Epiphany: PH Members' Thoughts about Current PH Staff

1. No staff member will peek into the spoilers created by members until the seven day is passed. This will be noted when the poll is closed on July, sixteenth of twenty-thirteen at about seven'o'clock Past Midday in Eastern States Timezone.

2. Staff members are not allowed to perform any reprimanding and is definitely not allowed to intimidate, threaten or coerce the members who are going to apply here. This thread will be held sacred to the honesty of opinion; so all actions by the staff against members based on this thread is automatically voided and corrected.

3. This is the honesty of opinion, there will be spoilers hiding the replies from both the eyes of staff and the eyes of members alike. This way, the honesty is protected as well as the posters' rights to an immunity will be secured only within this thread. Failure to apply the

Recent events was being rough on some of both members and staff members alike. Few may even think that the members do not like the staff. To bring this to light for staff to see by the end of seven days, we, the normal members of Platinum Hearts are going to express our opinions, including our frustration, our problems and praises about the staff members. Do not go easy on them because it would affect how they will work with us later on as we are allowed to make helpful advice and suggestions as to how the staff could handle things better as well as to show that we think quite differently than they would expect. This thread is under staff immunity, so no staff member will confront or reprimand you for what you say and this also protects your opinion with the use of Spoilers given above. Spoilers are kinda like folding a piece of paper to drop into a hat for voting. Staff is not allowed to see it until after the poll closes in the evening of July 16th of 2013. It is like the grading system implemented by Majestic Moose when he was the Head Advisor, but it is based on the view of any member here outside the staff.
