please link the threads where the cuffs were broken and where the official tier of 1-3 was given if not then this is not approved.

You were approved for 1-4- not 1-4. 1-4 is a low class 1-4, so ill be making the changes to this right now. Sorry for the confusion.

Also your racial and general skills are incorrect. They should still be the same as your 2-3 skills. When you gain tier you don't gain skills, skills are upgraded separately as a 2-3 with adept speed is slower than a 1-4 with adept speed. Also add your will skills to the original post, please. Well, based on the fact that Bison is pretty much banned on the site, and based on the fact I still see this character in Approved Vizards, I am going to go ahead and move Bison into archived characters.
