Immigration Control... (Takuto/PM to enter)

The outskirts...It was as good a place as any to have a meeting for anything, not many questions were asked by those in power or those who had to live on the lands about the comings and goings of anyone particular, they had their own issues to deal with no need to get into someone else mess. It was for this very reason that there could be so many dirty deals made in the areas where the dome did not cover, though most looked to protect themselves by keeping in the clear within the shield that kept the big bad monsters away some were forced due to necessity or lack money to be put out and kept as partial bait for things that went bump in the night. But these night were perfect to sneak around whether it be slave trading to further nations or trafficking illegal substances into the city all of it came through the area around the dome where people would not be monitored or judged by the security of those in power around Karakura. It just so happened that on this night the one who usually provided for such vices and criminal acts was doing a bit of moonlighting of his own... It wasn't that he needed the work, just that when it came down to it Reigen tended to be more interested in seeing what trouble someone he could get into the city could really get up to.

"Hmmmm Seems later than he should be... May have to give some sort of penalty for that..." The Well-dressed Demon looked at a pocket-watch that seemingly came from within his jacket, however though its ornate features seemed to show it was worth some value Reigen simply threw it aside as if the thing was something akin to all the dirt and waste that was around this neck of the woods. The job seemed quite simple, he was asked by a Demon client to smuggle another Demon into the city, after educating the client how to ask a question nicely for a good few hours of rehabilitation he took the case. It wasn't odd for Reigen to move a few people into the city under stashed goods of something else but for someone of his own kind he felt that it might be a bit more of a pain if only due to the fact he couldn't just move him through the customs into the central city without someone noting a creature of devilish origins, he'd have to get a bit more creative, which would of course lead to extended problems for the Demon as a whole. He didn't ask for the other creature's name or appearance though he told the client to tell the subject to meet him on the outskirts as he'd be the only one in the area wearing a suit that would be nice enough to buy a large portion of the outskirts with it. Reigen paused as he thought it might have been better to perhaps comment on his hat as well though he didn't like drawing attention to his favorite object in the whole of creation as people seemingly tended to draw themselves to it lately....

"My time is precious and right now he's wasting it...." Outloud the Demon seemed to show frustration to the one he had never even met before but as of now with his foot tapping on the ground to show his impatience it was clear that if his cargo wasn't going to get there fast then he might just make sure that it came into the city in pieces for easy lifting and entry~
