language by engaging in a ten minute conversation with someone.
Book Name: The Elements and their Usage 3rd edition by Yoshika and Muller.
Origin: She stole this from a friend of a friend back when she attended the academy.
Description: A large compendium of elemental and related magic. She only knows some of the magic listed in this book.
Name: Fire conjure and manipulation
Description: This allows her to conjure or manipulate a fire ball a meter in diameter, The fire can burn up to 6500 degrees Fahrenheit. Can be fired as a projectile from any part of her body. As a projectile, it travels at 100 miles per hour and on impact, instantly covers a ten meter radius area. The range is 250meters. This ability can also be induced by touch. This ability also allows the user to make an already existing fire to burn hotter up to 6500 degrees Fahrenheit and spread rapidly in a ten meter radius. Can also snuff out existing fires that are not her own unless it is stated that someones ability is keeping the fire lit.

Name: Gravity manipulation
Description: Can induce gravity up to 25G in an area of 20 meter radius. She can use it to crush or immobilize an enemy. She can use it on herself to try to lock herself in a position so she cannot be forced to be moved. If she uses it on herself, anything else in the 20 meter radius will be affected and be pulled toward her. Can be fired as a projectile from any part of her body. As a projectile, it travels at 100 miles per hour and on impact, instantly covers a ten square meter area. The range is 250 meters. This ability also enables her to fly at 250 mph at a maximum altitude of 51,000 feet. and to torpedo through water taking three seconds to reach the top speed of 200 mph. This also allows her to levitate in the air.
Mana Cost: 70 per post while in use
Book Name: Understanding Molecular Manipulation and Physical Augmentation.
Origin: She actually bought this book from a traveling merchant.
Description: Provides active and passive magic on transformation and enhancement of mostly natural attributes.
Name: Shapeshifting
Description: This allows her to instantly shape her appearance into someone else or an older on younger version of current appearance. The user acquires others appearances by seeing them less than twenty feet away at any angle for at least ten seconds, however this method will allow the shapeshifting to last for ten post. Also, being subject to strong emotions or pain makes it harder for her to maintain the appearance. After losing it, she cannot use that appearance unless she sees the same person again. A longer lasting method is if Minerva acquire a hair, skin or bodily fluid sample that fits in a needle, she can create a mixture to drink which enables her to permanently use that appearance for as long as she wants.

Name: Enhanced healing
Description: This allows her to herself or others physical injuries that are non fatal and to cure fatigue. Each healing takes one post to activate and another to finish. Critical injuries like losing a limb takes five post to heal. The ability can be induced by touch or fired as an energy projectile, it travels at 100 miles per hour and on impact, instantly covers a ten meter radius area. The range is 250 meters. The healing area last five post.
Mana Cost: When healing it consumes 20 mana per post
Book Name: Knowing the Mind, Telepathy and Others volume 2 by Ming and Dulles.
Origin: She snatched it off a dead general after a battle.
Name: Mental breakdown
Description: This allows her to induce fear, madness and breaking another person will for individuals at an adept willpower/determination or lower, but takes 3 post to affect the person. Those with a higher willpower can easily withstand manipulation. As it starts to affect the person their own voice in their head begins speak to them creating doubts about their current situation and tries to convince the person to runaway or give up. This ability can also remove a mind control from someone else and pacify those suffering from madness and rage. The ability is induced by touch on the skin or hair.
Name: Telepathy
Description: Can use to talk to others up to three thousand miles away. Communication is not affected by walls of any substance.
Mana Cost: 20 and 5 per post while in use

Name: Parasol
Description: At first glance, it looks like a normal European style parasol with plastic and paper elements with a 24” diameter, However the metal elements is made up of tungsten carbide with. Due to it's dense structure it weights 750 pounds, so not just anyone can pick it up. For Minerva the, parasol weighs only 5 ounces due to her gravity manipulation magic. The concussive and kinetic energy and vibration from a physical impact is directed back at the attacker. She experiences little recoil and any that she does receive is negated by using gravity manipulation to lock her in place as long as the impact is not overwhelming. The parasol can stop a 2000kg car crashing at 45 mph which is a equivalent of 400,000 joules of kinetic energy, without any harm coming to Minerva. However, an impact force stronger than that will most likely punch through. Anything sharper and stronger than tungsten carbide will cut through it. Its meting point is 5100 degrees Fahrenheit and it will shatter if exposed to temperatures of at least -200 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, it can also deflect normal light like a mirror, but not if it used as an energy based attack.
Name: Esuna potion
Description: Can cure most general sicknesses and ailments. One use per vial. She has 2 vials.
Name: Potions and medicines
Description: She carries six vials use to treat common aliments like the flu. The medicine are both antibiotics and anti viral. She uses these to sell for profit, which is one of the ways she has amasses a large fortune. Anything else that is needed to treat more threatening sickness require at least week to create if she has the prerequisite knowledge.

Background History
• Background: Minerva was born as the only child to minor nobility of the country of Rigalis. At a young age she became adept at her teleport magic, her hereditary power. She was an eager learner at school especially among the arcane arts and alchemy. Her teachers noticed she was one of the most gifted students and pressured her to work harder. With this amount of academic pressure, she look for ways to enhance her learning. At the age of seventeen, everything changed when she decided to break in the maximum security library of magic and stole several books on powerful magic many of which became the core powers she would use often.
Amongst these, she valued one in particular the most. She was able to gain the ability to remember everything she ever reads and comprehend and can calculate math at a faster and more accurate rate at a genius level. With this ability she spent more time stealing magical books and items and practicing alchemy, she became more proficient and was near masterly level of most magic. Just one would have taken a lifetime to learn without her increased analytical mind. Along with the encyclopedic knowledge she able to use that ability to gain immortality or at least stopping the age process, although she could still die to physical trauma.
No one really know how she was able to obtain this. One prevalent theory is that she was able to concoct an elixir based on accumulated decades worth of research from stolen secret documents, items and technology from the Rigalite government and teleporting the entire building of magic and alchemy institute away so she cab use it herself. To be far, she did place the building back a week later after destroying all the research so only she possessed whatever result that came out of that project. She maintained a well deserved reputation of a thief as she stole whatever she could get her hand on. She acquired anything that would make her more magically powerful. Although she occasionally had to steal from high level security installations, after awhile she had accumulated a large enough fortune mostly from selling her own manufactured pharmaceuticals to pay for items and books from personal collectors sometimes well above a reasonable price. She does not steal as often as she used to.
She keeps the largest single collection of magical books, tomes, grimores, magical items but also the largest collection of science, mechanics/technology, literature, history, art etc. Because of this, she is an expert on many subjects not just on magic, but all types of academics including science, law, history, politics, medicine, biology engineering, etc. Due to her long age, she has read and owns just about every spell book, grimore and tome that exist. Some magic is innate and some are used through spell books. Even if all the books were lost she has all of them memorized perfectly. The library is guarded by an army of clones of herself and other mythological creatures. The location itself is full of booby traps dead ends and mazes. The location had only been infiltrated very rarely and it had been a fatal mistake for those trespassers.
She quickly became wanted in every country on the planet Asteria, but by that time, she was already too powerful to forced to be stopped or at least stopped without heavy destruction. She became to be known as the Dimensional Witch, as she traveled through portals frequently, a derogatory term that she came to like. Since she did not go out of her way to use her powers out of malice, indeed, theft is really the only thing she could be proven to be charged with, whenever she appears in public and is recognized, the authorities would politely ask her leave and not steal anything. Due to rouge attitude and her powers, she is often asked to arbitrate in diplomatic negotiation as a neutral third party or help design engineering projects, but due to her unreliability at times, she usually has free time to spend it idly playing, learning new magic and anything else that fancies her.
She cannot always be carefree as she had often fought against rouge armies, mercenaries and assassins trying to kill or capture her so she does posses multiple lifetimes of combat experience, often coming up with strategic and tactical plans complex enough to outwit her enemy as she fought countless battles.
After living for such a long time she decided to travel to different timelines and dimensions to go on a new adventure and to see if she could acquire even more magical items and knowledge. Unfortunately, when she travel to this dimension she lost her abilty to teleport and travel through dimensions. She is now standed here. Perhaps she can recover her abilites and find her way home. And now another chapter of her life starts.
Mana:
The spiritual energy source that powers magic on the Planet Asteria is called mana by the natives. Extracted mana comes in a gaseous form, blue in color. Almost every human on the planet has the potential to manipulate it for their own purpose from destructive fire abilities to making coffee taste better. A smaller population are even born with abilities that were inherited by their parents while other forms of magic are learned from spell books. Learned magic cannot be passed down to the next generation with the exception of a few individuals. Like any other tool, it has it military uses. The aristocratic class possess the most powerful and destructive forms of magic and uses it to great affect.
When one is born with heredity magic they also have a pool of mana flowing through them. When one is learning magic and does not a hereditary ability they have to rely on another source for mana. Depending on the abilities of the user, more or less mana will be used that is naturally replenished over time. Some people are born with larger amount of mana then others, while others can increase the natural amount permanent or temporarily with magical items like magical books, elixirs, or through training to push yourself to the limit. When a person is trying to use more mana then they have in their body, they risk falling into a state of unconsciousness until their body can replenish a small amount or if the person receives enough mana from someone else. Naturally, people will try to avoid such consequences by using magic items that have their own source of mana and hold their own in reserve. While it is possible to have unlimited or near limitless amount of mana, it is usually attained by a combination of having a hereditary trait with a large pool of mana, long life and constant magic training and experimentation.
Many aristocrats use their own hereditary magic along side learned magic for greater variety, or sometimes a learned magic is more useful. For example, someone may be born with the ability to use fire but it may burn at only a thousand degrees and takes concentration, while an advanced learned fire spell may burn at several thousand degrees hotter and consumes less mana.
Some magic, whether it is hereditary or learned, may be performed by thought, incantation, or is a passive attribute of the user depending on the ability.
New abilities are often created, but this takes time and constant testing. For example, if one wanted to manipulate metal they would have to have a full pool of mana and constantly expose their senses to metal. From constantly holding, looking at, smelling and even tasting metal long enough to where a sudden feeling is felt in the body. At first, they may only move small pieces but may quickly master reshaping or moving larger, heavier pieces. Depending on the magnitude and strength of the ability it may take from a couple of days to decades before one may learn the ability, let alone master it.
A basic set of spells learned in military academies are fire, wind, earth and water manipulation, which take less than a year to master them to a point where they can cover ten square meters with one of the abilities.
Lastly, those with mana can sense other magical people and magical objects including other types like chi and chakra up to ten miles away as long as their aura is not being purposely hidden.

It was just another day at the Maximilian Estate. Genesis Maximilian was glad that he finally had a day to focus on actually getting paperwork done. He was looking forward to some peace and quiet. Or so he thought when he look up from his desk and saw that annoying but beautiful girl with a parasol. She was currently floating above his head with a cheerful smile on her face.
“Not today.” He said already dismissing the distraction that took the shape of a lavender haired girl.
“Oh come now.” she said. “That is no way to treat a lady. Not even a hello?” she said feeling hurt.
He knew she was just faking her hurt expression. It was an emotional manipulative test. It is what she always does. Genesis knew her enough to figure that much out. At this time, Valeria, Genesis' personal maid, entered the room with a tray of cup of tea and biscuits. Valeria and Minerva looked at each other and both of their eyes met. Minerva could tell just by looking at her that she was still upset about the loss she suffered last time.
“You already know how this is going play out.” Minerva respectfully warned her. Valeria walked to Genesis to hand him his tea all the while not taking her eyes off of Minerva.
“You should stop wasting my masters time.” Valeria said bluntly.
Minerva simply smiled. That devious and annoying smile that just tempts even the most reserved among us to slap off her face. Without warning Valeria expertly brandished a knife from her right garter belt and threw it directly at Minerva's nose.
“She starts the fight the same every time...” Minerva thought to herself as she opened her parasol to block the incoming blade.
This time was different. Since blocking the projectile with the parasol would obscure her vision. Valeria charged forward. And tried to sweep Minerva's leg. Minerva was able to float back out of the way just in time. Valeria tried to follow up with a right hook punch so she could remain on the attack. However, she ended up hitting the parasol. The force behind the attack recoiled back at her making her lose her balance momentarily. It was just enough time for Minerva to use an incantation to freeze her feet to the ground with ice. Valeria instinctively tried to slash at the ice with another knife but when she made contact with the ice, it froze her hands to the frozen foot she attacked. And just like that it was over. It was the fifth fight in a row that Valeria was defeated and also the fastest. Minerva wasn't here to tangle, but to have fun.
Genesis leaned back on his chair and face-palmed.
“I have work to do. It isn't easy to calculate progressive tax reforms and balance this budget. So if you just see yourself out I would appreciate...”
As he was trying to finish his words, Minerva snatched the important documents from his desk and began to look it over.
“What are you doing?” Genesis asked impatiently.
“Shh I am reading.” she said with a giggle.
“These documents are not toys.”
He stood up to approach her. But she suddenly placed the papers back on the desk.
“This is simple.” She said nonchalantly.
She grabbed a pencil and a sheet of blank paper and began to write.
Genesis couldn't help but be silent and curiously looked over her shoulder to see what she was doing.
It took less than a minute and then she explained.
“You see the percentage changes made here will add revenue here...” she pointed with her finger...”and also these expenses here can be paid off within thirty days following this payment plan.”
Sometimes she was just flaunting Genesis thought. She was able to crunch the numbers in less than a minute when it would have taken him all day to do so, assuming that he did not make any mistakes.
She turned to him.
“Sooo now that this work is out the way, Let go out!” she said.
“No” Genesis stated resolutely.
“Aww!”
“No...”
She shapshifted into a ten year old version of herself.
“Pretty please big brother. I promise I will be on my best behavior!” she pouted with puppy dog eyes.
Genesis sighed.
“Fine then, but only for an hour and don't call me big brother. I rather not have people think we are related.”
She smiled and hugged his right arm. Genesis decided that he might as well go because it won't be long when he could idly pass his time like this as war was brewing just around the corner...

Before I get into the checking of this application, there are two striking issues in this app that should be resolved: The first is your appearance. On this site we use a system of "Face Claims" where we are allowed to claim a character from the animanga world, or video game world, or whatever, as your character's appearance. Yours, Yukari Yakumo, is already claimed by another. This means you either have to use another face-claim with another appearance... or you can ask the owner of the face-claim to share with you. The person to talk to would be our head administrator, [TheFrost]
Secondly, is the mechanics you have set up in your character. Mana is not a defined energy source on our site, therefore you must create it. What I'm saying is that mana means nothing until you give it meaning, by describing the energy in your application; the properties, limitations, and how it works in general. I cannot really go over any of your abilities until you do so.

Okay, now that we're getting into the powers, here is where I tell you some of the don'ts of the site. This power was good until I got to the telefragging part. While creative, can be broken. It's instantaneous, meaning impossible to react to (literally), and with good aim and focus, you can port say... a brick into someone's brain. Not very fun. So, you need one of two things; a delay in between the initial point and the destination that allows foes to 'dodge' the telefrag, or some sort of tangible projection that can be 'blocked', disallowing you from porting to where you want.Teleportation and Dimension manipulation
Uh, strange request, but I would advise actually buffing this ability. You can have a bigger 'mana pool' (say 1500-2000) and better mana regeneration (say 50 a post). And the reason is, because I am going to ask you to remove the mana regeneration from your items and reduce the pools on your books. This makes it easier to see the strength of your mana, and it eliminates the oddity of your books having better potential for mana than your own character.Hereditary Ability

Overall, you forsake description and detail for one sentence "immunities" and "absolutes", perhaps our site's biggest no-no. If I missed any, you can take this note here as a request to remove them. As fair warning, the amount of effort put into an application and its descriptions/flavor/et cetera will help determine the tier you start out with.
