• Name: Ted (First Familiar Prototype)
  
• Type: Utility/Multi-use
  
• Who Can Use It: As this is but the first prototype, only the Captain of the Twelfth Squad, and if she deems so, her lieutenant, may make use of Ted. Though improved units are in the works, the prototype is strictly only theirs to assure the quality and consistency of the unit before branching out on the project.
  
• Information: For the most part, Ted looks to be just like a typical teddy bear from the world of the living. The unit is just about 2 ft tall and looks to be rather innocent, and it is, for the most part. Ted is tasked with performing trivial and mundane duties that are expected of some shinigami within Seireitei. Though their potential is near unmeasurable as it is but the first prototype, Squad Twelfth hopes the teddy will work well as a surveillance and guard duty of the barracks during the night time. While the teddy's strength does not even approach that of a regular shinigami, the guard duty within Soul Society calls for individuals who shall stay in duty, not sleep, and maintain etiquette throughout. In that aspect, Ted is expected to shine.
  
  If pushed into confrontation, the initial prototype has been equipped with a few items that are bound to push back, or at the very least stall most regular opponents until the shinigami arrive. For the most part, the first prototype is to guard the lab as supervised by the Captain or to be by her side at most times. In essence, Ted is able to extend claws from its paws. The blade-like claws have a blade length of about 7 inches and are made of a very tough and durable metal alloy infused with spiritual energy. For the most part, the claws are made to whistand the hits of an unsealed Zanpakutō with ease, and hold their own for at least five posts against a shikai-level weapon from a lieutenant before breaking. The Ted is also equipped with a form of wifi camera that records all it sees and transfers it automatically to a secure database within the Twelfth Squad to which the Captain holds the master key. Ted is equipped with microscopic and telescopic sight, allowing it to see up to 600x closer than most individuals and nearing the power of a microscope and up to a distance of 200 meters. Should the Ted sense imminent danger against which it knows it cannot prevail, an alarm will go off in the Twelfth Squad lab as well as alerting the Captain via her PhantomTech brain. Unlike Ted's claws, its body was not capable of attaining such toughness. To be able to grant Ted faster speeds and more potential flexibility, its body was made so that it can only whistand simple hits from an unsealed Zanpakutō, as a clean slice would likely cut him. However, though Ted may be dismembered, he can continue to fight and relay information so long as its head is intact. Should the head be severed or destroyed, the chips inside would fry themselves to avoid tampering with the information and save the file at the Twelfth Squad Headquarters.
  
  Ted acts on orders and does not think for himself. Once an order or action has been given, it will seek to perform such duty without question or thought. At the present time, only the Vice Captain and the Captain are able to order the Ted around. However, as more models are made things could potentially change.
  
• Notes: With the approval I would like it to also serve as a formal approval of the Project Familiar. In essence, aside from Teddy bears, the 12th Squad will be making other small androids that may serve the duties of other divisions and help them in their endeavors. Though the 12th Squad will experiment and create a fair number of different units nonetheless, divisions interested would have to step in and make their interest known. If so, and depending on their request, the 12th squad would tailor to the best of their capabilities. Disclaimer: For security reasons, aside from the Captains to whom future Familiars are sent to, the Captain and Vice Captain of the 12th Squad will always hold a master file to control any familiar made

• Name: Master Sphere Prototype
  
• Type: Utility
  
• Who Can Use It: For now only one has been made as the Captain wants to test it further herself. Should her Vice Captain want one, it would definitely be provided. However, like many of the experiments conducted within the 12th squad, most are classified. There are no intentions of branching out this product for the rest of the Gotei 13 as it was analyzed to be...counterproductive.
  
• Information: The master sphere is simply a a ball with red atop and white at the bottom with a simple button in the center. Once the button has been pressed, the Master Sphere analyzes the reiatsu of the owner and depending on where it was pointed absorbs an object inside. Inanimate objects are trapped inside nearly indefinitely or until the owner releases it. For spiritual beings, the owner may only trap foes of five tiers below them and only for a maximum length of two posts. During that time, though the foe can think within the sphere, its almost as a dream, so they cannot perform any other actions. Weapons, like zanpakutos, work a bit different. The owner can capture weapons from opponents up to a tier below them though still only for a maximum duration of two posts. The use of the Master Sphere has a cooldown time of two posts. Because of the potential maluse of the Master Sphere, anyone taking control of a sphere not careful tailored to their reiatsu would have the sphere demateriliaze, and instead materialize on the hands of the owner. Since it takes a substantial amount of energy and concentration to keep the foe captured for the time being, the outside battle potential of the owner is limited while there is an spiritual being within the Master Capsule. The same is not true of weapons since the owner is able to fight at nearly normal levels. Should the trapped foe release an enormous and unwieldy amount of power unlike what they were currently showing, that opponent may free themselves from the effects of the Master Sphere. However, should the opponent escape in such a way, the sphere would absorb some of the surplus energy thus eliminating the need for a cooldown until the next use.

• Name: Crystal's Satchel of Mysteries
  
• Type: Utility
  
• Who Can Use It: Crystal Leight
  
• Information: By experimenting on the satchel the Captain always carries with her, she found it needed a lot of work. Unlike some of the ladies in the human world, she couldn't carry hundreds of pursues, and as Captain of the 12th squad she has a lot of things she would want to carry at the same time. However, so many items require a large storage space that would weigh her down and get in the way. After extensive tinkering and surveying some of the properties from the Shinigami Senkaimon and samples from the Dangai, she was able to construct something that fits her needs. Almost like some form of void storage, Crystal may put into her bag anything she wishes. If the bag were to be moved or rolled around it would like sound as if there was a lot of things inside, and there are. The main idea of the experiment was to make the bag nearly infinite in the inside while keeping the exterior with the same look and size of the bag. Thus her experiment was able to expand the interior of the bag to nearly unspeakable proportions while retaining its external dimensions. For that reason, Crystal may store even extremely large objects that would otherwise have never fit or being able to be held within the bag. It is not strange to see Crystal pull out the occasional 10 feet metal alloy cylinder for her experiments through her bags. The best part is that the weight is also taken care of so she does not have to suffer from the trouble of carrying heavy luggage. Because of the innumerable number of items she has stored inside, she developed a way to get what she needed at a moment's notice. By getting her hands into the bag, she can think of the object or item she wants, and with her reiatsu as a beacon, she pulls out anything she wants that has been previously stored within the bag. Should anyone else attempt to use the bag, they would simply get their hands into nothingness since there are items inside precious to her and she would allow no one to tamper with them.

• Name: Coward Blade

• Who Can Use It: Crystal Leight
  
• Information: The blade has been configured to Crystal's unique reiatsu and energy to avoid having the effects affect her. The blade, in essence, is terrified of any form of reiatsu, chi, or reishi. The only energy it can accept is that which courses through Crystal. Almost like a magnet, the blade has been carefully tailored to be of opposite polarity to anything that is not strictly Crystal's energy. Therefore, certain effects occur when the blade is faced against foreign sources of reiatsu. Should an energy blast, or any form of blast made up of reiatsu, reishi, chi or any other spiritual force aside from Crystal's the effects of the blade would effect change. As soon as the blasts neared the blade, the opposite force would make the blast recede and shoot back in the opposite direction in which it was shot at equivalent speeds. The blade can only affect opponents of Crystal's own rank or weaker. By pointing the blade at the attacks she may repel them as they come. Should an opponent get a hold of the blade, a large explosion would cause immense damage to the opponent for having the blade so close to a form of energy it hates and would instantly materialize back into the hands of Crystal.
