The Coming of War: The Lord of War Comes![Rebel Rave Mission: Eastern District]
Sun Apr 27, 2014 10:19 pm
He appeared walking as those unable to bare the weight of his arrival began killing one another, Kiriel decided to exercise his power. Letting the madness of War flood this place, those of weak nature began going insane. Blood lust filled the area, his very presence now was able to create the feeling of war. Whom ever so came before this monster who was known as only the killer of many battlefields would be hard pressed to find an answer for him. His hand slowly came up removing the glasses, this place once again felt like plastic or cardboard. Why was such a flimsy place standing, his eyes looked to the those who were against his sister. They were canon fodder, how best to eliminate them all. He could easily drop a nuke level explosion here and wipe everything out. His powers ebbed as he waited for enemies to come, but they seemed busy killing one another. Those that came with him would remain not effected by his power, he was now able to direct it where he desired. And though he didn't quite know where the enemy leader was yet. Kiriel would find out soon enough, his frame moved as the ground shook beneath his energy as he looked over the location without a shred of remorse. His eyes observed as the enemies began killing one another, perhaps the Leader would be among this canon fodder. Than again it was unlikely, he thought about the tactics of warfare. What place would befit a leader, hiding in this sector wasn't likely to be good. He wasn't dumb enough to come trade blows with someone like this. Kiriel's energy was shaking everything to piece. His eyes looked on he had no qualms about destroying the entire city. Nor did the other members of his family, he slowly caught a sword in his hand. Letting his fingers grasp it as he smirked faintly. This would have to do for now, what could the Lord of War do with such a trinket of War. His eyes observed as he gave it a swing half of the street exploded in energy sending bodies flying every which way. The damage was indeed of a high nature.
The crater remaining from the swing was impressive, his hand looked at the sword as the blade had been destroyed. Such flimsy weapons they brought his eyes looked through the shades of his glasses with an expression that wasn't amused. He let air fill his lungs, his voice echoing all over the battlefield not that he yelled. But in this place he could everything almost, but the Leader. Finding him on a battlefield with as much noise as their was. Now that was tricky, was he someone that could be calmed perhaps someday. In his youth he didn't think about talking to the enemy as he did now. "Come out, or I'll blow this entire place off the map.." Just to make sure the leader got the picture, Kiriel released a small portion of his power letting the crimson infect the sky. Turning it into a bloody sky where it appeared a mass murder had been brought. The ground quaked and buildings shook and the madness of those fighting only grew, brother killed brother.
Kiriel let the power subside he wasn't interested in killing the man this way. He knew the Leader was here, knowing all that happens on every battlefield. That's a power worth having helps you find targets when you want. Kiriel seemed to be waiting now, he knew soon this man would give in. If not well Kiriel had a way to make the man come out of hiding but it would destroy a large portion of the city. Kiriel decided to make an example of what he meant, he wouldn't activate Bellum, that wasn't due yet. His hand soon had gotten a miniature sun within it's grasp he simply tossed it towards a section of the city. The sun stormed towards the center area, it would be seen from every single battlefield. Kiriel stood unmoved by anything as he watched the explosion to come. Unless the sun created was stopped well this would be one of the better spots for fireworks. His gaze never moved as he waited for the explosion his sunglasses looking and this wouldn't take long for him to be rewarded as he seemed calm.
It felt easier to tap into the powers, creating an object from previous wars didn't strain him as much. His glasses lit up with a white light as the miniature sun exploded with enough force to knock down several buildings. Kiriel watched as the enemies casualties were hard to even calculate for most. He didn't bother as the light faded from his glasses, did the light cause his vision to have problems? Not really he'd used it for the purpose of making his point to the Leader. Only a quarter of the area had been completely destroyed. How many lives did he take with that act, well it wasn't much in his problems to think about it. Kiriel had made his message clear, now all that was left was for this man to come out. Would he do it, most likely Kiriel thought the display wasn't his full strength. Not even slightly, his eyes glanced on at the waiting carnage as something was surely going to happen. Did no one here yet have the balls to step up against him. Typical of older wars the three beings of war thought within the spirits.

Dayalu Seishin
Davana of Reincarnation & Hope
Davana of Reincarnation & Hope
It was no surprise that Dayalu Seishin found himself among these rebels against the current demon regime. He was however a tad bit surprised that they found themselves deep with the Chaya Nation, then again they were always known for being full of conflict and fighting. He had found himself in the place of his origin because he is seeking allies, but he was not aware that he would find others with his views so easily and gathered. He was almost skeptical of the idea first and didn't join them right away, but he did make his stance quite clear that he was no enemy of their's as he wandered the city, he however also never encountered their so-called leader. He was still currently wandering the streets of the Eastern part, when a presence all too familiar, made it's way into another section of the city, while another presence enter into his and probably the others were following suit. That familiar being was none other than enemy numero uno for these people, Queen Mana, leading Dayalu to only suspect the other was an ally of her's. Things only got worse as he got an odd feeling from the presence, like it opposed him and one of his origins. And with that, the hope of the people around hi,m became twisted, and they began killing one another in a frenzy. "This must be their doing." He stated and called forth one of his Atma, Soul Sanctuary.
The object took the form of a lantern on a large pole, currently the light within was not lit at all, but quickly those that found themselves dying to this power would have their souls flow into the lantern and from their, they would make it become lit, and as things continued, it would only grow brighter. It really didn't need any attention from him to collect the souls, but he left it in his left hand, keeping it close to protect it from harm. A nearby street exploded and it caught the attention of Dayalu, giving him an idea of where his enemy was. He decided that it would be best to approach the target, and he was confident in his skills as a Davana and the spirit of hope that he would not be brought down here. As the demon came into his view, he could only take note of another technique being released by him and from the looks of it, nothing good would come from it. Quickly reacting too it, he appeared before the enemy and the attack in an instant utilizing his skill in shadow movement and with a swift motion he open a portal to Hueco Mundo. From there, the sun should have no way of escaping it's point of traveling out of it's reach, and with the attack hopefully within another area, the portal was sealed, leaving Dayalu to keep his eyes on the enemy. "Hello, I'm Dayalu Seishin, while I may not be one of these people, I shall fight along side them. " He stated. "So long as I live, they will not meet their end here, and their leader will not die here either." He added and was curious to the Davana's next set of actions.
For now, he did the best that he could in terms of preparation and spread his influence of Zoa Koa across the battlefield, for those that were under the effect of the other, they started to hesitate and resist as the hope that they had for changing this world could over power the blood lust that filled their body and mind. this wasn't the end of things though as he added a slight effect of shadow movement to the air around them and made the air spin around the two of them, making a kind of twister effect. "So, as the spirit of Hope, I shall be your opponent." he finished with, awaiting his enemies moves, as he could jump on this right away, from knowing Mana, her allies could be very close to herself in power and capabilities. He could only hope that their leader could read the situation that was at hand and make the correct decisions that could scrap them out any shape or form of victory over their enemies. It didn't matter if they didn't take down the head aka Queen Mana yet, just so long as they make progress or survive this surprise attack. Dayalu held hope tight, he could only believe that his allies did the same or they would be lost, and maybe even he would be. He would go down for good though without putting up a good fight, for the sake of all those that have help him get this far.

The black haired female sat atop a small home, left hand curled around a sheathed blade. The human’s grey eyes stared out at the area beyond as a sigh escaped her lips. She sometimes hated the work that she ended up doing, but a contract was a contract. For that was all this being was, a hired mercenary here to help protect the leader of this place. She didn’t really care about the politics of this place, after all she no longer held any connection to this place. Looking downward, she mentally reprimanded herself for only bringing with her the clothes that she currently wore. Loose fitting black pants covered her lower body while only a black tee shirt covered her upper body. Her eyes closed for a few minutes as she began to meditate, attempting to block out the bloodlust that had suddenly come over her. She hadn’t trained all those years to control her emotions just to lose herself to some senseless desire though, and it was fairly easy for the young female to keep control of herself. However, the building she was sitting on suddenly began to break apart, Shani’s eyes flying open as she felt the shift. Moving quickly, she pushed herself away from the crumbling buildings. Landing on the ground softly, she once again pushed off, walking quickly towards the massive energy that seemed to be producing the destructive effects. A sudden explosion of energy forced her to deviate course though, a quick soul dash taking her to safety.
Quickly drawing her blade, she took up a defensive stance, worried about potentially being attacked by whatever entity had decided to destroy the area around her. She could feel herself losing control of the blood lust within her, but for now she did not care. She wanted to kill anyways, to rip apart whatever idiot had caused such a mess while she was here. She finally spotted the man who had caused the trouble in the distance, but her eyes widened as she saw what he was holding. A ball of brilliant light and amazing energy, like a miniature sun, and he just tossed it out towards the city. However, before it could cause the devastation that was planned for it, another individual made an appearance. This individual created some sort of portal in front of the miniature sun, causing it to go who knows where. Walking slowly forward, she could hear him talking as he said his name was Dayalu Seishin, and apparently he was fighting on the side she had been contracted by. A smile crossed her face, but it was quickly replaced by a scowl when the man he would be the one to fight the adversary. A quick soul dash brought her next to him, a growl emanating from her throat as thin tendrils of death energy leaked from her body. She spoke, her voice a bit harsh as she did, though it was mostly due to her desire to sate the blood lust that had firmly cemented itself within her by now.
“Hey, don’t just go taking the fight for yourself! What, am I being paid to do nothing while all you guys fight the battles alone? Sorry, but that isn’t going to happen. I’m going to work for my pay, while you may view me as inferior because I’m simply a hired mercenary, I want to live up to the expectations of the job. So how about you sit back and let me do my work, Mr. Seishin?”
Taking a deep breath, she knew she couldn’t fight it anymore, no longer could she hold back what was inevitable. Her death energy surrounded her in a great ball of blackness before dying down to show her changed looks. Her hair had gone from fairly long to short and spiky, a black tail flitting behind her. Red and black bat like wings stretched out behind her as a dark grin spread across her face. Red eyes locked on to the one before her as she gripped her blade tightly, preparing for a battle that was coming. First she would speak up again, the grin never leaving her face.
“Well, I’m just a hired mercenary, but I guess I’ll give you my name so if I end up dying today you’ll know what to put on my tombstone. I’m Shani Broadsword, assassin and hired mercenary. Now, how about we actually have some action instead of just standing around like this?”
With that she would wait to see how the other two would react before she would begin her assault.

As the skies themselves seemed to begin changing color there would become a shift in the balance of light and dark. The skies themselves seemed to begin to illuminate the craggy soils of the demon world , light pure undiluted light rays would begin to peirce through the madness, not from the sun, as yet another bone-crushing spiritual presence seemed to radiate downwards from the heavens themselves. Pristine Calculations flowing through the other worldly beings head like quick-silver, lightning fast and comprehensive as using the concept of transportation, meaning there is always two end points, the exit and the entrance. A garganta would rip the very fabric of hueco mundo engulfing the sun just as it would exit the demon dayalu’s portal. In turn this would as another garganta opened above the miasma that permeated the skies of the demon world, to become blasted apart, and blown asunder. As the light of the sun would have become even brighter if it was still physically possible for that to happen. Heat waves rolling off of its surface like a pulsating heart, enthralled with a steady beat which would bake the ground in the immediate vicinity of a two mile radius, without fail or problem.
As the winds whipped up a frenzy as the ground began to quake from the combined spiritual pressures of The Davana Of War and the new arrival, the ground would crack, long flaming fissures encroaching on the one subtle but barren location that the battle had been taking place on, energy residing in the air would have seemed to begin igniting, turning into a storm of fire, and brimstone, befitting the demon world’s very image. A lone figure whose facial features had been diminished and blotted out by the suns glare had been standing directly below the miniature star. Holding it in place with but a lone finger one finger was all it took for the man that was floating in the hellish heavens above to hold the turbulent mass of pure power at bay. Slowly though, the ground would begin to quiver, to shake. Immense energy and diverging calculations being replicated on a truly massive scale, causing the ground to boil, to burn, and to begin to vibrate as it began to rapidly rise in temperature, the bonds that held the demonic soil together becoming unglued due to the rise of energy in individual atoms.
In essence, this would cause all of the ground that had been baked, battered and burned; to completely explode upwards in nothing short of a volcanic eruption , minus the lava, instead it was a burst of sublimating soil and hot air that was above the threshold of 1000degree’s Farienheight. The updraft catching and blasting the loner in the skies clothes into untidy disarray. As slowly the sun remained present, its light slowly condensing as the attraction between the gaseous compounds had begun to increase slowly over the duration of this flashy introduction. Slowly the immense sun, was shrinking. From something that blot out the very skies themselves, to something that was around the size of a closed fist, or a softball. Then the light began to dim, as the strangers hand trembling and shaking steam rising in plumes from his very skin, would have slowly begun to squeeze the immense ball of raw power , slowly pushing its stability over the edge into instability, as rays of fire and light would become luminous as they filtered through the slits of his fingers. Only then had he with a boom that blew the dust from the ground, and the miasma even further away, he had crushed the sun completely in a display of raw power.
Skin burnt completely off, bone showing white against the red bloodied skies. However all around the individuals body, was light, light that filtered down like he was some sort of holy being, not of this plane of existence. Golden orbs focused downwards, the retina’s slowly contracting to take in the difference in light. Once the explosion cleared, and the steam which burned around the being from manually disassembling the sun abated. A pale face, framed by golden eyes, and golden hair could be seen. Flaps of flesh which had been burned off, healing in something that could have only been high speed regeneration, a bone mask, resting on the top of his head. But that wasn’t the interesting part. No that would belong to the frown which spread across his face, teeth slightly showing, as his eyes had a sea of white framing the gold of his pupils and iris. The veins in his temple visible as they bulged outwards from his truly abnormal anger which had flowed to the surface, the madness that plagued the land below, would begin to cease, and desist as those locked in frenzied, power induced combat, would have begun to spontaneously burn, skin melting against the muscles which melted against the bone, which would ultimately turn to nothing , not even ash, as the friction vaporized the very foundations that the crazied populace had been once known to be.
Next as his anger seemed to grow even further, hollow and man, would merge together , the immense trust between the two, built on fighting, and respect, allowing the one in the sky, and his unusual hollow to hit even higher reaches of synchronization. As the mask slid down onto his face, steam rising from it, the anger in his mind, was growing by the second, at both parties, but more towards those who would even dare to raise a hand at shadow fall, the allies that he owed much to for their assistance when those in his organization needed them most. Which was why, now as he’d take a extremely deep breath, the masks mouth would split apart the warble common for a vizard, comparable to a thousand different voices all thrown hap-hazardly into one Rumbling, booming, and Deafening would explode in such volume that it would rise easily, over any and all fighting within the current 10 mile or greater radius.
“SHUT THE FUCK UP MAGGOTS, INSURGENTS, AND IDEALISTS WHO’S TONGUES HAVE LED THEM TO BITE THE HAND THAT GOVERNS THEM. YOU PRIMITIVE SCUM, YOUR VOICES PAIN MY EARS , SO QUIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET”
Azuma’s voice cracked at the end, mixing due to just how in sync he was with his hollow, between his vizard voice, and an actual bon-a-fied hollow’s roar, the eerie sound was inescapable it was amplified by raw power, to the point that it would literally act as a destructive wave of sound, baring down on anything that was within 500 feet of the area directly below his form, chewing out a huge expanding crater in the ground. As his own energy seemed to double, as his anger spiked even further, his body launching forward and legitimately vanishing no gimmicks, no tricks. He’d vanish in a hypersonic thunderclap of sound. His body coming into view right behind that of Dayalu, his left foot crashing into the ground with enough force to cause the ground to legitimately “Hop” in a mile radius, his right foot coming around utilizing what was commonly in move races known as a “Visual blind spot” To send his devastatingly powerful kick up into the side of dayalu’s body, if successful the force would be enough to with the shockwaves radiating effects, to completely overpower and disperse the twister in one fell swoop before he’d let out a deep irriated growl.
He kept his emotions in check for a reason, that was that his power was so intense that; if he let his emotions control his actions then it would become like it was, a force that was distorting and warping the very air with heat and raw friction that was explosively expanding in every direction. As Azuma let out what was like a animal’s roar, his head throwing back, his body quickly transgressing without command through shikai to bankai, and possibly even beyond. However as he roared, the ground exploded upwards, a growing twister of raw heat , which was able to vaporize the very atoms in the air, was bursting outwards in every direction, like a freak storm it was growing in size as he let out a louder roar, throwing the weight off, the weight of fear, of restraint, as his energy would explode even higher, comparable to his former leader, hakai or tora lionus. His eyes would narrow on the singularity of the opposition, blood running from the left tear-duck, his mouth moving in a language which was impossible to even understand, the machine , kido, and hollow like words converging together, as what ever was going a truly massive intrusion of energy was exuding from his very location, the sky shifting into a singular bright light.
He was decrypting something, something on such a massive scale warning’s where popping up in his head from the network, he was pulling in the converging calculations of the sky, the ground, the air, the climate, he was pulling them all in at a rate that put even his systems on extreme strain. A vibrating mist beginning to form around him, as he was legitimately converting code-speak into some kind of patchwork spell which would begin to form as light burned away every shadow in the sky, his body twitching as he seemed to begin to conconvulse, gibberish mixed with numbers streaming from his mouth , at such a speed that it would converge into a single lone tune, which was varying every single instant, warning signs turning into danger signs of information overload in his head.
However he’d forcibly push open the buffer or restraints on his processing speed, as literally the anger would take over, as the air began to shimmer, the words speeding up, the letters becoming solid noise, like static, millions of voices millions of letters, streaming from his hollow-masked mouth at such a speed that it would make anyones head hurt at the point, light slowly began to filter down, as intense gusts of energy would keep the likes of dayalu or the other probably away, as he let his arms begin moving , striking points in the air, which would light up like this was some kind of neon light show on the strip in vegas. Energy converging as then it would begin , as his words continued to roar , a kind of golden aura would have begun to boil from the skies themselves, the very atoms in the whole radius well over 10 miles, from this unholy strain, had individually begun to super heat from the bombardment of the light rays.
Locking on to each atom, each calculation, all of this was blaring in his mind, he had one designated thought throwing this all into immediate action. It wasn’t the safety, it was to crush those that apposed those that helped out the Monsuta swiftly in one huge blow. The immense influx of energy though was mainly not his own, as he heated up and then bound the energy he gained from the condensed burst out of all the individual atoms in the sky. This created immense volumes of untapped energy that completely would begin to boil over while he seemed to then let out a burnt out screech his voice rising to the point it transcended what was the range of hearing for normal inidivudals, becoming a invisible dogwhistling bellow, that caused the ground to begin to steam to boil, as his body began to hiss, the rogue forces slowly tearing off his skin. Burning it , just as fast as it was regenerating, before with one single explosive roar, he released it all, an immense eruption of golden light which exploded downwards from the sky, forming many hundreds of tendrils, of energy, light energy, and friction energy.
This energy would smash in on the vicinity, with an explosion that would turn everything in atleast 50 miles into a deep crater, as his ever immense energy reserves, even had taken a hit from that, sweat permeating his brow , and rolling off his body as he’d slowly stand up, eyes drifting towards the horizon, as the burning dust was rippling up from the depths.

Kiriel's grin widened as he observed, his eyes looking through those black shades before he removed them. He dropped them to the ground letting his arm free of the sling, he began laughing hysterically. These were going to be some fun insects, the very place began shaking as he laughed. Red energy blasted at everyone in the area enough to cause buildings to tumble and the surroundings to begin crumbling. Kiriel was strong and he wasn't going to hold back, he spoke now his smile staying before it faded slightly. His arm free as he breathed sending pulses of air outwards. He was much like his sister as he looked at them, oh yes they had hope. Just like all maggots did in war, war wasn't without hope. It was beyond one thing, it was everything rolled into a single ball. It was Chaos, it was Order, it was Hope, it was Destiny, War was everything. Their wasn't a little piece or even a small one people didn't understand this. Couldn't hope to grasp war, hope helped people overcome Madness that was true.
But with hope something else came, Fear it was so easy to smell it in the air. The mercenary wanted some action, oh that was a simple task indeed. Kiriel grinned a bit as he raised his hand. This wouldn't be anything special, but the female had best be prepared. Kiriel wasn't the sort to play games and though he expected this demon to be good. He regarded nothing as he had the seal of war. He decided he would play with these worms a bit, he activated it now sending a shock wave thundering out. So it was a fight they desired, the time for talk was done and no point relocating. This would make a fantastic battlefield. Someday he'd etch it into the very fabric of reality, it was time for War to truly begin. Phase One, he wasn't quite serious but his energy hit the sky sending the clouds scattering. It was time, he got ready pointing his hand towards the female Shani now as he prepared something for her. He decided to do something fun, as he jumped himself into the air now floating.
Several meteorite's began forming around him on fire, the size and shape of them was enough to destroy the entire city. He continued laughing, as he spoke now and let his voice echo out. A hope had one bane, one thing that Hope could only battle with and sometimes it lost. Fear, fear was something no one could shake it as he smiled a bit he spoke. Before raising his hand sending all ten of the meteorite's at the city the size of them would destroy most of the entire place in flames. KIriel watched from above with interest, his crimson aura shaking the very area still as he stood. His power was something violent, something that fit into everything. War could be many things, Harmony, balance, peaceful, or it could be a fearful experience. It wasn't so simple and it never would be, because war was complicated. It didn't have one side but eight or nine sides on a coin. Kiriel was the same, he watched now with anticipation of this battlefield. With the Vizard fighting them, it was likely Kiriel would kill the entire population.
Two swords formed in the palm of his hands, the fabric of them softly fitting into his hands. Ares and Mars, the misleading blades that he was often known to wield to slaughter his enemies. This was of course one way things could go, his eyes looked on with orange eyes that seemed to be lit on fire almost. Behind those glasses he so often wore was the eyes of war. Something that could be considered chaotic and tranquil at the same time, something about him seemed peaceful when he didn't let laughs out. The world was cardboard and even now it felt like flexing his power slightly would destroy everything. Kiriel was fueled in this battlefield, he could still fight how he pleased. This wasn't over nor was it about to be. Shani and this demon of hope wished a clash with War. Fine war would happily oblige, though he'd not pay for any funerals today. He cracked his neck sending out pulse waves of power that hit like a truck upon the ground.
His death energy was thick and seemed almost peaceful and volatile at the same time. Kiriel understood these rebels better than most would understand, Hope wasn't something just given by this demon. The male may of claimed it, but Kiriel could see inside every single one of them. This was his domain and to stand here was to be judged by war, his expression was calm and somewhat sympathetic to their plight. Why was this one could ask, because War was the hope of the refugee who was oppressed. War was the strength of the warrior fighting for those at home. War was the roar of courage for those who stood against the tyrants. Kiriel saw this often, he spoke calmly now letting his voice echo out. It was calm though he could see them, it wouldn't be long before he found the Leader. The moment the Leader set a single toe on this battlefield he'd be found, Kiriel's mood was odd as he spoke out for once waiting for the female's response to his attack. "Surrender, your light will be blacked out by others if you do not..
Kiriel raised his hand now as he softly spoke again he would make this clear, he would not hold back on them any longer and just his presence would destroy everything not just one area but every single area over and over and over, Dayalu could continue to bring it back, but the fact is they couldn't even get close to Kiriel to touch him as he could simply blast them away with raw power. He was being fueled by it and the hope in them was fuel as well, Hope within war was a fuel. And it was one he'd eaten before, souls weren't the meal for him it was this. The emotions of war, all of it Dayalu's actions were making him stronger and that's just what he wanted. To keep feeding him, Kiriel wasn't the type to hold anything back. But most people made one error, they assumed he had the same weaknesses as other demons. Kiriel wasn't a regular demon, in fact his very being wasn't demonic it was war. He didn't just serve as Danava he was the very essence of it, thanks to Mana his body had lost it's previous problems.

Shani grinned as she watched the man floated in the air, several meteorites forming around him. Holding her blade in one hand, she focused her energy in to the palm of her other hand. In a burst of energy, a duplicate of her original blade form, her fingers grasping around the hilt. A white light surrounded her body as she empowered her aura with the light of courage. Her strength enhanced, she then let a similar white light envelope her blade, empowering the blade with the light of courage in order to double the force of her next attack. A soul dash had her body blasting in to the air as the meteorites began to fall, black wings spread to their full length. Approaching the meteorite closest to her, she prepared her blades. Pushing the copied blade ahead, she used her real blade to back up the fake as she slammed it in to the meteorite. Her blade met flaming rock, and slowed the falling object as metal and falling object fought each other. Cracks appeared in the blade that was against the meteorite, but at the same time small cracks were appearing in the giant meteorite. However, it was only a few short seconds before the blade shattered in to pieces. A soft growl escaped from Shani’s lips as a shard of metal skimmed across her skin before dissipating in to nothingness, blood seeping from her wound. However, she didn’t let up in her assault, her real blade slamming in to the sphere with more destructive force then her previous sword had. Deeper cracks appeared in the meteorite as the sword slowly made its way through the outer crust of the giant thing. However, the meteorite was still falling, Shani riding on the underside of it as she tried to slow it down. Realizing that she would soon be crushed beneath the giant thing if she continued, she gave one last growl, and with a burst of strength her sword carved its way through the underside of the falling object, making a small five feet deep fissure on the bottom. With a quick shift of position, her wings beating behind her, she soared out from under the falling mass. Quickly propelling herself upward, she stopped to face the man who had apparently conjured the assault. She panted slightly, no longer grinning but a manic gleam still filled her eyes. Her clothing smoked lightly, painful burns adorned her body, but for now she ignored the pain. Instead she focused on her aura, empowering it with the light of calm instead of the light of courage. Sure, the light that surrounded her made it impossible to hide but right now she needed the regeneration provided by this aura. Slowly the cut on her arm would close up, her burns becoming less painful and less serious looking.
Looking over at the man, noticing the two blades he held now. A shiver made its way through her body as she sensed the death energy of the man. It was an entirely new feeling to her, to be exposed to someone else’s death energy in battle, and this was not a feeling she would forget soon. However, it was the man’s words that caused a scowl to appear on her face.
“Surrender? I have my pride as a mercenary to uphold, and I’m under contract to fight for these people so long as I am capable. I’m not going to go against a contract, I won’t dirty my name like that. So as long as I’m conscious, alive, and have no injuries that prevent me from continuing this fight, I will fight.”
With that said she raised her blade, her offhand laying limply at her side. It was not yet completely healed, but soon she would be able to use that hand again. Her stance was defensive, waiting for her opponent to make the first move. Now was not the time to be offensive, she had to wait until she was completely healed for that.
((OOC: Sorry it took me so long to post, but I hope you enjoy it.)

"Of course it is. Are YOU going to question beholder's artistic sense?"

「NOTICE FOR THIS THREAD」 |
☓ | Alrighty then, seeing how we've been waiting for quite some time for this thread to conclude, I am going to go ahead and prod this thing to come to a conclusion. We'll either end up skipping Crow or, if everyone wants, come to a written conclusion. Seeing how Zero was skipped, I am assuming he dropped out of the thread. As such, I can see it being probable that Azuma and Kiriel could have destroyed the city after making Shani black out. If you all are insistent on finishing the thread, then Shizuo needs to post in the next 24-48 hours. If Shizuo doesn't post, then Crow needs to after that point. If he doesn't, then Tina needs to post. If no one post, then we will just lock down the thread with my conclusion. It should also be noted that Mana is beginning to dissolve the city itself and shielding her allies. |
Bulging veins sprouting forth from her eyes and body with the amount of effort vested into these attacks, Mana simultaneously ensured the protection of her allies and comrades alike. Throughout every square inch of Hell City would Mana's energy seem to envelop itself around those fighting behind her. They'd be shielded from the effects of her attack, but also given a great boost in power in order to enhance their abilities, further their stamina and turn the tables on those now doing battle in this war. However, with it, she'd signal for all those doing battle to wrap things up in their respective fights. As all districts of Naraka Sahara were beginning to become vaporized into the vast nothingness of the void, Mana was now aiming to put an end to this war with the amount of force she was throwing around at this point.
Establishing a massive form of telepathic communication to all active forces on the ground, Mana let her voice be heard throughout the minds of all those doing combat in the area. Rather they be enemy, ally or neutral alike. It was time for the gears of wars to be thrusted into high gear and speed up the colossal battle towards the climax to deliver the hefty blow that would end this spat if her will was not stopped. Thus, in a cynical, yet nonchalant tone -- Mana would begin delivering her message far and wide throughout the districts of Hell City.
'My darlings, I'm not going to waste your precious times with details. All I am going to ask is that you pay attention to your surroundings and know that this city's demise is all but an inevitability. You can lolligag if you want in your fights, but I'm ending this war as the impudence these mortals possess to rebel against The Queen's Law is all but futile. Just be a sweet thing....and don't waste my gift. Let us make merry in the blood of these fools.'
Ending the speech with but a giggle, Mana eyes started to bleed a green fluid from them as she took heavy breaths of air attributed to with unleashing such an apocalyptic sized attack on the metropolis and feeling such crippling levels of fear and joy at the prospect of being one step closer to crushing that angel-boy. All of her assets were being put into place and she was hoping to make that lasting mark to put the final nail in the coffin with this war. Pointing her hand to the skies above them, the waves of green light in the sky soon grew to eclipse the whole of the city and represent the beginning of their end at the hands of The Demon Queen.

☓ | 'kk, with Shizuo getting skipped, it is now Crow's turn to post in this thread within 24-48 hours. If he doesn't, then it will be Tina's turn to end things. If she fails to post, then we'll just go with the quoted conclusion below this post. |

☓ | Welp, since Tina and Crow failed to post within the allotted time, I am going to go ahead and draw the conclusion. Dayalu and Shani put up a hard fight, but they were unable to overcome Azuma and Kiriel. After getting orders from Mana, the two of them pulled out and the following events in the quote occurred. Dayalu was forced back into the Sirsa Nation and Shani into the Demon Outlands. |
