Chaos Ensues: Matter's Chess [ Rebel Rave Mission: Southern District ] Empty Chaos Ensues: Matter's Chess [ Rebel Rave Mission: Southern District ]

It was nothing like a good stroll in the cities of Naraka Sahara, and to save allies out of this place where they called it 'Hell City', but for her, it was nowhere to even call it 'Hell', as this place were nothing but a board of chess waiting to be played out by two individuals, the black chess and the white. It was time for the Queen of Matter to intervene this game of hers, and first, she is going to move the pawns.

Arriving to the city with no army, no weapons and no comrades, standing there with her elegant hair to float above the air as she chuckled with excitement. It was going to be tough for her to save all of her allies at once, since these powerful armies of rebels prepared for their attackers to enter the depths of this city, and armed themselves with turrets, loaded with spiritual energy that held the speed of bala and the power of an ordinary cero that can be considered fired by a Gillain. A little pour of spiritual power from her physical body simply roared its way throughout the likes of the entire Southern District, only having a quarter of it can simply overwhelm her surroundings with dense pressure and from a distance, they can feel as if they were suffocating or a blade pierced right through their chest under the threatening aura she mixed into with her spiritual power, giving off nothing but a warning for these rebel forces to retreat while they can, but it seems that they insisted of putting a bullet right through her head.

But their actions are nothing but futile. Almost everything in this place is made out of matter, and it would take no effort at all to disassemble them from their righteous place with a touch of her fingers, or if Silvia's going to do it at even easier way, she is going to bombard them with nothing but a wave of blasts. Her left hand lightly waved across the air, and suddenly, her surroundings spiked with an intensive amount of energy, and if one were to look up above the skies, they can view hundreds or thousands of floating energy above, awaiting for command to strike down its designated opponents. Her soft and gentle tone echoed throughout the city, with a sadistic smile appearing before the lips of the lady, "Thou rebels against the Shadowfall and the Asthavon family, i hereby under the place of Shadowfall, will make sure you shall fall within the deep slumbers and never to falter by your useless commander anymore. Your existence is precious for me to examine but nonetheless, your life is nothing but used trashes by your leader to be sacrificed upon. Now sleep, dearies~"

Dropping her hand from the air, it was obvious enough all of them, are going to get obliterated, while leaving the likes of the encaged allies from being bombarded altogether by a wave of blasts that strikes down almost endlessly from the air. Its force can simply eat through the toughened defenses, ripping right past their walls and devouring their so-called weapons, while some of her blasts are shot off by a few cannons powerful enough to get on par with her blasts that she had executed above the air, but when it comes to numbers, the waves of energy simply ate most of them up like a breakfast. Her head shook in utter dissapointment, when even the wonders of the world can simply put you off in the land of dissapointment and the bugs that barks too much about rebelling against the demon kind.

However, it does seems that these rebels can put up a good fight, with most of their walls are simply weakened, or heavily damaged but still standing even after a huge wave of energy ripped right through the weaker parts of their defenses, but truly, they do put up a good fight despite being only nothing but futile rebels who thinks they have the power to go against the Asthavons and the Shadowfall. Now then, what would they do in return for her kindness into going easy with them?

The hole that the prior citizens of Naraka Sahara now held themselves up in was quite a sight to behold, seemingly the rebels had expected some retaliation from above and to protect from it they dug themselves in a makeshift grave in order to avoid the terror of the full force of Shadowfall coming down upon them. But the Rebels in this district had an ace up their sleeve, they managed to gather and capture many in the service of Shadowfall and the Asthavon family and drag them here to act as a bargaining chip. It was a clever plan but even from the first results of this rebellion those within the captured could still hear reports from their captors about signs of the Demon Queen appearing and making quite the splash within the northern part of the city. Naraka was a big place but even from here the impact could be felt underground the ceiling above shook as the rebels seemed to feel protected behind the wall of hostages that they had gathered. It was a good idea to use them a sacrifice for their own prosperity but a game like this had more than just single factors like capture and make demands.... For those within the groups of hostages none of them would feel safe in the knowledge that their Queen would be focused on aiding them especially now that she had found herself quite a way aways from them, and considering their foolishness in getting captured it could be worse for those that were not killed by example by the rebels if Mana had decided to take a hard-line approach on not discussing terms with terrorists.

Shots rang out from above as it seemed that a new player entered the scene. It was a battle up above, many of the rebels would most likely keep themselves organized and positioned further out to keep the hostages as collateral for a last resort escape. A sliver of energy rang through the area to make note of the threat that was beginning to make itself clear in the skies above the southern city. The sense of violence from the pressure was clear, not even those who were captured were exempt from the fear inducing sense above. Still all of those above seemed to keep their hearts and heads with some sense, they tried to make an effort at the being that seemed to want to make an example for them by effortlessly eliminating them. It seemed all from naught though these men were organized but they had little in the way of actually fire power that didn't rely on the city's defenses to do most of the work. The armed men shouted around the makeshift base to take cover for a bombardment that was about to occur. The shots rang out and cut through large portions of the base, though many of the cages were unharmed there was still sights of the damage occurring through the walls and into poor unfortunates that decided to make an enemy of the reigning demons.

Many casualties in the area were the Shadowfall agents were certain but the forces there were still quite numerous, though the many of those left had injuries varying in severity they knew that such a bombardment would be as dangerous to the allies of the one above than to them so they could gain an advantage over the source of the fire if they kept hunkered down. Suddenly however the noise of metal scraping on the floor rang through the area housing the hostages, those in the area would note the sounds source from one individual who seemed to be freed of a cage. "Hmmmmm This is getting redundant...." Holding the weapons they had to the source of the noise the rebels would notice a single man dressed in a suit and fitted with a matching hat sitting Indian style as the ground beneath him seemed to be marked out with something. To the keen observer it was a half finished game of tic-tac-toe.... "This is getting us nowhere, there is no winner because this game is half knowing what your going to do before your opponent does..." The rebels held there weapons to the man's position some seem to call out for his compliance. "Huh? What? Oh yeah I'm simply a prisoner nothing to see here just yet~" He held his arms up to show the chains wrapped around the man's arms preventing any attack but his complete lack of fear seemed to unnerve the rebels.

As they gathered greater courage they looked to move in towards the well-dressed gentleman with his hands cuffed he could not cause much trouble now could he? A group of five or six moved in quickly one looked to pull him up and put him back in a cage, the creature held for a moment as he was pulled up looking at the guards with a smile. "Sorry but if I don't get this game done then my cuffs start getting restless...." The one that pulled him up would note this as the chains around the man's arms would spring to life and cut through the rebels face with little resistance. The surprise was enough for the suited gentleman to make moves on the others around him, a chain shishkebab was very rarely pleasant especially when it involved the meat being connected by the head.... Luckily the noise of the chain rattling did not give away much from the area around him, the demon's presence was subdued by his own wish, and with the dust gathering from the damage dealt by the bombardment it would be a lot easier for him to keep a low profile while clearing out the makeshift grave plot the rebels made for themselves. A ghost in the shell, it wasn't hard to make his way into the groups being captured, even as they tried to cuff the demon of greed such a way of capture for him was about as effective as keeping air in a cage. Now Reigen was in the best position to aid in the rescue of the Shadowfall employees, but for now he wanted to make sure the base was bereft of any enemies in order to make it easier to huddle all the sheep out of the hole they were in so he wouldn't kill them himself out of irritation. Looking above he noted the energy above from the source of the attack pointing upwards in a makeshift gun sort of manner and released a surge of energy above to point out his position to the figure that made his job so much easier, it was a simple professional courtesy from him to not keep the one up above that while the enemy was dealing with them he would devour the enemy from the inside out.

It was a tactic that he had found quite entertaining, what better way to deal with rebels than let their fear betray them and cut them out from below. In a game like this a big play was needed to set up the plays from beyond the mainstage. The rebels were playing Tic-tac-toe, the Asthavons like to play a sort of chess, Reigen? They wouldn't know what game the Demon was playing till he was happy to make it clear for them, albeit in slow words so they could hopefully understand better and without any sort of confusion from any side that would suffer.

Now, it was time to move the knights. The Asthavon clapped her hands as she giggled with joy, to see that there are still the remainings of the rebels, standing and awaiting to be killed by her again in order to keep the likes of these prisoners away from being saved by the Queen of Matter. Her right hand rose out to the air and before the remaining rebels, her lips were being licked throughoutly as she was preparing her next move. Spiritual particles seems to appear just out of nowhere around her hand, compressing into a single place where her right hand rose out and forming a definite shape, a handle appearing, before its outer appearance and paints were made to put a good appearance for her weapon. Matter began to build through the use of her spiritual energy, and eventually, it appears to be a modified pistol.

It has twice the size of an actual pistol, and it uses the design of a M1911 pistol. However, its outer appearance went through a slight change, where its handle is painted black and there is a skull with flaming green eyes within its eye sockets, slide painted black as well and a white stripe on each side and before the barrel, a green fire would be floating and burning outwards from the inner barrel. If one were to unload the magazine of the pistol, it seems that its bullets were nothing but a large clumps of green energy that isn't loaded through each clip, but instead, stuffed inside like a stack. With her ability through the usage of manipulating and creating matter, for Silvia, nothing is impossible as long as it is made out of matter, can be recognized, can be used and can be created through the use of existing objects or energy in the entire universe. Chuckling as the Asthavon pointed her gun with a smile on her face, leaving only a single sentence out of her very mouth, "Sleep tight~"

Pulling the trigger, a sudden beam of energy surged out from the barrel of the pistol in almost of an instant motion, just like a lightning strike that flashed within a blink of an eye, and her pistol fires one like so. The beam travels within an unimaginable speed, piercing through even the toughest and the thickest defense possible to be set up by the rebels like they were the air itself, and the second it hits the ground, anything within 100 meter radius during its travelling from the pistol's barrel, it would end up into an explosion, eating through the defenses like butter and exploding away any possible threat and defenses from the inside and the outside with the power of a cero, ten times of its power as if 10 trained Arrancar shot them at the exact same time, just like how the explosion occured with that intensive power.

Once the load is fired off, her pistol simply crack slowly, before shattering to pieces as its reishi crumbled away when it was used, as Silvia had no need for such weapon anymore. Her body slowly moved its way to the near-destroyed base where they've kept the prisoners, and only to rescue one or two of them as the cages that held them hostage slowly disperse, seemingly disassemble by 'cutting' down the matter to an even smaller size, and to a naked eye, they seem to vanish to the thin air the moment she passed into the burnt-down base under the forces of her firepower. As expected from the Queen of Matter, nothing is impossible as long as the right ingredients are used to put into the mixture with her powers. Its functions can become possible if its materials exists, can be used, can function and can be understood under the laws of the universe.

"Foolishness is nothing but regret that will soon strike your heart and mind, forever that dwells in your emotions and shall never disperse. Come to me, and i'll show you the true bliss of death where you will be free from foolishness and meaningless deaths caused by your mindless leader!"

Her voice echoed throughout the area, only to await for more rebels to rush in to stop her from advancing anymore to save more of her allies, as her lips smooched and smirked with excitement. If these rebels are still holding their courage and guts to still protest against her, Silvia won't hold back from putting the Queen into the play next.

Artist: N/A - Song: Gluttony Fang - Word Count:
It seemed that the attacks from above were not planning on letting up anytime soon, this was fine it made the infiltration and elimination or capture of a few rebels easier when they tried to make him out of a cloud of dust before being completely overwhelmed. Striking from the shadows or taking enemies before they could note him was Reigen's main aim, though the chain of greed was not exceptional with stealth stabbing it into vital points before it made a sound was easy to trivial at this point, by now the base would start dwindling with grunts or enemies to spare, it was unfortunate it wasn't everyday that the demon got to deal in such fun manners as the silent killing of many poor fools who thought it would be a good idea to make themselves an enemy of the Asthavons. Pity wasn't a feeling Reigen cared for nor truly felt but he could tell that this plan of going against the status quo would require a lot more than just well-wishing and a good plan, something like that could be eliminated with a quick air drop killing millions, which it had quite splendidly. The damage to the area wasn't getting any better but with the gathering energy up above Reigen knew that it would probably for the better to make haste and find some juicy rebels and catch them up for some information and perhaps a bit of entertainment while the force from above was handily making more holes in the base than there was walls, quite an impressive feat but hard to count properly when you're doing your job properly...

As sudden as it was apparent the ceiling broke through with a surge of energy that seemed to crack through and look to eliminate all things that would stand in its way. And this was not the only one of these attacks, many shots cut through from above. The chain of greed was fast to move and protect its master the shot was heavy for it however and it seemed to crush down on the location of the Demon. "When it comes to energy really on can..." Rebels from behind looked to take fire at the demon only to be disintegrated by the same energy that was hounding the Demon. "Redirect it..." Looking from above he could tell that whoever was shooting downwards did not see the usage of such enemies for gathering purposes but for the well-dressed Demon it was not his place to complain at the lack of tact from the big shot in the sky. Finding another hub of soldiers the Demon felt now it would be a good time to make some effort and at least look from someone important to get something out of for this little rescue operation to be more interesting. "Hey guys you see any dead bodies!" Walking in without any tact seemed to be the Demon's plan though as the enemies fired upon him they would be met with blockage from the chain that the Demon was accompanied with at all times "Oh I guess you guys want a live example then..." Swipes from the snake like appendage would begin to carve some of the enemies in the way of the Demon's path to those in the inner workings of the rooms.

These guys seemed to be cowering under the banner of the hostages that by now should be out of their cages so for them to still be in the broken down bunker they must have either information that they hoped to take with them to their graves or at least were in a position above meat shield within the ranks of the enemies so they could try and hide from the damage caused by the attacks of Shadowfall and the accompanying monsters, unfortunately the monster they had met was not associated with Shadowfall in much more than he thought it might be fun to help and keep such a fun status going a little longer. They fired once again, this time looking to make the Demon uncomfortable with shots from all around, an attack from hidden forces.... [color=#00ff00]"Oh what can I do now?!" The feigned fright was almost saddening. "Oh right...." The position of the hidden guards moved from where they had taken position into the line of fire from their own fire. The men blasting themselves in something akin to assisted suicide fell to the ground cold. Brushing his hands off Reigen looked at the three or four men that still remained. "Now then! Which one of you would like to play 20 questions?...." Returned to the holding area the rebels gathering in order to combat the entering monster would be shocked and trying to keep their focus as they looked down towards the matter queen and not above, what Silvia would even see if she was to look up would be the strung bodies of a good 20 or 30 men hanging above the door either by their weapons or something to hold them like a noose. Above a single message was written in what seemed as blood and acted out in a big way the true despair that was approaching. The sign simply read. "IN OR OUT DEATH IS THE ONLY MOVE" A flair for the theatrics were much more Reigen's style than a bombardment...

Chaos Ensues: Matter's Chess [ Rebel Rave Mission: Southern District ] Empty Re: Chaos Ensues: Matter's Chess [ Rebel Rave Mission: Southern District ]

There was no hard decisions to make in the first place for these fellow rebels. Because they had two choices, give or take, that was all. Thinking that they could rebel against the demon kind, it was something of a false step to the front, because no matter how much they tried to go against the demons, they cannot make the evil dissapear. Such cycles are natural and cannot be rewinded. Good and Evil is balanced in this world, that is why rebellion is nothing more than a 'disagreement' between two sides. Even if you take the strongest weapon you have, there will one day, be a defeat. How their minds ran was something mysterious to her, despite knowing that the decisions they take is a death sentence in the first place, they still had the balls to take their subordinates and lock them up in such a low-security place that doesn't even serve as a defense at all. Vulnerable and weak, this is the worst security you can find out there out of all securities you can find in the world. They've brought this sin upon themselves, and they are about to taste the blood of their comrades that will rain before their very skin and eyes, inducing the fear that they wanted for a long time, the true nature of an Asthavon.

At first, Silvia didn't want to bother with them and get started in rescuing the trapped subordinates but their hardworking attempts were something very.. odd. Her body felt like it was burning up, fingers aching to spoil their blood across the battlefield and see them suffer. She wasn't a fan of violence, but something urges her to do so. Rather than to bombard the place over and over again, it was time to head into the underground to free the rest of the prisoners. Since the 'cages' they put up are related to the matter, it takes quite a little effort to break down these cages seperately to smaller sizes until they are a size of an atom. If she cause more destruction, the prisoners may be crushed if the ground ever collapses under the sheer power of her bombardments.

Energy particles seems to appear little by little before her hands, energy levels around her was suddenly increasing, as she began to build something more compact and easy to hold, while its firepower would be devastating enough to pierce through a tank and make a giant hole, even against a reinforced walls. Many times more devastating than a rocket launcher, of course. A shape was building itself on her hands, brimming with light before colors were painted on it by building a solid matter that uses different steel, darker in color, and attached to the parts that she built. When its modifications and process was done, the weapon had an appearance of a FN F2000, a bullpup assault rifle with a scope on top of the rifle. The only changes are its firing rate, firepower and the rounds it uses. Its firing rate is just like a sniper rifle, rather slow when it comes to firing rate, despite having an appearance of an assault rifle that was suppose to have either semi-automatic or fully-automatic rifle, but hers are rather slow itself, in order to control the recoil that it unleashes, she had to build it to fire slowly, otherwise she may send herself flying away before she could even have the time to aim. While in firepower means, as described, it has enough power to blast through a tank's armor and has a devastating explosive power, enough to make a giant hole on a wall with only a bullet out of the rifle, but its recoil can even send someone an oversized man back under the recoil of the rifle. The rounds it uses are none other than energy rounds, modified to be highly explosive and has a layer of a matter, glowing in green, its inner parts has a teaspoon of anti-matter on each bullets, which alone is enough to make a good blow to her victim's body. However, it is advised that Silvia herself should not use it too many times, since the rounds are built with her own energy, the gun itself was enough to make her drop a sweat, not to mention the rounds she has to built when it runs out of capacity, which is 5 rounds per magazine, 5 bullets can drain her rather fast the more she uses it.

Silvia knew about the underground from the beginning, since energy signals were everywhere within the earths that is only blocking her sight, but never being able to block away the energy of the people that is roaming before the floors where they kept the prisoners. Soon, when she pulled the trigger, the rifle fired a bullet, moving a speed of sound, and the moment it hits the ground, it would shook the earth into an enormous explosion, devouring the earth under its explosive power and left a hole for her to enter the underground wihout needing a flight of stairs to enter. The energy that the explosive unleashed was massive, enough to pulse through the entire city in Southern District to alert more beings who are in the area to acknowledge that there is someone intruding the base of the rebel. If they have the guts to do so, they can come around to stop her or join forces with the Matter Queen, Silvia Asthavon.

Dropping into the hole, only to see four of the rebels that was approaching towards her in attempt to cut her with a sword, but they were rather too old-fashioned to use something like a sword to cut her. They need to try better than that, of course. Shot off the second round, two were caught in the midst of the explosion when the bullet detonated after the round was shot from the rifle, another explosion that simply blast through the flesh of these rebels and a hole to a deeper levels of the prison, where they caged demons and hollows that are considered more dangerous and power, while the upper levels locked away weaker ones. When the two rebels tried to cut her with the sword, instead of her body that was cut through and bleed, their sword broke instead. When the blades became pieces, she took the chance to manipulate the broken pieces of the sword, and shot them right through their throats with enough force, only to see them gasping for air as their throat was pierced through, the neck was bleeding viciously.

Licking her own lips, things were getting rather interesting, but wihout wasting much time, before more of them rushes in, she would need to break out the prisoners as soon as possible and complete what needs to be done. Chuckling, her words were nothing but a graceful tone of a lady, "Its time to show them how to respect a woman~ Maybe, they will learn to love what's right."

The room that the dealer had found was now notably different to the previous form, before it was protected and safe with lights shining down in order to project the light to aid the rebels in searching maps and reading plans and messages from the other fronts of their oh so genius rebellion. Now the place was darker, the lights mostly shattered and the walls creaking and waning due to the wicked chain of the Demon of greed having whipped and crashed into them causing damage while he was having some fun with the enemies of the Asthavon's. Looking down from above a elite member of the rebels watched as the Demon of greed began eating something.... It wasn't something within the area and the man was being held by the chain so it didn't seem to come from it. Looking down it was notable that the demon was eating a banana, it was a oddity for sure but it wasn't uncommon for Reigen to make such odd habits his nature. The question however was why was this elite still alive, the others had been eliminated by the Demon in quick succession there bodies now strung up by the chain that the well-dressed monster was now wrapping around the rebel. Finishing the banana the Demon threw the skin away and then looked up to the rebel. "Ahhhhh That was refreshing, I feel that its needed to have some potassium in my diet, been on a bit of a health kick lately..." The small talk was the trademark of the Demon of greed, he would simply blather on as he was never one to lose control of a situation.

Still hearing the sound from above, the Demon looked beyond the rebel and had a sly grin. "Seems that someone more willing to make themselves known is looking to come down and have some fun with you guys... Now I would be quite hesitant to wait and see what was coming down just to be turned into mush but it and I'm sure as the humble yet intelligent man that you might be you can understand that really there are two choices now, one you agree to give me what information you know or two I hold you here for the next few minutes and see what happens when another bombardment comes through..." The deal wasn't exactly a fair one, but Reigen was sure that the rebel would rather take the alternative to death as so many would. "We have a deal?" Looking up the elite was nodding begrudgingly, it was almost sad he had to give up his pride for the sake of his life... Little did he know~ "Well now that we are in agreement I think it would be best to tell you I'm not going to take your words as truth, so instead I'll just take your knowledge completely..." The chain wrapped around the rebel poked his head with the tipped edge above, upon doing so a face of horror came across the elite. He had fallen into the trap, Reigen needed only the conformation of a deal to get what he wanted, the access for knowledge was not the rebel telling him what he wanted it was taking the info from the mind of his captive directly. The side effects of this were.... Well unpleasant for the captive, so much information made it hard to decipher the needed information so usually Reigen just took all of it, as such the man could be more of a husk than a living being now.

"Ah thank you for the info update..." The demon let loose the rebel now a gibbering husk, if he managed to make his way out of the room let alone escape the enemy above it would be akin to a miracle but Reigen never agreed to help him escape only to let him go... With the new information the demon now had the location of the holding cells for more important captives, well important as in they were lower down on the bunker so he was guessing that they had some important information or were just to strong to leave up topside, good idea too it had been raining death lately... Looking down to the ground a sudden shock of energy rocked the area, it seemed that the rather loud user of energy above had made leaps and bounds to get down to the other captives by blowing most of the base into non-existence. "Well that wasn't very subtle, who would expect such a thing to happen.... Well helps me get in and do my dirty work so can't really complain.... Why am I talking to dead people?" Noting his comments going to the corpses he had just made Reigen decide it would be for the best to make his own hole downwards. He was a bit more slight in his approach however.

Touching the chain on the ground suddenly the floor was gone under Reigen, now it was a pit of blackness until he met with the ground once more. He had calculated the properties of the land and would find himself in an area with a large amount of the dangerous captives, demon and hollow alike. Looking around however he saw a set up of rebels below a creature that seemed like a Menos Grande.... "You know guys if you want to make a defensive position don't do it in such a fun area... Heads up~" The chain snaking above touched the cage holding the creature and suddenly it disappeared, this came along with the reemergence of the ground that the demon moved through and the crushing of a lot of poor little soldiers before they could not the large monster falling to gravity's will. However one was smart enough to get in closer to the demon before he launched his attack, taking out a blade he rushed to Reigen, it was cute to see them try... Dodging his haggard attacks with style akin to a fluid dance the chain of greed whipped around in a circle lead to a large spiral as Reigen jumped back to outside its range. "Now lets see if you can handle pressure shall we?" The chain spiked up and wrapped around the rebel left standing and enveloped his body suddenly a flick of the wrist and a click of the fingers left the sound of a body being crushed by the shrinking space within the chain's grip. "Huh looks like he wasn't one to handle it well..." The chain let loose the mush remaining as it retreated and Reigen cleaned the blood from it with a quick flick of the weapon around the area getting blood on the others in attendance along with the rebels that could be around. "Now everyone I think its time that this cuddle puddle of rebels gets really crazy!" The declaration was not to spread fear, it was just to show that the situation they were in was not going to get any better anytime soon...

Hayuko was asleep, he was envisioning moments of the past. His dreams were never something to look forward too. In fact it had been so long since he last fell asleep, trying to avoid the nightmares that plagued his daily life. It was a disease that would never go away, the monster living within him. It would eat away at him every moment, of every hour, of every day; something that would destroy any regular person. Despite all of this, Hayuko has an extremely powerful will; he would never allow this plague to consume his life, for his sake… and the sake of everybody else. Yet still the dreams of his past would surface. In his nightmares he could see the horror of murder, of rape, every single terrible thing that was caused by the beast within. Reminders of how incredibly weak he used to be, how he couldn’t keep the demon within under check…

…Tick…

The sound of gun’s firing, the smell of gunpowder; the squeals of terror were not enough to wake Hayuko from his slumber. He sat there, huddled up against a wall in the corner of the town; hidden from everyone. Nobody would have been able to find, because nobody would look for a random man in the corner of the town. As he continued to dream, these dreams would always agitate him. They caused him a great amount of stress; as they were nothing but nuisances, a constant reminder of the past he used to live in; but a past that is not completely relevant to today, as he has been able to overcome the tragedies of the past. Still, nothing would annoy him more than these dreams… except maybe being woken from then abruptly, and that would never be a good idea; for anybody.

…Tick…

Hayuko’s body twitched just a small bit, as the sounds of battle raged on within the city; but he had lived through plenty worse than what was happening, this was still not enough to wake him. Some may be wondering why he was even in the demon world to begin with. His mysterious disappearance from earth happened quite some time ago; and he has not been able to be tracked, even with all the powers of the Yuudeshi network. Although Shadin would not press on this matter, as it wasn’t the first time he had disappeared off of earth. Being in the yayjuu organization from its near creation, a member of the Beast Circle; hayuko had the jurisdiction to do as he pleased, this included his “Extended vacations”. Some may wonder how he was able to reside in the demon world, Human’s shouldn’t be able to survive within the demon world; especially not the Chaya nation where the worst of all demons take refuge. Although what they don’t know, is that he may be the scariest thing in this city right now.

…Tick…

”Thou rebels against the Shadowfall and the Asthavon family, i hereby under the place of Shadowfall This voice resonated throughout the entire town, as Hayuko’s eyes flickered as he began to wake; releasing a murderous aura that could be felt throughout the entire city for just a split second before it disappeared. It was an aura too big to pinpoint on such a short amount of time, unless you were an expert at energy detection. Eventually Hayuko fully awoke, opening his eyes to the madness that was ensuing inside the town. Although this didn’t matter to him; he had been living in the demon world for so long that occurrences like these were actually extremely common. Usually he would just let this pass… but then again they had woken him up; and that left him in an extremely pissy mood.

…Tick...

Finding out where the action was happening was hardly difficult. You could pinpoint the useless amount of energy being expended by a few suspects… Or you could look at the giant explosions leaving behind grave amount of dust and debris, or you could listen to the excruciatingly painful shrieks of terror, cries for help; or the yelps of those who were too unfortunate to make it out alive. Clearly, this wasn’t your everyday brawl within the city; and not everyone was a terrible person within the demon world, so Hayuko being the good person he was decided he’d go help out the poor lads being so one-sidedly slaughtered. And maybe… let out a bit of steam; his dreams left a dreadful aftertaste and he could definitely use a punching bag. Hayuko right now was a ticking time bomb, one wrong step and you could set off something much worse than just a nuclear explosion. He clearly wasn’t happy, and his prey was going to cowering in terror soon enough.

He took his time walking to the scene of the crime though. He just woke up, and he didn’t feel like rushing to rescue the people either. After all you should always scout ahead before doing anything rash. While he was annoyed, he was calm; as he usually is. He was hiding his aura pretty well of course, making it seem as if he was a weakling. Although he himself didn’t exactly look like one. Walking with his chest held high, he stood at six-foot one; athletically built. The thing that could deter people away from him were his currently blood red eyes, if there was any indicator that he was a dangerous man; that was definitely the one.

Arriving near the scene Hayuko took to the buildings half a mile away from the chaos, and most likely still in the danger zone. Scanning over the situation it seemed as if the rebels were organized enough; they were playing the defensive game as well as they could. Well you could only get so far with camaraderie and strict teamwork after all; they lacked the power to keep back this impending threat. To them it simply wasn’t fair, they were basically a frail wall getting him with a gigantic wrecking ball. “Well, maybe I should even the playing field just a bit huh?” He said to himself as he finished surveying the area. There were only two enemies, but as far as Hayuko knew? There was only 1, to him that seemed a bit odd; but then again, there are all sorts of overconfident people in this world. And overconfidence is a fatal mistake hayuko thought to himself as headed down to the battlefield at his own pace, still hiding his aura the best he could.

He arrived just in time to see the enemy making her way down to… what was that some underground hideout? Hayuko didn’t know, he didn’t really care anyways. ”Damn… didn’t anyone ever teach her how to knock?” he said to himself as he could know make out the features of the enemy. Well for the brief second he saw her, before she jumped down into the well. Something else seemed suspicious, he could feel the life of other rebels dying out in another sector. Maybe it was a rebellion of the prisoners? He would be able to check that out later he thought to himself as he followed behind the girl.

He walked over to the hole just in time to see her licking her lips, probably in love with the idea that she’s murdering a multitude of people that were simple just weaker than her. Oh man Hayuko hated people like that, and he was already annoyed with the rude way this ***** had woken her up. Well there was always one way to solve this.

Hey.

His voice was relatively soft, but his voice itself demanded attention of others. ”Nobody would ever respect a freak”. If his voice initially didn’t get her attention, that taunt would be the final nail in the coffin. ”If you’ve got so much free time, why don’t you just dance with me?” As he said this in a loving, yet clearly sarcastic tone; Hayuko let his strength be known as the atmosphere around him was suddenly filled with an extremely heavy dark aura, that would crush anybody too weak to be around him; and commanded those with some strength to kneel to him. Only those who were at least vice-captain level could even think of moving with this kind of overbearing strength. For his current opponent, they more likely than not wouldn’t be affected; but they would clearly know his strength and his intent. The aura was one powerful enough to be felt from a mile away, and if left a certain feeling behind. The feeling where he is the predator, and you're his prey.

…Tick…

Hayuko had fired off his warning and the message was clear, get out; or get annihilated. With his overpowering dark aura, and his growling blood red eyes; there was something… sinister about him. If the opponent was adept enough, they would be able to sense the slight amount of death’s energy in his aura; which could lead them to question exactly who Hayuko really was. ”You know if you don’t like to dance, you could always leave the party” he said cheekily, giving her a chance to back out. But knowing the bad guys, they never know what’s coming to them before it’s actually handed to them. Of course Hayuko, was still very much in control… For now.

Well, well, look who has joined the party of the rebel's side. It would be less surprising to her if it was someone that is standing above her level, the bloody red eyes that simply gives off the hints that he is a being that truly shouldn't be messed around with. Before she even had the time to take her leave to move deeper into the prsion, this bulky young man arrived in time just to buy an attention and taunt her with just mere words. It wasn't pleasing at all for someone to have much of an arrogant mouth that runs off like him but it doesn't seem to 'stab' her too much around, since they would've need more than just mouth that runs threats for a good scare. No matter how powerful they are, there is no reason for Silvia to not save the ones that was enslaved by these rebels whom took Shadowfall's people. Making a shocking tone, her way of talking was quite casual knowing for a fact to the situation she is in, and if she cannot make it through alive, he can let the other one handle it as she buys the time to release the prisoners.

"My, my, dearie~ Is that some form of a threat? I do not need respect nor do i crave for one, something that is so ridiculously stupid that i may even laugh right now. Besides, if its about saving comrades out of the prison, i wouldn't mind going as far as to destroy these pesky people who took my subordinates and treating them as something to threaten us. Sadly~ It was a futile."

Chuckling, her sentences were quite delicate for a woman like her, before leaving out more words from his very mouth, "This 'party' you speak of are like a board of chess. You are playing as the Queen piece that guards the King piece on the opposition side, while i am also a Queen piece myself wihout a King piece to guard. If you're so eager to play a game of chess with me, then i'd be delighted to be in your party~"

Her eyes were like a snake bearing its fangs against its foe, it was glowing green before her own spiritual power began to explode outwards, increasing her overall capability to ring this man's head to understand that even if she is in her sealed state, it doesn't mean that it would be hard to overpower him in terms of overall spiritual power. Her power was in an earth-crushing level, somewhere at a level of using only half of her own spiritual power, it would be enough to have lieutenants, even captains to be struck by fear under the dense pressure of her own spiritual power. Wihout furtherado, the rifle simpliy dissipated into the air, before she accumulates up to a hundred orbs behind her within a manner of seconds when her left hand waved, and the second her other hand snaps its fingers, these orbs would shot forth itself into a large blast, capable of taking down a single apartment in each and every of these blasts and leave a beautiful crater against the earth of the battlefield.

These 100 blasts aren't omni-directional, and cannot twist nor bend because of her own limitations in manipulating the movements of these matter blasts that can only fire at a straight line, a simple step would be enough to avoid a single blast but when it comes to a hundred of them, it can simply pack up a small field and completely obliterating a single area, and these blasts are focused solely against Hayuko. That wasn't all as well, snapping her finger, the entire earth beneath the two individuals rose to the sky, forming an invisible barrier between them while behind the contents of these barriers, it was large enough to form a small city in this floating land that she created after slicing apart the parts of the earth in circles using her matter manipulation ability. As long as she is on earth, Silvia is like a being that controls just about every possible materials in this earth, and with her ability to control almost all types of matters including Dark Matter and Anti-Matter, her powers can evolve at a level to manipulate the universe itself, but that is just a speculation of her powers in its improved state.

The walls of these barriers were tougher than Hayuko can expect, especially made to repel off something like Death Energy and a nuclear blast if anyone attempts to do so from the inside and the outside, though this battlefield may only be both of them to stay on and throw everything they have wihout hesitation. Her expression nor her eyes didn't express any particular emotions of curiousity, hesitation nor any forms of emotions that most beings can express, and mystery would only engulf around her identity and true motives of this battlefield that she made. It wasn't as special as it seems but with the best of her own efforts, this was as much as she could do to prevent any nuclear war going on in the entire District and leaving Reigen to do his job. From here, they could clash their heads as strong as they could, and Silvia wouldn't hold back even as a delicate lady herself. For the sake of her own family and under the name of Asthavon, she would make sure no arrogance leaves out of this man's mind.

[color:13d7=green"Prepare yourself, dearie~"

It wasn't her full power, as her overall spiritual power further increases to a point where lieutenants can begin to feel heavy and weakened, while for captains, it would be a heavy weight on their shoulders and the fear inside them would become increasingly stronger, and if their willpower is not enough, they would submit themselves into the world of fear and lose their sanity soon enough. Hinting her with Death Energy, she wouldn't mind hinting him with one as well, by leaving a presumably weak energy of her own Death Energy, enough for Hayuko to sense it, of course, that even the beginners in sensing spiritual power can feel the cold wave of her death energy floating weakly onto the air. She stood there, letting the gentleman have his first cut on her to see how tall his arrogant personality can hold.

Reigen was being the busy bee that he tended to be, having 'liberated' many of the caged hollows and rather pathetically captured demons Reigen let some of them go by taking their positions and moving it to a nicer scene that was probably more like a rose field in comparison to what was going on above him. He let many of the Menos below rage out and explode a large portion of their prisons with cero and other such destructive tendencies, it was to say the least quite a rowdy little gathering under the bunker. The sheer destruction was not better above or below but after having freed a few floors of the stronger creatures that the rebels had taken under their care the gentleman thought it a bit more appropriate to rest and relax while having a tea break in the middle of the chaos, letting him enjoy and take it in more than many probably would be able to if they were, well....Normal. Still Reigen was at least a bit glad that the newcomer that had found there way to the location of his supposed ally was seemingly not aware or simply did not have the care to pay attention to him, all the better for him to do his job if he could do it without having any sort of interruption like a sword at his throat or a spell being fired in his face. Having finished his tea however the Demon noted the lack of entertainment to be had in a prison with all the inmates free, the guards weren't exactly in a position to be dealing with one suspect when their whole flock was about to break through the walls and crush them.

But with this development led to a drab situation where Reigen was forced to watch as a bunch of monsters played Pac-man with rebels as the pellets. Still the amount of force rising from above was beginning to seem like the duel of the fates with both the threat and the defender preparing to destroy each other with such force that neither seemed to care about the protection of the bunker or the prisoners. It wasn't something that unexpected when two forces tend to get angry or rowdy they also tend to become a lot less interested in the workforce around them. Still in itself it was entertainment for Reigen the floors of hollows and Demons many who were claiming importance only for Reigen to blow them away to somewhere else if only not to bother him were not nearly as fun as seeing a battle begin to blow out from above. However though he'd love to have front row tickets the well-dressed Demon knew that it would only be a bad idea to get in between the two that decided to make this rescue mission into a ego stroking contest through fists and more than likely monstrous spiritual attacks. It was funny to see some below fall to the ground as they felt the threat from above, it was if they could feel the killing intent of the two enemies above to the extent that it was beginning to make them feel as if they would be next after whatever the two would do to each other. Reigen wasn't threatened mostly due to the precautions taken by the Demoness above him having herself launched into the sky to let him do a greater job.

But in the end the Demon simply had to move people away from him that were beginning to annoy him or direct them to the big holes in the bunker now that it had been mostly lifted off. "Hmmmm Lets see the stare-off is a nice touch but this isn't a manga we can get to the action now..." Looking over to one of the Gillian Menos in the area Reigen put on a sly grin as he jumped up to it head, he removed its top half with a quick flick of the the chain and took his time carving a nice little message into the bone of the mask of the creatures appearance. With the last full stop the head disappeared only to end up crashing in between the two of them staring each other down, the now broken Menos would only have a large message written in its head. "HAVE A GOOD CLEAN MATCH AND LETS HAVE FUN~" A rather kind and nice message from the Demon below let the two know that one, it was okay for an actual fight to happen and that two the hostages were being freed at a perfectly efficient rate so with only Reigen to care to watch it was fine to go nuts~ No point in having a dull show with such big guns in the sky now was there?

Artist: Avenged Sevenfold - Song: Doing Time - Word Count: 1295

Sometimes, he wished that he had a voice recorder on him. Day in and day out he would meet a new kind of freak, it was getting so ridiculous that he was honestly thinking about starting to recording single last one of them. Then he would have something to listen to and laugh about when he couldn’t sleep. Listening to her words, he already began to chuckle. In fact the chuckle was so sudden you may have taken him for someone insane. His eyes gleamed as they radiated an almost maddening look; as a smile as equally disturbing to his enemies would appear on his face.

“It seems you’ve miscalculated somewhere”

He uttered his words while his smile began to disappear. He stared the lady down, peering deep into her eyes as he showed absolutely no fear. In fact Hayuko was almost disinterested by the situation he had walked into. When he thought about it, he had only walked into this situation because of how he had been disturbed from his sleep. Of course, he would ultimately end up helping these poor rebels out; because it would weigh on his conscious if he didn’t do at least something. Of course he now realized that he had walked into a fight that simply did not pique his interest. In his eyes, he was a tiger; a vicious animal ready to tear any animal to shreds, and the woman standing in front of him was nothing more than a pigeon compared to him. Of course, this was all his own understanding of the situation; but he had faced enemies far and far worse than whatever this petty lady could offer. It was just cruel and unfair. Then again, this is probably how the poor rebels had been feeling about five minutes ago.

“I’m not here to help the poor little fellas being massacred; I’m here to kick your ass”

He spoke these words once again, completely disinterested with the woman. It was practically a disrespectful tone, one that would continue to agitate others because of the way they were being disregarded essentially. Suddenly the explosion of spiritual energy could be felt as Hayuko didn’t budge from where he was standing, although he was pleasantly surprised. He raised one eyebrow as she released this strength, becoming slightly more interested; maybe this would be some fun after all. It wasn’t a strength to be laughed at either, it was an overbearing power that would send many to their knees; if their bodies hadn’t of shattered already. But Hayuko wasn’t anybody.

Soon he could see the rifle disappear and almost instantaneously but his guard up. Something was up, and he wasn’t going to get steam rolled by something unexpected. Hayuko actually had quite the mind for fighting, anybody could have assumed that something was going to come next, especially adter all thata aggression was released in the form of spiritual energy. The true question that he should have been asking, was what?

As she made some waived her left hand, his blood red eyes began to change color to a stone cold black. It’s not a natural black color the one you see on cars, but an endless abyss that seems to suck down everything it sees. It almost seems as if it is void of existence. What makes his new adopted eye colors even more frightening is his actual pupil. Inside of Hayuko’s eyes, the lady would literally be able to see something darker moving about inside his pupils. As if something… satanic was lying in wait; staring into his eyes could make you think he was the devil himself. It was a look strong enough to unnerve the toughest of fighters; one that could make the weak cry out in help, panic in fear; straight out of intimidation. Something that may have made her second guess this fight. Hayuko soon had a faint, dark purple colored aura envelop his body; it was subtle, but noticeable. Although the aura wasn’t big it was radiating tightly on his skin.

Soon what seemed like dozens, maybe even a century of orbs; were hurled at Hayuko, and they were completely menacing. While it would have been easy to dodge all of them, it wasn’t so simple; there wasn’t much of an area to just dodge down here. It was like they were in a cage; about to have a dog match, and unfortunately for the little lady this suited Hayuko perfectly. In his right hand he began to form of a highly concentrated ball of darkness, surrounded by a wisp of fire; although you could feel the massive amount of energy that was being radiated from it. It let out a burning sensation in the room, as the ball itself was at an extremely high temperature. Now quality over quantity wouldn’t you say?

He realized that he was being lifted into the earth, which raised another question mark. Did she also have the ability to manipulate the earth? Well that much was self-explanatory seeing as how she had raised them in the air. He could almost see the barrier forming itself as the century of blasts were fired in his direction, Hayuko fired the ball he had been forming in his hand; punching the air in front of him with his fist releasing a giant laser beam around six feet high and two feet in width. The beam was fired with a force to completely erase a series of skyscrapers; maybe even enough force to cause a crack in this extremely reinforced barrier. If that didn’t describe the lethality of this monstrous blast he didn’t know what would. Of course it would take a bit of his energy to create such an attack but not something he would mind. The blast would collide with the orbs, with the possibility of completely overtaking them and continuing its path straight at the woman; at least being able to cancel the orbs by creating an explosion in the middle. Although it was fairly easy to avoid if forced through.

As the lady raised her spiritual power even further, Hayuko sighed. Her aura was certainly overbearing, to most; but if they were about to play a game of flexing Hayuko was sure to come out on top. At this point he almost felt lethargic, not wanting to fight; afterall there was something that seemed suspicious. The gaurds underneath them were still panicking and reeling; even though he was taking care of the only threat… Or so he thought.

Hayuko finally let out his own spiritual pressure. A highly overbearing and oppressive strength could be felt stretching for almost a mile within this town, as it’s weaker residents were soon kneeling to his strength. Although at the very core; around Hayuko and his little friend, the immediate temperatures began to flare up into the hundreds. That could cause anybody weak to suffer from nausea, Dehydration and other symptoms. One that could make even the weaker captains feel weakened. His eyes had a sinister feeling, as dread could be felt in the air. This was a battle of two demons, where one was scary and the other was truly frightening
He had been kind enough to give her a warning; and although his appearance now was certainly… something straight from hell, he was a good person at heart.

“Now now, I’ll give you one last chance to live; think twice, life is pretty short ya know”

He said this in an actual sincere voice, it lacked the arrogant sarcasm that had been lingering before; but it also echoed a feeling of finality. It was his absolute last warning; more people were going to be killed if he didn’t act, and boy he would make it quick.
