Reasons For Upgrading: Through battling a bubbly captain and dealing with a uncomfortably hungry Arrancar Reigen has learned a thing or two and more than that took more than a few hits to deal with both such creatures.

What Are You Upgrading: Durability Skill to Advanced + Tier upgrade
Any Extra Notes: Zetsu mentioned that I could use the thread above in her departure, if it is not enough of Reigen did not stand out to gain any upgrades I accept the decision.

denying the durability to advanced and approving the tier boost. so boosting Reigen from 3-1 to a 2-4
