The Road To Evolution: ENTER SKY FALL CITY [LARGE-SCALE EVENT]

WHAT IS SKYFALL CITY?
x Out of nowhere, there seems to have emerged a colossal sky fortress above the skies of South Pacific ocean. There were no signs of any sort of enemy action, but a challenge was announced to all. For those on Earth and beyond whom had desired power, seaked evolution and wanted progression....COME TO SKYFALL CITY! Here, in this city, in this place; THERE WILL BE A CHANCE TO ASCEND TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

Every last section of this city will be listed as an immense brawling hot-place; all looking to see who can endure the most, who can progress to the finals and who has the strongest will to claim what is theirs. The claim being upwards of three to four mystical gems for the finalist(s) to obtain. These spheres of great power possess a unique ability that acts a strange crystal that has the capacity to awaken a special form in those whom have not unlocked stages such as Shikai, Bankai and other similar release stages.

They also have the capacity to bring the utmost potential in a persons abilities, skills and powers out upon the capturing of them. Flourishing the insides of the subject in question; granting them unforetold rewards for the hard work they had put in into getting this item.

HOW DO ENTER THIS EVEN T?
x Those bold enough to enter will need to either form teams or work solo, in other case, the groups will be posted up in the main thread and it will be up to them to otherwise KO their opponent to ensure that they can otherwise reach these gems. If they are able to knock out two to three opponents, then they may proceed to the final stage where they must wait for another finalist(s) to enter and duke it to see who will be the last few people remaining.

It is also very possible that someone, if their crafty enough, attempts to knock out the remaining opponents in order to harness the power of these gems to unlock a Shikai through Bankai; though the likelihood of that is low. They are also good for one time and cannot be exchanged, manipulated or any of that business.

WHO CAN ENTER THE ROAD TO EVOLUTION?
x Since we have had many events geared towards higher tiered characters, this event is only for 2-1++ characters and below. This is going to give people something to aspire towards, work for and implant fond memories of the events that occur here for years to come.

WHAT ARE THE RULES?
•Additional Rules: At any point and time, rules can be added, removed or otherwise modified to fit the needs of this event as it goes by. By agreeing to join, you are subject to any changes that occur in regards to these.

•The Missing In Action Rule: This is in regards to if a person otherwise flakes out, disappears or has something come up and you were working in a team with them. Should this occur in the event, then you are open to find someone else to replace them and they are only allowed to return once. On top of that, you may be eligible to take their prizes for yourself or evenly divide it among your teammates.

• Friendly Fire Rule: If you result in the death of your ally, then you will be placed out of this contest. No exceptions. So make sure YOU don't kill your partner.

• Surrender Rule: You are allowed 2-3 surrenders until you are otherwise taken out of this event. Take these as your "lives", and you have 2-3 lives before your time runs out. So, again, make sure you choose your fights wisely.

•The Time Rule: There is no set time limit to post in this event. However, if you hold up someone's fight or thread, and participants in the thread otherwise send feedback to myself or other staff members that you have not posted; then we will most likely lean towards granting them that victory, having your character KO'd and leaving these events in the members who otherwise took part in that thread. Despite that, people should not make timeout calls until 72 to 92 hours have passed.

• The Group Rule: There can only be upwards of four people per group to otherwise prevent overcrowding. So choose your team members wisely, or simply choose to work alone. These teams will also be given communicator devices, along with solo members, to otherwise keep track of this. Those who break this rule WILL be DISQUALIFIED.

• Use Of Lethal Force: Lethal force is ALLOWED in this event. However, it isn't necessarily recommended. As it can create an extremely more hostile environment then needed. Therefore, choose your battles wisely; as it could be your last one if things go truly south.

• The Faint Rule: If you faint, become KO'd, incapacitated or otherwise CANNOT continue fighting in Skyfall City; then the technology in this massive metropolis will otherwise spawn you to a healing center. From there, you will be taken out of the drawing to obtain your prizes. You will receive whatever you have earned, however. Such as if you got one victory, but was KO'd after that; you'll get whatever prizes were open for defeating one person.

• Stealing Prizes Yes, it is VERY possible to take the earnings/winnings of another person for your own if you choose to. That person will still get their entry prizes, but if the character in question whom had been victorious otherwise requests the earnings of the person whom had been defeated get added to their Skyfall Account, then that will be processed. However, you will have to make a claim in this thread to make it valid. Additionally, the warp takes a few minutes to occur, and i n that time you can loot any other unassociated items on the person.

THE OTHER PRIZES FOR ENTERING
x Those who are able to at least get one victory will be eligible for 10,000,000 yen, a skill upgrade and a mystery item that is forged based upon the principles of their character. (I.E. if they are a fire user, they may get a piece of equipment that amp's that ability.)

x If someone is able to get two wins, then they will simply be given double the prizes of the previous one. On top of that, they'll be granted access to the finalist section of SkyFall City to claim the final prize.

x All people who also enter this will get a medal for competing with The Skyfall City Event. Something akin to the OTM Medals that are given out to show they participated in this event.

x Lastly, those who get three wins MAY be eligible for a power tier increase along with triple the increase in prizes.

x Most people enter will also receive 5,000,000 yen just for entering along with special VIP cards that grant them access into different sections of Sky Fall city. They'll also gain some notoriety as these events will be televised throughout The Virtual Web.
