Fat chance is shown to be a gluttonous super villain. He is often shown eating excessively. He tend to start off cocky and sure of himself until things go bad for him in which he tends to use the phrase ''I didn't mean it. Its societies fault ya know?''He tends to get angry when people make fun of his weight, stating that his obese figure is a side effect of his power.

He is not particularly strong or fast. He often runs out of breath from short runs.

Brief History:
Fat Chance is a comic book character owned by PH comics. First appears in Punch Man!! Issue 23. Considered a low B to high C character.

Not much has ever been revealed about the character, but what we do know is that he was once a scientist. A freak accident turned his body into a stable worm hole, allowing him to pull things out of space and time.

He became a super villain when he pulled an entire 300 man roman legion from his stomach to rob the Z Ville bank.

Basic Powers:
Fat chance stomach acts as a worm hole. Specifically it is located in the dot of the question mark on his stomach. He can pull random objects out of it. One could use it to travel as well, but there is no way of knowing where you would end up.

While pulling random objects from no where sounds incredible useful, it tends not to be. He can not control what he pulls it. It tends to be sheer luck that he pulls out something useful.

In order to determine what he pulls out we have the following list. This list will have numbers. When i am making a post where he is pulling something i will ask an admin to roll the number for me on a dice gen site. The number said admin rolls will decide what he pulls.

Uhmm... I'm very leery about this, because we have no clue how often he'll get a "Good Item, and what a "Good Item is." this needs more definition before we can approve this like a table of what's good stuff and bad stuff. Also, we need to know what the stuff he can pull out is.
