What Happened: The jist of our OOC was simple: Shadin is on his "Remolding Quest". So along the way of his soul searching, he ran into Reimu Iramasha. This meeting occurred in the outlands of Japan after Reimu was searching for him due to her own desire to form an alliance with the country and the factions connected to Shadin. Thus, they started conversing until Reimu started to get a fair idea of where Shadin's head was going. Therefore, they should be firm allies and he intends to solidify relationships between the nations of the Iramasha and Yuudeshi through Reimu and vice versa.
