oh, whoops, sorry. That wasn't meant to be a face claim. I probably should have quoted it. I was pointing out that that character had been approved after reserving it.

AIVEE ST-HOLD UP!

Despite the reserve being approved after the file was made, it is not my job to make it as a claim. It is up to the person that wants the face claim to claim the face; you indicated a reserve, and thus you go a reserve on the face. If the file was approved and the face could be claimed, then that is your duty to go mark it down as a claim. If the faceclaim is not marked down as a claim, then others may take it, regardless of the application being approved or not.
