Gotei 13 Defenses

The Transportation Marks: These are special spatial fusion marks that allow Tsubasa Unabara to travel from mark to mark, the distance is not important. He can teleport anywhere within the Gotei 13 he desires so long as the mark is present, each Division has them. They can call for help with this and if need be Tsubasa will come to their aid, this however is an inner defense that is rather relying on him to take the fight to the enemy. Tsubasa normally would avoid using this unless it was absolutely needed. This defensive measure has another purpose, Tsubasa can relocate people with the spell as well if he's in contact with them. Transporting wounded to the 4th if need be. This power he's developed for their protection has had very promising results, Tsubasa wishes he would never have to use it however. His studies into the spell have made it not something they can simply stop. Their are other devices in place that allow Tsubasa and his people however to function as a unit more.

Anti Shielding Device This is a specially designed device, it projects it's own shield around the Seireitei combined with the normal one. However it's purpose is more complex the device is located somewhere below the Seireitei and getting to it is rather tricky. As seven of them have been made that are decoys, the attempt to destroy it will send the person right into 11th, 1st, or one of the Divisions where they will be killed. The spell work was done with the help of Kisuke Urahara, setting the devices up with a catch to it was part of the entire plan set forward by them. But the main purpose of this shield device that protects them in lair with the other. Is that when the enemy attempts to project a shield it will shatter automatically, this device is specially designed to do so. Tsubasa has shown more planning into protecting the Gotei 13 as a whole and training them than most Captains have ever thought of doing in this world. But this wasn't the largest achievement.

Shi Generator: This is a special device that has been built into each Division of the Gotei 13. The devices bring all Shinigami in the area up by one in tier, giving them an extremely powerful increase. This allows them to fight for more powerfully than one would expect. The defense of this device allows Captains to ascend to a new level. It took study and notes from Urahara to make this possible. Reports of the special object designed to do so was hard to figure out. But with the help of the 12th Division and Kisuke it finally came to pass. The device was created and thirteen of them exist, each one can power the entire Gotei 13 allowing them to have power even if one was destroyed. The Gotei 13 has been focusing on the defense of the people around them, however this is only the first level, Tsubasa indeed planned for the Iramasha to play a pivot role in the alliance, these two would protect one another. One reason the training happened was to prepare them for the strain of more power for this device.

Gigai Warriors: Replica's designed by the combined efforts of the brains of the Gotei 13. These are designed to resemble and even act as the Captains would, each Division has one that can go out if need be. They are in short a double system of sort, they are two tiers lower than the original however making them weaker. But each captain has one at the very least in their arsenal, this is simply to use in order to judge the enemies before them. Tsubasa came up with the solution to how they could fight twice, creating the replica's would take alot of power. The Vice Captains do not have a set created for them, only the Captain's do and these creatures speak as the Captains would. They are created using Mod Souls and some prowess from both Mayuri and Kisuke's research into the Gigai's. This is perhaps the crowning achievement that shows Tsubasa's brilliant mind. Only one other weakness exists, due to the power of the Gigai's they cannot use the power of the zanpakutos. For example they can however fight using the power of a Captain's swordplay or something like that. They were designed as exact, copies that way if the Captains are embroiled in combat or need to rescue their allies they can send them out. This design and transition into a flawless form has allowed them to be created with a very high percentage of success. They can perform kido and other things of the like, making them extremely dangerous. They however only work within the confines of the Gotei 13, making travel outside it's walls impossible. While the idea is good, Tsubasa and Kisuke came up witha deactivation method through a spell kido spell each Captain has. Even a beginner is capable of performing it, these are used for many purposes but something that the Gotei 13 has learned to accept that somethings don't come easily. The defenses that art in place are simply a wall to the Captains providing them the chance to evaluate the enemies.
