Sun Mar 01, 2015 10:17 am
» Name: Unknown.
» Alias: Dread.
» Titles: The Distortion. The Child Of Vectors & Distortion.
» D.O.B.: March 1st, ????.
» Age: Dread’s age is unknown, but she has the appearance of a prepubescent child. She can assume her Resurrección appearance minus the wings with ease, in that state she looks like a teenager, but she doesn’t use it too often.
» Gender: Female.
» Affiliation/Rank: Rogue.
» Appearance Picture:
As for her attire, Dread is always seen in a knee-length, long-sleeved, white dress with a high collar. A dark blue ribbon is loosely tied around her neck, a shawl of the same colour is loosely worn over her arms the star of david imprinted on the end of the shawl. It should be noted that the shawl doesn’t seem to get in her way whenever she battles. She wears a pair of plain black stockings and black mary jane shoes. The outfit can only be described as simple and immaculate.
Dread doesn’t change a whole lot when she transforms into her teen form, still maintaining her physical attributes. She’s simply taller, heavier, and her hair is longer. It has been put into a loose and somewhat neat braid, the end tied with a dark blue ribbon. She is now one hundred and seventy centimeters and is fifty-five kilograms.
Her attire does change though, going from a simple white dress to one that’s primarily blue. The top portion of the dress, including the sleeves, are white, but the rest is blue. The bottom of the dress is a dark purple and so is the ribbon tied around her neck, a cross attached to it. The shawl is still present and so are the shoes and stockings, though there are blue diamonds running along the side of said stockings.
» Bone Appearance: The remnant of her hollow mask is located on both ears, taking the form of earrings.
» Hollow Hole: Dread’s hollow hole is located in her abdomen.
» Reiatsu Colour: Her reiatsu takes on the form of light blue rose petals.
PERSONALITY
HISTORY
It could had been one years since she had seen her parents or even an entire century, but either way, Dread only vaguely remembers the two individuals that gave her life. This can be seen as the blue-haired Arrancar not being close to either of her parents, something that’s true, but this lack of memory can also be attributed to trauma, forgetfulness, or a combination of various things. From what she does remember, she can safely say that despite holding no attachment to her parents, she had been given a relatively normal upbringing, as normal as an Arrancar’s upbringing can be anyway. She doesn’t remember siblings, so she assumes she was an only child, a thought only solidified by the simple fact that she remembers her parents being the sort of people to shower their child with an unnecessary amount of love and attention. She was their angel and she only received the finest things from her parents and nothing less. She remembers being showered with gifts, most of which she never touched since she either didn’t need it or didn’t desire to touch it, which left to a rather cluttered environment. Now rather this unnecessary amount of attention drove her closer to her parents or away is not something she can recall.
Though she was not very close to her parents, according to the girl who can hardly remember them, she had been devastated when they had been killed. Rather or not she like to admit it, her parents were guide to the society that she lived in, and with them being torn from her, well she was rightfully upset. She doesn’t remember who the culprit is nor does she seem to care, but from the moment her parents drew their last breath, Dread was on her own. She had aimlessly wandered Hueco Mundo for sometime before she joined up with a group of lesser Arrancar that had banded together in order to avoid being slaughtered. Dread hadn’t joined them because she needed the protection, but because she needed somebody to talk to and this group just happened to fulfill that order. She doesn’t remember the exact amount of time she spent with the group, but it was short for tension had been built within the group and she had no intentions of being around when the members of the group finally turned on one another.
She was once again on her own, and she managed to survive by keeping a low profile. Dread did well not to anger the other inhabitants of the realm, knowing that they would have zero problem in killing her though that would be difficult due to a certain ability. Occasionally she would speak to other Arrancar, but most of the time she kept to herself though that was something that would change when an Arrancar named Lucy walked into her life. She hadn’t thought highly of Lucy when the Arrancar had arrived in her area, seeing as the girl seemed to lack a single self-preservation bone. Dread believed that the girl was asking for somebody to murder her, but surprisingly enough no one touched her and those who did ended up a bloody mess on the ground beneath her feet. The bubbly, but powerful Arrancar intrigued her, and before long, Dread was speaking to the girl on a regular basis. Despite being somewhat different, the two had quickly formed a friendship and for once Dread didn’t feel alone. Again, she isn’t sure about how much time was spent with Lucy, but with the girl’s personality, it was only a matter of time before she pissed of the wrong person and joined Dread’s parents in the afterlife, whatever that may be.
She had been deeply hurt by the loss, more so than she had been about the death of her parents, but she had to carry on unless she wished to fall apart. Alone once again, Dread wandered the deserts, running into some interesting folks ever so often, but she never bothered to become any closer to these people. She needed to pick her friends carefully, she knew this, and thus not just anybody could become her friend. It had been a while before she found somebody who she could call a friend, this person being a rather powerful male by the name of Darius. He was strong, at least by Dread’s standard, and though his power played a part in him becoming her friend, she was mainly drawn to his personality. Dread spent a significant amount of time with the boy, eventually making friends with his friends and some of her own. Either way, life was getting good for Dread, that’s until the Australian war. They had gone to participate in the war, she had stayed behind, of the ten friends that had went only four returned and Darius wasn’t among them.
With her heart once again broken thanks to the passing of another friend, in this case friends, she had decided from that moment that she didn’t need friends. She cut ties with the remaining friends and struck out on her own once again.
SEALED STATE
» Zanpakutō: Dread’s Zanpakutō is a small blade that’s thirty centimeters with a white hilt that has blue string wrapped around it, forming diamonds down the center of the hilt. The scabbard is simple enough, being black in color with the same blue string wrapped around the entrance of the sheath. Both the Zanpakutō and sheath are decorated with gold here and there. And since she isn’t one to sheath her blade with blood stains on it, she carries around a light blue clothe with numerous flowers on it so that she may wipe her blade anytime.
Bala (虚弾 (バラ), Bara; Spanish for "Bullet," Japanese for "Hollow Bullet") a technique of firing his hardened spiritual pressure against his enemies. Less powerful than a Cero, but it can be successively fired at 20 times the rate.
Cero (虚閃 (セロ), Sero; Spanish for "Zero," Japanese for "Hollow Flash," "Doom Blast" in the Viz translation) a powerful spiritual light fired by Menos Grandes and Arrancar.
Descorrer (解空(デスコレール), Desukorēru; Japanese for "Loosed Void", Spanish for "Drawing Back/Opening"): A technique used by Espada-level Arrancar and sometimes others, to open a Garganta between the living world and Hueco Mundo.
Garganta (黒腔 (ガルガンタ), Garuganta; Spanish for "Throat", Japanese for "Black Cavity") is how Arrancar and Hollows are able to move in and out from Hueco Mundo. It is a spiritual pathway connecting the Arrancar's world, Hueco Mundo, to other worlds. Besides the World of the Living and the Soul Society, it can also open the gates of the Dangai and K-World. A turbulence of Reishi blows within Garganta. To move through it, travellers must create footholds using the Reishi.
Gran Rey Cero (王虚の閃光 (グラン・レイ・セロ), Guran Rei Sero; Spanish for "Grand King Zero", Japanese for "Royal Hollow Flash") The ultimate Cero that can only be used by Espadas. It is so powerful, it distorts the surrounding space.
Hierro (鋼皮 (イエロ), Iero; Spanish for "Iron," Japanese for "Steel Skin") An Arrancar's outer skin with high spiritual hardness that serves as armor.
Pesquisa (探査回路 (ペスキサ), Pesukisa; Spanish for "Inquiry," Japanese for "Probe Circuit") An Arrancar ability to measure and locate spiritual pressure.
Resurrección (帰刃 (レスレクシオン), Resurekushion; Spanish for "Resurrection," Japanese for "Returning Blade") Releasing the core of an Arrancar' ability sealed in their Zanpakutō to regain the original powers of a Hollow. They often take on a form closer to a Hollow than a Human after performing Resurrección.
Sonído (響転 (ソニード), Sonīdo; Spanish for "Sound," Japanese for "Sound Ceremony") The Arrancar equivalent to a Shinigami's Shunpo.
» Unique Abilities:
Redirection Field is not only Dread’s primary ability, it’s her primary defense as well. A field not visible to the naked eye surrounds the child, one that isn’t necessarily active all of the time but could be seen that way with how it automatically responds to any and all threats to the child.
Vector Manipulation is one of three abilities that Dread has and is perhaps her most used power during combat despite her title. Vector Manipulation allows for the usage of all techniques listed below in the form of visible vectors that have the appearance of black elastic arrows with a light blue hue that can bend, ricochet, and pierce targets while also sharing the same properties as a blade when it comes to slashing and cutting. The vectors themselves are solid, obviously, and are controlled by Dread with ease thus allowing for her to have the vectors bend at sharp angles and ricochet at will. Depending on the technique utilized, a trail is left by the vectors and only disappear upon the vector being retracted, dispelled, or destroyed.
Distortion Manipulation:
Age Shifting: Transitioning between a child to a teen or young adult has only been made possible through this power that Dread possesses. So long as she has energy to spare, she may switch her physical age whenever she pleases, and she does it with the utmost of ease. It doesn’t take a whole lot of energy to switch from child to teen or vice versa, and energy is not use to maintain it thus she isn’t wasting energy on looking older than she really is. It’s a power that doesn’t really fit into her main power set, but one she has nonetheless and one she uses whenever she wants to be taken seriously by her peers which isn’t too often.
Resurrección
» Resurrección Name: Pavor
» Release Phrase: Subyugar, Pavor!
» Release Action: There’s no official action that Dread must take to enter her Resurrección, sometimes she holds her left arm up to the sky with the palm facing upwards and sometimes she points her Zanpakutō to the sky, but no matter the action her appearance will be obscured by numerous light blue rose petals, falling away to reveal an older version of herself.
» Appearance: As the rose petals dance around her, Dread begins to age physically, taking on her teenage form with medium size black wings and a golden halo looming over her head. Her hair is not braided, instead it’s left to flow freely, a minor difference to her sealed teen form. [For detailed appearance of this form, refer to appearance description.]

» Unique Abilities:
Redirection Field is not only Dread’s primary ability, it’s her primary defense as well. A field not visible to the naked eye surrounds the child, one that isn’t necessarily active all of the time but could be seen that way with how it automatically responds to any and all threats to the child.
Redirection Field Transfer is the first ability that stems from Dread’s automatic defense, otherwise known as Redirection Field. Simply enough, with this ability Dread is able to transfer her field to another person for a short period of time. It isn’t an ability used very often by the child for she’s left vulnerable and must utilize energy to maintain the field until she transfer it back to herself. The length of time the field can be maintained is unknown, but so long as she has the energy to sustain it she can maintain it, thus giving the one who had received the field the defensive benefits of the field.
Redirection Field Expansion is an ability that stems from Dread’s automatic defense, otherwise known as Redirection Field. Unlike the previous one that transfers her field to another person, this one simply expands the radius of her field drastically. This means that her natural field can be expanded to not only protect herself from attacks, but anything within her radius so long as the one attacking isn’t within the field. Due to her field’s unique property, this can be used to keep weaker individuals, such as teleporters, out of the area rather this be during a battle or for defensive reasons. Either way, they shall be kept out unless the field is struck by an attack stronger than itself or, in the case of weaker foes, multiple attacks in quick succession is launched in one area or a widespread area. In the case of the single area, there shall be a hole in the field for one post, which case the individual needs to get inside before it repairs itself. In the case of widespread attacks, Dread won’t even expend a large sum of energy to repair the damage, simply allowing for the field to fall and preparing to engage the intruder(s), though the field will be maintained if she’s order to maintain it by her superiors in which case the holes in the field shall also close in one post forcing folks to move quickly though they have more access points.
Of course Dread expends a considerable amount of energy whilst this field is up and how long she can maintain it depends on the scale of the barrier, the max being ten post. It doesn’t necessarily have to be big, it could be large enough to encompass herself and a nearby ally in order to defend both from an attack or used to encompass a small city, though again it requires a good deal of energy. Whilst the field is up, she’s unable to utilize any attacks of her own, something that can prove troublesome if folks end up inside the field. On top of that, the ability enters a cool down phase, the length of which heavily depends on the scale of the barrier, the minimum being one post whilst the maximum is five.
Vector Plate is one of several abilities that stem from Dread’s Vector Manipulation. It’s one most commonly used to increase her speed and decrease travel time, but is also used to confine her targets in a single and usually small area. When utilized, an arrow appears on a predefined location pointing in a specific and sometimes general direction. Anyone or anything that’s on it shall be propelled in the direction that the arrow is pointing, thus Dread may use it to propel herself towards her enemy at twice her normal speed or send an approaching target hurtling through the air at twice their speed. She may also use her vector plates to assist allies by propelling them towards or away from their target. These plates do not have to be on a solid surface in order to form, meaning that she can form these plates in mid-air just as easily as she can on the ground. She may also send inanimate objects flying, turning them into dangerous weapons. The ability is rather helpful so long as Dread puts the plate in the right area and can by rather annoying for her targets, especially when made in quick succession, but there are drawbacks.
One such drawback is the range in which the plates can be formed, this being a two hundred meter radius with her at the center of said radius; this simply means that no plate can be formed outside of her radius. Another thing to note is that though she has a somewhat large radius to form plates in, that she cannot form plates in areas that she cannot see; for example, she cannot form a plate behind a wall unless she can somehow see beyond said wall. A third weakness to this particular ability is the amount of plates that can be summoned at once, and her limit happens to be ten at one time. On top of the limit of plates that can be used, she can only maintain them for a max of three post before they disappear on their own, which is the primary reason why she uses her plates in quick succession instead of maintaining them unless she’s trying to confine her target to a small area. Of course the limits can be increased with practice, but as for the moment her limits when it comes to the plates are as stated above.
Vector Augmentation is another ability that stems from Dread’s Vector Manipulation. It allows for her to effectively increase the power of anything it’s equipped to, taking said power up by one but never surpassing master. Knowing that one has received this enhancement is obvious enough for a tattoo of an arrow appears on the limb(s) being enhanced, typically the one the person usually attacks with like the arms or legs. Nifty for people who use hand-to-hand combat, but can be helpful for those who use melee weapons, increasing their slashing/cutting power. She can give the boost to numerous people and retract them from these same people at will.
There are limits to this ability though, and one such limit is how long the boost can be maintained. She may be able to give the boost to multiple people, but the amount of time she can sustain the boost decreases with the more people that have it. For example, she can maintain the boost for five boost on herself and one other person whilst only being able to maintain it for one post for a group of ten people, which ties us into the other weakness of the technique. Dread can only use the ability on ten people max and it only last for a single post. On top of that, the ability only increases the strength of the target not the speed, and so if an attack seems to be faster, it is because of the added power behind said attack and not a direct effect of the boost.
Vector Arrow is probably the most versatile abilities that stem from Dread’s Vector Manipulation. As the name implies, it allows for the creation of numerous arrows that take the shape of arrows which can pierce and cut the victim. These arrows move at incredible speeds, rapidly moving towards the instructed target(s) in a snake-like fashion. With how these vectors seem to have a mind of their own, it’s rather obvious that the source is in control of these deadly weapons and manipulating them is something that she does with the utmost of ease. She can summon these arrows to converge on a single target, decimate a weak army without having to engage them directly, dissuade opponents, and even take down a barrier, something that could be done with ease or with some effort on her part depending on the strength of said barrier. These arrows usually originate from her back, beneath her feet, or if her hands are placed upon the ground, from the ground.
Despite the amount of versatility this technique gives Dread, it doesn’t come without it’s limitation. That limitation is the range of which it can travel away, that range being four hundred meters in one general direction or a two hundred meter radius with her at the center of said radius which is sufficient enough for the moment but most definitely shall be improved upon in the future. On top of that, the arrows must originate from somewhere, rather this be from her back, the ground, or her feet, either way there must be a medium.
Vector Drill is probably the simplest ability that stems from Dread’s Vector Manipulation. By simply holding her hand up, a vector arrow shall loosely wrap itself around her arm, the tip of the drill being pointed. Once the drill has snaked itself around her arm, this is the wrist up thus fairly fast, it shall begin to spin quickly, thus where the name comes from. It can be used to pierce her target and perhaps even a barrier, but it is an ability that isn’t used all to often since she must get in close to her intended target. Especially when it comes to Arrancar due to their hierro.

Is this App Ready for Check?
I don't see any WIP in the app title so I can only assume that it is ready for check, if not may you reply to be within this month to tell if it is or isn't.
