Desalmado was running again. Constantly, the dirt kicked up behind him and he was a monocrome blur against the colors of the world that surrounded him. His silver eyes were wide open, accentuating his all too large grin as he ran without care as to where he was going or why. The running was a bit like meditation for him, allowing him to just clear his thoughts of everything and just focus on the wind over his hair and skin and clothes, the feeling of dirt beneath him, and the excitement of just narrowly dodging objects such as trees and animals.

Hopping over a large rock, his metal claws accidentally sparked a bit of reiatsu, and the stones exploded into a million fragments. He didn't notice the small drain, nor did he notice the destruction he just caused. His mind was blissfully empty. Perhaps his older self would pause and contemplate when he got these magical claws. Although his child self long repressed any such memories, the older Des remembered fairly well, when his nails were ripped from him once at a time, set into a pile of bloody nail stumps. Then, the claws fused tightly to flesh in a flash of heat and pain as the metal became one with his fingertips, and how awkwardly his blood reacted to this metal it was infused with, trying to deliver oxygen to a material that refused it all.

Eventually, the child arrancar's blood adapted, and now it was as if it was a part of him. It was strange, he looked around and saw familiar sights. Was he here before? He didn't know, he had always repressed any remembering by default. Of course, this small distraction had prevented him from seeing exactly what was before him- a large barrier where Karakura town began. He slammed right into it, headfirst, before rolling backwards and clutching his head in pain. He believed he could feel a few bumps through his mass of dark, dirty hair.

Desalmado stood once the pain faded, and he promptly forgot that he ever experienced pain at all. After all, this world was a land of perfection and joys, there was no way that pain could exist here. Pain was an imaginary concept, described by adults who had such wild imaginations that they thought up pain and sadness and death. After all, such things didn't exist, everyone knew that! The child smiled at the thought and he looked at the barrier. Drawing back his hands, he stabbed his left claw into the barrier, then his right, and then an explosion that busted a small hole in the barrier.

"STABBY STABBY BOOM!"

Of course, little did he know that that was probably the worst decision to make when he could've easily just slipped through. Not like the shinigami shall be arriving anytime soon, however. The outskirts were a rather ignored part of Karakura.

What a rare find for Hanako as Hanako found many things during her scavenging through the city. An ancient NES system and an old World War II pistol and an old ceremonial harakiri knife. Although she was walking into Null territory, but it is one of these places that would accept her finds of exotic goods. Especially when the knife was tainted in old blood mixed with dirt and rust. Good thing Hanako has towels to wrap the things separately for quality preservation. But the feeling that going into territories that were not human occupied was always chilling her spine and make her on-edge. She has gone this far and she is not willing to die right there. The goods are too valuable to fall into the hands of outlaws or worse. Step by step, the heart within Hanako was synced with her nearly quiet steps as the dirt crackled underneath her plated running shoes. The valuables inside her backpack that hung from her left, grasping hand weighed heavily mainly from the towels she used to keep the objects from deteriorating from time and transport.

(Hanako to Herself) "Maybe after this, I'll treat myself to a high class meal at a fancy restaurant in Tokyo or maybe an investigator to find my papa..."

Hanako frowned at the thought of her father. Her father was the reason that she is like this. Cut off from her mother and forced to leave her father so she would not get mixed up with bike gangs or end up a prostitute in Tokyo alleyways. Hanako suddenly felt something that was hard to explain, but the shock wave came from the barrier and impacted her chest and knees, stopping her in her tracks. Hanako looked and noticed an unusual wave of energy coursed through the barrier like ripples. Something is trying or managed to get through the barrier. Taking it as a sign to take shelter, Hanako's walking turn into jogging then to sprinting as she raced for the Nulls for protection from the enemies. From what she knows of them, they cancel spiritual existences and since she is a regular human, she can be there without being harmed by them.

(Hanako to Herself) "What in the world happened! Forget that! I don't want to be here when they find me!"

Exhausted and fighting for air, Hanako stopped at an alleyway of the Null market. She hacked and wheezed as her lung felt tight and her stomach felt wrenched. She collapsed onto her butt and leaned against a wall before she lets her eyes wandered around vigilant against any of those who would try to take her or her findings. Sweat dripped from her head and falsified tears in her eyes. Feeling the sting, Hanako wiped her eyes on reflex before wiping her head. Her body steamed from the heat and her tongue felt dry. She never ran that much before since the chase back in London.

(Hanako's Whisper to Herself) "New priority, find water, eat and sell...I'll be here for a while until the threat is gone..."

Hanako cocked her head back and looked up at the blue sky of daylight. Her eyes matched winter even though the sky was summer in comparison. She lay her right forearm over her belly like a wounded soldier with her mouth gapped open to allow air to flow freely in and out of her. After a while, she fixed her face to look like she just walked in and lifted herself onto her feet before adjusting her fingerless gloves with a steel plate on the back of her hand. With the priority straight and planned out, she picked up her backpack and slung it over her left shoulder. Hanako walked out into the market and began her search for the pawnshop that could accept her finds for great amount of yen.

Desalmado stabbed once more, trying to break his way through. However, thankfully enough he soon gave up. It wasn't worth all that effort to go somewhere. He could simply go elsewhere. The child's eyes rolled in a manner not exactly sane as he spun on his heel, grabbed his sword, and ran, the dirt and grass kicking up behind him once more.

He spotted a woman was was running, rather slowly in his opinion but that may not be so in someone else's opinion. He decided he'd drop off and say hi, and so he did. Changing in an almost 90 degree angle, Desalmado ran right into the woman, almost passing by her.

"Hello!" He waved, skidding to a stop a few inches away before losing his footing and falling on his face. Standing up, he dusted himself off with his dirty sleeves, only making the dirt even more ingrained into his clothes. Turning to the lady, he grinned, teeth white.

While looking for the pawnshop, Hanako was browsing through her girlish delights of dowries and makeups, even though they are unnecessary for her survival, she used the makeups for an appreciative appearance. She guided her hair out of her sight as she grinned lightly at the delights that would normally be unavailable to her if she was not so good at picking pockets and appraising goods. Without any toll of alarm, the rippling feeling returned as the stall owner before her was looking over to his left.

Hanako looked at where the merchant is looking and noticed dust plumes kicking up as a little boy ran by her.

(Desalmado) "Hello!"
(Hanako) "Huh?"

It was all a big surprise for Hanako as she heard something went by her and slammed against the floor. Hanako looked and noticed a boy faceplanted against the floor before getting up. The monochrome skin, silver eyes and black hair was an unusual color. The straitjacket was a dead giveaway that he is dangerous. Hanako stood there in mild confusion. The boy smiled with white teeth at Hanako and Hanako finds it hard to fight off the feeling that the boy is both harmless and harmful at the same time.

(Hanako) "Hello? You're alright, boy?"

The Town Unentered, A Child Expelled. Usiar-morgana

Today was a nice time to take a stroll through the outskirts of Karakura. Actually being inside the place was a nightmare as this girls little wings gave her spiritual features away, and all the boys trying to look up her very short dress flocked like a crow to a carcass. Staying where they wouldn't dare come near her, the purple dressed girl sat on the top of a large boulder and stared around. In the distance, she could see two people apart. One was running and then slammed into the barrier and the other freaked out and ran away. Curious, the purple coloured girl leapt from the boulder and slowly began to wander over to where the two were. As she got closer, a slight thud sound followed by some idle chatter pirked up her senses. "That foolish boy fell over?."

That's when she got up to another large rock and stood behind it. The two shared small repentances and then she stepped out from her hiding place. She exerted absolutely no reitsu and her black wings were neatly tucked away in her dress, completely undetectable and out of sight. As she came into view, she began to change her attitude slightly so she seemed more human, even though she wasnt. "Hello there, are you two ok? I saw you fall over, did you hurt yourself?" She acted very kind... a bit too kind for her own liking but it was easier to fool them into thinking she was a gentle person rather than what she really was. At this moment, she wasn't in any of her battle forms and instead took her human looks. Her purple hair stretched right down to her knee's and she had to move it aside as the wind blew it about too much. "My names Morgana and theres nothing strange about a very kind girl appearing out of nowhere." She stretched out her hand to the other girl that was there and wished to shake hands. However, she also gave an evil smile as she did so.

Desalmado was happy as not one but two girls looked to make sure he was ok. Oh, how lovely and kind this world was what people made sure each other were alright and happy. The thought made him grin and he waved his left hand, covered in his long straitjacket sleeve. "Des Good! No hurt! Never hurt!" He laughed, even though nothing he said was funny, it was a strange thing, a random laugh added to his words. It seemed out of place and rather disquieting.

Then, without care, he continued the conversation, not at all thinking about his previous strangeness. In fact, it was like he was not aware of his own awkward actions or disquieting behavior and looks. He looked over at the new girl, his centipede mask rattling slightly in hint traces of upsetness, even though he had nothing really to be upset at. He liked girls, they reminded him of his mother. Girls also made him upset, they reminded him of his mother.

He introduced himself. "Name Desalmado. Short Des. What name?" He looked up at the other girls expectantly.

The appearance of the girl was no less of a coincidence, but there was no such thing as coincidence to Hanako. The girl...Morgana...she acted sweetly, but the discomfort in her tone made Hanako put her left hand onto her hips and tipped her head to the right with an outright confusion and curiosity toying her mind. Hanako sighed like she questioned herself on how it came to this of all the times it would happen. Hanako wanted to find her father or mother and yet she finds a crazy boy and a girl who is acting nice against her own nature. She placed her right hand over her forehead and lifted her bang. She looked at the two and gave a light smile to lighten the situation.

(Hanako) "The name's Shikijou Hanako. Nicknames are not important to me."

Instead of a direct handshake with Morgana, she placed her hand on her head and caress it gently while for Des, Hanako does the same. Normally, something this strange would not bother her since she has no reason to antagonize them. She looked around to keep herself aware of what is going on around her and the two new people.

(Hanako) "I'll go find some food for us to eat. Want to come?"

Morgana put her hand back to her side and shrugged. However, in her mind she felt a bit disappointed and also thwarted. They didn't shake her hand? How rude. Plus she couldn't activate her plan now. Then she looked down at the boy and noticed something peculiar she hadn't thought to mention before. "You... your a hollow?" Such a creature would prove harder to take out than a simple human she was expecting. But then again no human would attempt to blast through the barrier of karakura. Then the question was added about food. Morgana chuckled to her herself while lifting her hand to her mouth in that posh way of laughing. "You wouldn't be able to find anything for me to eat"

Morgana had slightly dropped her kind attitude and showed a slight bit of how she really acted. Using her hand to cover her mouth now, she licked her lips in a slight habit she cant erase. They can't see that she was licking her lips or they might get a bit... suspicious. The last thing you want, is your potential meals getting any ideas.

"Des be arrancar." The child replied to the strange woman's question, happily nuzzling the hand on his head whilst producing a few noises of his joy. He thumped his chest contentedly, to identify himself proudly as an arrancar creature. He didn't at all think the question was odd- not many people thought of arrancars as giggling little children. Most thought of them as some kind of monster entity.

Food! Desalmado's innate hunger decided to get the better of him, he was hungry, he was always hungry. Then again, he was an arrancar, and despite his nonviolent nature the hollow's innate hunger still resided within him, encouraging him to let go of his senses and just devour everyone in sight. It was a mental battle of which he was not along in- many an arrancar struggled with these emotions, what makes a monster, what makes a civilized being? By resisting their hungers, were they trying to deny who they were? Was being an arrancar just a hollow trying to deny its hollow blood? Of course, these thoughts were fairly lost on the child. All he knew was that FOOD!

"Food Food! Let's go!" He spoke happily, one sleeve covered hand grabbing at the arm of the woman who refused, and the other on the woman who offered, his grip surprisingly strong despite his apparent age, a hint of his actual power. He looked like he was about to go speeding off with the two girls dragged along behind him when, without a hand to hold it, his blade clinked to the ground with delicacy. The child kneeled down and picked it up, holding it close like it was the most important thing in the world.

Well, it kinda was. Without it, he'd have no way to survive. At least, this was the case before he had the claws forced into his flesh, those metal claws that produced enough damage to defend himself. Still, the instincts to keep his blade with him always was still ingrained deep within him.

The child arrancar looked around once more. "Food?" He asked again, still quite determined to find something to eat.

(Time Section 2)

Hanako looked back at the two and Morgana was slightly disappointed with her hand on her side followed by a shrug. Hanako knows it is rude, but she has a gut feeling not to shake her hand. Originally, Hanako thought about looking for food for the two because Des looked ravenous and Morgana looked so well-dressed to be out there that eventually she will be too hungry to reject what was on her plate. Morgana looked at Des and her face appeared to be out of curiosity.

(Morgana) “You... you’re a hollow?”
(Des) “Des be arrancar.”

The boy was adorable to Hanako, but she has to keep a straight mind, so when the boy thumped his chest, Hanako retracted her hand so the boy can have some dignity as an arrancar. Upon the suggestion of finding food, the two children acted differently. One acted like a picky high-class with the giggles while another looked like he could eat a shark with its skin on.

(Morgana) “You wouldn’t be able to find anything for me to eat.”

Something did not feel right about Morgana since she puts her hand over her mouth like a pricey high-class woman of nobility. Before Hanako could try to investigate about Morgana...

(Des) “Food Food! Let’s go!”

The boy was very hungry as he said it happily shortly before he grabbed her and Morgana. The grip is strong...no more and no less as Hanako thought she would be dragged off since any arrancar can just pick her up and fly off without her burdening them. However, the clink noise reached Hanako’s ears, a sword? Hanako looked at the boy and noticed him picking up his blade and holding it close. Not long after picking up the blade, Des looked around.

(Des) “Food?”

(Hanako) "I'll go get some things sold. After that, I'll take ya to a cantina somewhere nearby I hope. If you're planning to follow...remember, you two are strong enough to handle yourselves, so you two better carry your own weight. If you two have any problems controlling yourselves that would eventually put harm upon ourselves, say so now."

As much it pains her, Hanako was correct in her own rights. She does not want to be a mother to them, she would rather be a friend that they can turn to when trouble comes. Her tone was like a blade of honesty, both from regretful experience and from the deepness of her heart. After hearing their problems, Hanako continued her way to the pawnshop and when she finds the pawnshop, she entered and was greeted by the store clerk. She carefully placed her backpack on the Null's counter and revealed the junk she found.
