» Board Name: Home of the Unabara
» Board Location: Seireitei
» Board Description: Positioned atop the Sokyoku Hill where the object of execution once stood. The Unabara's entire clan rests upon this perch now. The entire area which once was a battlefield now houses an entire family. Everything can be seen in this place has training halls and many different things. It's considered one of the largest structures within the Seireitei, allowing Tsubasa to rest and oversee the Seireitei as a whole.
» Why: First paying for it, second Tsubasa is moving his entire clan here as to not have traveling issues anymore. His duty as the Head Captain comes first. Moving his people from their homeland to the Seireitei was the best choice for he and them. Becoming the Guardians and residents of it were the only choice they could see. Now the Unabara Clan is poised and ready to aid.

Alright, everything seems to check out pretty good with me. I'm sorry I didn't catch Kyle's request earlier, but I honestly didn't see it due to how infrequent request are on this thread. With that said, I'll be taking the yen out of your accounts after this post is up and then I'll be creating the boards soon after.

» Board Name: The Shinsui Settlement.
» Board Location: Soul Society
» Board Description:

The Shinsui Settlement is a large Island which is excluded from the rest of the Soul Society. It has its own functioning society and is chaired and ran by the Shinsui Clan. The Island is so big that it’s divided into 5 sections, each of which has a number assigned to them to represent the district. The first is the Zero District, which is also the home to the Shinsui Family. This is where their large Mansion resides, its visible from any point on the Island which expresses its sheer size; it is surrounded by a huge wall that has four possible points of entrance, each of which is located at North, South, East or West. Within this district there lays a large Senkaimon Gate that resembles that of the Gotei 13, this is different and was created by Izanagi himself to allow his clansmen to travel back and forth without restriction. However, the Senkaimon is only reserved to those of Shinsui blood thus preventing anyone who doesn’t have Izanagis blessing from passing through. This is considerably the largest district of the 5 as is well known by its amplified Spiritual Barriers. All districts of the Settlement have their own merchants and farms so that they can sustain their own upkeep and be productive in a way they see fit. Three of the Districts are still open to occupants, while one of the districts is under negotiation; it has been rumored that the first district will be handed to the Young Yazaki clan who has recently combined their forces with another neighboring clan. The other four districts surround the main one, the Shinsui District thus allowing for the Clan who founded the Island to be at the focal point of it. The impeccable view from the Shinsui Palace allows for every event that takes place on the Island to be witnessed quickly as certain areas of the Island are always kept alight by Izanagis powers.

The whole Island is surrounded by an impenetrable barrier. This was forged by Izanagi and its purpose is to absorb any incoming attacks. If the barrier is punched, it collects the kinetic energy released and transfers it into useable energy which in effect is recycled and used to strengthen the barrier. Similarly, if energy based that doesn’t utilize Kido hits the barrier it’s also absorbed, reconstructed and recycled. Lastly, Reishi based attacks are simply absorbed and thus have no effect on the barrier, even though it’s still strengthened. The Island is more advanced in comparison to the rest of the Soul Society. The Island itself is bound to Izanagi and thus no one can enter or see it without his permission. Over the years countless Kido have been performed to hide it from the spiteful eyes of the enemy hence why none can find the Island without receiving Izanagis spiritual permission. It’s a myth if anything and thus no matter the capabilities/abilities or unique powers the location of this Royal Island will never be determined. Those who reside on the Island are automatically transported through the Canon Drop markings around their districts so even they don’t know the Islands true location. It has never been revealed to anyone, but the person who will be taught of the location will be deemed the successor for the Shinsui Clan.

» Why:
Well I have started a clan, the Shinsui Clan to be precise. I’m getting active with them and characters are being made for the Clan so I decided to have a large residence for the family to have. This residence will be shared with some other clans hence why its divided into sections. All in all it will promote some RP on the Island alongside diplomacy.

» Board Name: Eldrazi
» Board Location: Under International Board
» Board Description: Eldrazi is a vast dominion of countries assimilated into one collective empire under the rule of Nozomi Sumashuu, taking up a majority of the land in Asia. It is meant primarily as a haven for the Quincy, but also houses countless other races, primarily humans. The technology in this area is far more advanced than what is standard in other areas—the scope is too great for anything short of divine creation to produce, as no amount of wealth could hope to reproduce the utopia that has been built in the Eldrazi territories. Strangely, the populace is sparsely spread out and the Dominion has a strong Isolationist policy, thus maintaining a low concentration of population. As a result, the standard of living here is grossly superior to any other region on the planet, with most people belonging to the upper class and the poorest being high-middle class. There is an abundance of wealth, and abundance of resources, and still the Dominion is stern in their stance to stay mostly separate from the world. Outsiders coming into Eldrazi may feel culture shock from the vast differences between the outside world and this utopia, especially with the architecture. Buildings are vastly metallic with neon lights, and rise incredibly high into the air as if every building is a skyscraper. There are no streets: the ground is made for walking, and the skies are for personal hover-vehicles. Public transportation is huge; portals are utilized to allow pedestrians to get from one side of the Dominion to the other, or otherwise call for hover-taxis.

There is nearly a 0% crime statistic in Eldrazi, and the security present within the borders is so tight that it is difficult to get out of the line of site of the forces meant to protect and enforce. Even the buildings themselves are said to have their own eyes. In addition to that, Eldrazi has a strong military force that serves to protect the streets, or keep invaders out if they should dare to infringe upon the dominion. All of these forces are mostly synthetic in nature, though Quincies make up the rest of them. In addition to all this, a massive wall lines the entirety of the Dominion's borders—the next generation of the Great Wall—with the only way in being to somehow scale the wall, or to go through one of the very few checkpoints along the wall. Needless to say such a luxurious place needs its protection.
» Why: Because Nozomi is creating an empire, baby. She is conquering lands and transforming them into her utopia. This means another major roleplaying area for people.

» Board Location: Under "Eldrazi".
» Board Description: A country notorious for its neutrality while being within the heart of Europe, this is the place where it all began. The Eldrazi Dominion was born here, as a Quincy by the name of Nozomi Sumashuu took over and mass reform began. Hundreds of thousands of people were ousted from their homes and either left the country or mysteriously vanished—this cut the population down drastically. Within a day the entire country changed, the buildings transforming, a huge wall being created along the borders, and powerful forces marching through the streets. Then, no one would forget that day when the entire land mass rose out of the ground and disappeared into the skies. Today, it floats above the Indian Ocean as the capital of Eldrazi, and is able to be seen from the southern coast of India above the cloud layer. A mysterious force holds it in the air, reeking of intense energy. It is where the most powerful and the wealthiest populace of Eldrazi live, and where Nozomi's throne itself sits. It is unknown how to normally get to this country without flying up to it.
» Why: This is going to be the capital of Eldrazi.

There are a few problems with this request. The first being is that I CANNOT place it in the Living Realm. The only reason Karakura Central/Karakura Forest was is because they are the hub of the site for the most part; an iconic part of the lore if you will. I'd have to place this category in the International Board because that is where most other boards go that lead to different places.

Secondly, I cannot clear out the capital hovering over the heart of Russia. They have restricted airspace and that could be considered an act of war for an outside country to appear in their region like that. Most sky cities need to be cleared out by those within power in the Russian government or in the circle of power; like with Radioactive or James.

» Board Location: Chaya Nation

» Board Description: Recently Built By Inami Asthavon , Chaos Point is the capital of the chaya nation, land locked in between merciless mountains and impassible due to the chasms which surround it, which seem to have no bottom. In this rugged terrain you will find the Capital City, a city of black crystal, rugged roads and fountains which spit out gurgling water which is tainted by the demon worlds Miasma. Here you will find ruthless inhabitants but also the grand main palace , a crystal lattice structure of rooms and huge spires built from the rocks around it. This is found in the remote mountainous regions, and is a city of spectacular but gruesome demonic majesty.

» Why: This is the capital of the chaya nation, recently built by Inami Asthavon it can be seen in its first thread in the mission thread Crowned. A prelude will come within the next two days concerning its construction.

» Board Name: Relations Division District
» Board Location: Chaos Point
» Board Description: Within white stone walls, of seki-seki which was transported from the soul-society to the demon world, within the metropolis is a second city, which is of slightly smaller size than Chaos Point itself. Within its walls you will find a minature portion of the 13-court guard squads reconstructed in perfect replication to house the shinigami which stay there. This is a political neutral zone between chaya nation and the soul society. As seen by in the central office housed in this region, there will be two high seats, indicating the dual leadership, the right seat, is always the king of relations. But the left is for the demon-world ambassador or the queen of chaya nation/ high ranking shadow fall officials themselves.
» Why: As for Inami becoming Queen, this board was requested to establish more dominance in the Chaya Nation.
