Appearance Description:
Five foot, four inches. One-hundred twenty seven decimal four pounds. A nimble fellow, Jinn is small in stature, but has a decent masculinity for his weight and size. His caramel skin is complimented by his yellow or borderline light brown eyes. His youthful look is thrown off by his lengthy dreads the drape to his lower back, being brown in color. On each ear lobe a small loop earring can be found, he tends to change up his style ever so often when it comes to accessories, so set colors are a rare occurrence for him.

As for his Shihakushō it's not in the best condition, he's not the cleanest guy, but he does have some style to his grunge. At the bottom of his garb where it's most torn up from dragging on the ground are small bells that help him with his speed training and also create more of a challenge for him when in battles giving the enemy his position if he isn't quick enough. The torso of his kimono has been ripped off his left shoulder as he is left handed and dislikes the constriction of dressings, and is sleeveless on the right side. Oh his right wrist he sports some mahogany beads as well as some larger, more Buddhist looking ones around his neck. Besides these slight variations to his Shihakushō it is normal, minus the dirt and grim that might be found in random areas.

Personality:
Grunge
His personality matches that of his looks, he's not the nastiest person, but you shouldn't consider him clean. He likes to make nasty jokes about bodily functions as well as produce his own when he feels the need to. Though he may be rude when it comes these sorts, he does uphold respect for his superiors and colleagues. However, it's not the type of respect that you would normally come across. "Bro, dude, and man" are considered to be respectful term to him as they show a closer connection to that person rather than the tradition sir, sama, etc. Don't let him fool you though, he does clean up well and can put on an act for a formal occasion.

Jubilant
He likes to keep his spirits up, as well as those around him. He likes to joke around, and isn't too serious about anything except for when it comes down to a difficult battle. He's very jester like and shows it through his bodily expressions and faces.

Clingy
You'll find that once he finds someone that he connects with he will stay close to that person, and doesn't exactly let anyone into his trust circle that isn't in theirs. A huge fan of inside jokes and making others feel left out when it comes to being around him in large groups. Most people get along with him fine, it's rather hard to find his bad side even if you've had an indecent past. However, it's not rare to see him switching up who his favorites are.

History:
Birth-Death
Simple, typical, human life Jinsoku lived. He and his two parents that were going through divorce at the time of his death lived in the suburbs in Japan. His life wasn't very long, but most of it was filled with joyful memories of playing with friends, sports, family events, and things of the sort. He wasn't the best student, but he made good grades, a forgetful person he often forgot to do his homework and set his alarm so that set him back a little bit. He was teased once he became a freshman in secondary school, the upperclassmen would call him lightbulb or sparky because of the translation to his name and his high pace rate of speaking. Those things are typical in our society today, sadly.

His death wasn't some insane accident. Nope, just a little slip up. He became depressed once his parents started fighting more and more often and thought that he would do a suicide attempt in hopes they would walk in on him. He thought it would reunite his family and make them realize how stupid all of this nonsense was, but once his mother finally did walk in it startled him and he slipped from the chair and snapped his neck and hung from the ceiling fan as his mother screamed and ran to get his father instead of getting him down. He dyed from asphyxiation, but he probably would have been paralyzed if he had lived.

Plus Soul
His time spent lingering around his house as a plus soul didn't last long two or three weeks before a Shinigami finally showed up and did the konso procedure. He wasn't too impressed by the guy that let his pass on, and wasn't too sure why he was even important. Shrugging it off he continued on to Soul Society.

Atarashii Settlement
It was hard for Jinn to adjust to life without any support. He spent majority of his time stealing from vendors and running from thugs. He knew that he'd be spending the rest of his time in the after life doing this unless he made some changes. Finally he came to the realization after a small incident happened. He was fleeing the scene of a group of three guys that looked to be around twenty, they were all dressed and rags and had their eyes set on his loot that he just snatched up from the bakery. While he was running he was cut off by the same guy that performed the konso technique on him. Quickly the shinigami swooped Jinn off his feet and performed some kind of spell that locked the hands of the three men behind their backs. Jinn was carried to a small secluded area where him and the shinigami took part in feasting on the stolen goods. He began to question the man who answered all his questions and agreed to meet him at this location for a little training ever so often.

Everyday Jinsoku would wait under a tree for shinigami to return, some days he did, some days he didn't. Until eventually he just stopped coming. Furious after waiting several days for him to return he decided to take it upon himself and train so that he could enter the academy, until eventually that day came.

Gotei 13
After graduating from the academy in the top 30% of his class, he was placed into the 13th Division. Although he had his eyes set on the eleventh division, he knew he would have to make a name where he was at first. He trains day in and out to increase his strength and speed.

Reiatsu Color: Light blue, also has a small sparking sound that increases in volume as he releases more reiatsu.

Zanpakutô Spirit Name: Raitoningu no Tsume

Zanpakutô Spirit Appearance: Simply put, Raitoningu no Tsume, is a large armored polar bear that considers himself to be the King of Lightning. Rai, for short, has an assortment of armor on his person. Upon his head is what seems to be an iron helmet that comes to a point between his eyes and stretches down to his neck, but doesn't cover over his ears. The bear wears a chest plate that goes down to his pelvic region, a gauntlet on each claw with a large sapphire looking jewel on his hand and an even larger one on his forearms. On his left leg he has two small pieces of iron that cover his thigh partially, but seem rather pointless and just for aesthetics. The entirety of his armor is held to his body by leather that is covered by red cloth, again for aesthetic purposes.

Inner World:

A large arctic area that reaches up to the clouds, the weather changes as the mood of the spirit does. Other polar bears can be found roaming around the area.

Booze, piss, vomit, with a dab of perfume floated with the dense clouds of cigarette smoke, dissipating at the bar's top. Not too many people were still in the bar this hour, but the bar stayed open as long there was people. However, three people drinking weren't going to pay the bills, so the keep decided to cease the night and close shop.

Currently, she was drinking a gin and tonic, before that a few shots of sake with the gentleman next to her that kept glancing down her scandalous garb. His eyes shifted as though his iris was a ping pong ball, Eliah the paddle. She didn't mind the staring, she'd grown used to it since she had developed. The more she drank the more gullible she became, though, which would just lead to the good ol' days of Rukongai. She never fully understood why she kept coming to this bar even after everything that had went down behind these doors, locked or not.

The man slid his hand on top of Eliah's that was laying at the bottom of her glass. He looked at her glancing down at her orbs once again then looking her in the eyes. He snapped his head to the left toward the door signaling that they make a retreat back to his place. She grinned, turning her body toward him leaning in close to his face placing her left hand on his hand again and her right on his thigh slowly creeping it toward his groin. The man bit his lip, which was kind of weird but whatever, as she proceeded toward the "sweet spot". Right as she got within millimeters of his face she curled her right hand grasping his pants and backed out of his face swinging her left hand across his face. "You can't be serious." She stated as she got up from the bar stool and walked toward the door. The man rubbed his blistering red face, standing up walking after her. The barkeep watched and waited for yet another man to learn his lesson the hard way. She could hear his heavy drunken foot steps and hers were nearly the same, but she had a bit more composure than he did. He caught up to her about two feet from her last step as he reached for her right shoulder. Mistake. Latching a hold of the man's wrist with both hands she took a gargantuan stride forward and thrust her buttocks toward his pelvis, her hands to the ground sending the man straight toward the bar's exit.
