Okay, so apparently there is some major error going on in the servers at the moment. A temporary or possible fix that might correct this for those individuals who can't load the site may work as described below:
Indeed, following an attack, there are problems of access to certain forums, our host has blocked several of our servers. We changed the DNS to redirect traffic to other servers but it will take some time before being effective for everyone.
It is therefore not the fault of the new update. Following this, we had to change some DNS servers, as explained.
On your side, you can perform this operation:
- Empty your DNS cache: Empty dns cache in windows, linux or mac
- Restart your box and your computer
Members with an ISP with a less strict set Cache should not encounter any problems after the operation. If the problem is not resolved after the operation, it will be your ISP changes their DNS

I'm going to remove this from Global Announcements as the issue should be resolved for the time being. However, if it comes up again, I'm intending to leave this thread in announcements so that members know how to deal with it in the future. If anyone else has any connection problems with the site, either post them here or get in contact with me outside of the site if you can't load it.
