Reasons for Grandmaster. Raiki has control over his spirit weapon and very strong Quincy powers able to do much more. Also he has Poison control and two bankais, giving him a large range of power, and he knows how to use it.

Eh, I still feel like he should work a bit more for this since he had been inactive for such a large time. Therefore, I'll make a deal, if you can get really active with him and showcase his skills in the appropriate way, along with having a more detailed reason in your power upgrade app, then I'll approve his GM. So with that said, I'll check back on this in the next 2-4 weeks.
