Jin's Reports Empty Jin's Reports

Mon Jul 01, 2013 2:26 am
Since Jin is the Internal Affairs Vice Captain, and he does a lot of (self appointed) missions, I feel like any that are of significant important will be posted here. These reports, would in theory, be open to any shinigami and as such will give any of them the knowledge that Jin has.

Report Regarding the Missing Shinigami Natalia

It was some time ago, just before I returned to Soul Society that I encountered the missing shinigami Natalia De'Mortes. I was approached by her after I was...disturbed by some of the local wildlife during an investigation of the surrounding area. She came at me, initially, with hostile intent, but I quickly persuaded her into calming down.

Once she was calm, she introduced herself, and we started talking. Shortly after we started speaking, I realized just who this girl was. Another shinigami, a young boy whose name escapes me, had done battle with her. She had defeated him, and he returned empty handed. I think I understand why he lost, and that will be the rest of this report.

There was something off about the girl. I noticed that she wasn't giving off only a shingami nature but there were also traces of...hollow in her reiatsu. I inquired, and while she seemed hesitant about her answer, she soon dispelled the notion, and told me that it wasn't anything of the sort. She said that a hollow had done something to her right eye, and that was it. Now while I personally think she isn't telling the complete truth, she did show me her right eye.

This eye was strange, and the initial feeling was that it could look into ones soul. Now while that has been dispelled, it can give her some insight to her opponent, she says. She also says that it can tell her what will happen in specific scenarios. I cannot say if this is true or not, but I felt that approaching her with hostile intentions was not the best option, and so I let her go for now.

I recommend further study, but not by the 12th division. They aren't the right people for the job, and I must say that personal interaction is the best option. She isn't a fighter, despite her claims, and I think she can be a powerful asset to the soul society should she be allowed to return. That is all.
