Whole new world.....Literally [OPEN]

Steve Rogers has been through a lot in his life. First the Second World War that span the early 1940's. Than waking up 70 years later in the early 21st century to a world that had changed. Only instead of Nazi's, it was aliens and gods. However, there, he had help, in the form of Thor, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Nick Fury and SHIELD, Clint Barton and Natasha Romanoff. He fought along side them for a number of years, saving the world and various cities on the Earth.

Than, some five or ten years later, history repeated himself. Loki froze Steve in ice and left him. The Avengers searched and could not find him, and it wasn't till 4 centuries later that he was found, and taken tot he Vanguard base on Sukai Karakura. He was unfrozen and later found out what had happen. Searching the database, he found out what had happened to the Avengers, and was starting all over again; a man out of time.

For now, he was walking the streets of Sukai Karakura and thinking to himself as he wondered what he would have to do to get use to the time. He was old fashioned, he knew that. He preferred things to be simple and easy, not complex like the things of this Earth. He had read and been told of all the changes, and he still did not believe them, since he has never really met any of this Shinigami or any of the others special people that lived here.

The black haired girl poked her head around the corner slightly, leaning stealthily against the side of the building. Her light gray eyes looked over every feature of the man, double checking everything. Having completed her check, she was now sure that this man was her adversary, the one she had been hired to eliminate. Quietly she drew her sword, deathblade, from its sheathe before darting forward. People screamed and ran as they saw the assassin charged forward, running straight towards the blonde haired man in front of her. Slashing out at the man’s waist, she then attempted to kick him at the very spot she had aimed her sword at. Her serious looking steel gray eyes darted around, looking at who had stuck around to witness her attack. One… two… three… three witnesses. That meant three extra deaths for her today. Turning away from the injured man, not checking whether he had lived or not, she pushed off towards the nearest witness. If she wasn’t stopped her sword would come down across the person’s chest, slicing the first witness in half, then systematically turning to the next, proceeding to cut down the remaining witnesses. Only once she had eliminated the last of the witnesses did she turn around walking over to her target in order to check whether he had lived or not.

As Steve walked, the screams of people got his attention real quick and he looked and spotted the girl heading for ... him, and she had a sword. Thinking on instinct, he jumped back as the blade was brought towards his waist. The move worked, but the tip of the blade still got his shirt and a slight nick to his gut. What did catch him off guard, was the kick and hit him, knocking him back and onto his back. As soon as he hit, he was in a roll and pushed with his hands and came up on his feet. By the time he had done this, he looked and saw three people down and out, literally.

Looking at the girl, he sized her up as those nearby ran and took cover. Thinking, he pondered something he saw Tony do all the time, talk. "Can I help you?" he asked her as he stood up to his 6'2 height and looked around the area with his eyes, to see what he had in the way of weapons and cover, as well as bystanders. for now, he waited to see what the girl would do, and why she was attacking him.

Standing there, Shani looked at the man, studying him. She hadn’t expected him to dodge her attack so easily, and now he was asking if he could help her. Smiling, she nodded and spoke, her voice void of any emotion.

“Yea, you can keep still. I’d like as little mess as possible.”

Pushing forward, she closed the gap with him quickly. Once within range, she threw a low kick towards his groin. However, the kick was a feint, and if he had fallen for it he would miss her hands coming up and under his shoulder, locking with it. Pivoting on her other leg as her kick retreated; she spun him, throwing him in to a nearby tree. Raising her blade, she poured her death energy in to it as she charged forward, swinging it downward at the man and the tree. The tree would begin to wilt as she hit it, as if the very life was being drained from it. By the time her slash was finished, the tree was dead, most of its cells broken apart. The fate of the man wouldn’t be as bad should he be hit, but it would still pose a danger to him.

Had he managed to escape her attack she would look over to where he was now, slowly walking towards him. There was no anger, no joy, no emotions at all, just a business like flat face, void of all emotions. This was the face of a killer.

Thinking, he got ready and watched her as she approached and she was quick. too quick for someone her age, and he was not ready for the throw. He did see the kick and moved, but the grab and throw got him again. As she grabbed under his arm(s), and lifted, he was blinking at her strength and was tossed towards the tree. Hitting it hard, against his back, he fell to his stomach and winched. Slowly standing, he watched her as she charged and he though. He knelt down and grabbed some dirt as he moved forward as well, moving fast. Once he was close, he threw the dirt in his hand at her face as he dived under her, and her strike hit the tree.

Wish I had my shield, he thought as he came out of his roll and was off running. Slowing, he grabbed ... and looks for a weapon. Something he can use and than looks at the buildings and vehicles. nodding, he goes over to a vehicle, and grabs the door. pulling, he pulls it off its hinges "Sorry," he states to the owner if he or she is nearby. Steve spins, sending it, the door, towards Shani as he spots something he is familiar with and heads to the middle of the street. Grabbing the man hole cover, he picks it up and watching what she does, will throw that at her if she dodge the car door.

You would think, that someone would get the authorities in on this... hopefully they come, cause this is gonna be harder than he thinks from what he has seen, specifically if that blade hits him.

Shani closed her eyes quickly as she noticed the dirt the man was throwing at her. Her blade hit the tree, the man having dived out of the way while she had her eyes closed. Opening them, she looked around, spotting the man as he wrenched the door off of a nearby car. Well, now she could see why her employers had asked for his head, along with a sample of his blood. This man must have some supernatural powers or inhuman dna to be able to do something like that. Preparing herself, she watched as the man spun the car door, throwing it like it was a Frisbee towards her. Looking at it, she waited until the last second, and then jumped, leaping over the door. Then her eyes widened, noticing now that the man had picked up a manhole cover and thrown it directly at her. She was in midair, so there was no way currently for her to maneuver in order to dodge the heavy metal object. She had no choice at this point, though she hated to do it.

Grimacing, a black orb of energy surrounded her entire body before shattering, revealing her body to have gone through a drastic change. Red and black bat like wings beat behind her, causing her new body to rise in to the air to dodge the manhole cover. A thin black tail whipped around behind her, ending in an arrowhead like form. Her eyes glowed red, her hair shorter, barely coming down to her neck, and was now somewhat spiky. Her outfit had a very gothic look to it, she looked like she might have just come from a heavy metal performance or something. Her face now had a wide smile on it, and she giggled happily, as if someone had just made a good joke.

“Well, finally things are getting interesting. Tell me, what she we do next human? Shall I cut you up? Shall I tear out your organs? Or perhaps I should find someone you care about, and rape them before ripping out their innards?”

Laughing like a maniac, she soared downwards, her sword forwards as she careened towards him, as if trying to skewer him on the end of the thing. As soon as this attack had been executed, her wings fluttered behind her, and she soared upwards, taking herself out of his reach. Turning around, she looked around, staring over sukai karakura for a moment before slowly lowering herself to the ground. Once on the ground, she made sure there were no additional witnesses at this point. If the man had escaped being skewered, she would push forward, imbuing her blade with her death energy. The death energy started to form in to a potent toxin as she charged forward, and then attempted to slash him across the chest. Should this attack hit the toxin would enter his body. No normal human would be able to cleanse their body of this toxin, but for now it would lay dormant. Smiling, she would push herself back, folding her wings behind her as she tried to make some distance between them.

Steve blinked as he saw her transform and just looked "How about none of the above," he said to her as he watched her comes towards him. Thinking, he saw something that might help him as he moved forward and at the last moment dropped tot he ground, the blade getting some of his hair as he moved out of the way. Looking up, he sighed as he missed grabbing the tail and thought for a moment. Getting up, he watched as she landed and started towards him, keeping an eye on the blade.

He figured something out, and smiles to himself as he rushes forward at his top speed, which is close to 30 miles and hour as he heads away from the battle and down the street. He looks over his shoulder to see if she is following, and heads right for the nearest way to get to his shield. He turns sharply, jumping a 15 foot tall fence with ease as he runs through the park. As he moves, he does not slow down and moves up the stairs that are set in the hill, hoping to get some attention to the problem as eh runs through the gate, bumping into the guard, "Sorry," he states as the guard looks, "Hey, come back here." and than is on his radio. "Some guy just ran into the facility..." the man says as Steve disappears inside.

Once inside, Steve runs towards the area where his shield is and grabs it. Nodding, he looks and thinks as he thinks and begins to suit up into his old uniform. gotta make this quick, he thinks as those near him watch him as they wonder what is going on. Looking, Steve blinks, "Trouble heading this way," he states simply as he pulls the cowl over his head and grabs his shield and waits.
