In the case of Shizuo? I'm going to end up denying your request because Dr.Hebi has sealed out that city for the most part and Mana was only able to enter by temporarily becoming one with CLaire's consciousness and constructing a temporary body. Plus, we are trying to end that thread.

As for the likes of Shani? I have no problems with her entering into that thread as long as it ends soon. We're moving alot of threads into the final phase of the event at this point. So we're in Phase Three now.
