Comments/Notes: The only thing I have to say is this:

When she strikes, the reishi circulating her palms connects to that of the opponent and cancels. It deteriorates the reishi at a speed of 1/64 a portion of the users reishi every 80 seconds.

Convert that into post because we can't determine seconds too well in post format. So rewrite that to how long it would take with each post.

Outside of that, I've taken the time to review this app and it seems fairly solid to me. With the lack of Vizards, and need for people in the corps, I'll go ahead and also give this character a pretty high ranking tier. This is because I can tell a lot of work was put into the app and I like the overall theme of it.

If there is a problem with this decision, staff can also let me know and post their comments. Otherwise, I feel it works well enough and I'll expect some activity out of this character for the next month or so.

Oh, and, also, I removed the archiving post from Circa in here so you didn't have your two post split up. So enjoy that as well.

And be sure to post in this app when you made that slight correction.

I hate to see ya go, but it's been many many months since we've last heard of Rowbutt. Therefore, I'll be moving this into archived characters. Hopefully life will allow you to come back to us as you can unarchive this character whenever you are ready.
