The Hell Bomber has multiple power generators to accelerate the powers of Eric's army and allies, shoot off massive blast of energy that would even make 0 tiers run, has it's own crew of cybernetic beings and androids, thousands upon thousand of weapons that are dropped off in war zones for his army and dozens of healing centers for his demon army members in them.
