I think that it would be taxing on the host to do such a thing. While humans and other races can have hollows sealed in them lets not frget that they arent made of the same things. Hollws are made of reishi where as humans are made of both reishi and non spiritual matter. First lets remember that in the cannon Bleach while there are Vizards there arent as many as there are here, the process of being able to control the inner hollow is done via strength and will power and it is a very hard thing too achieve, in the case of Ziamichi the thing controlling the hollow would be a seal that binds him to the host. While there could be a possibility of calling forth a mask it would be very taxing on the user and can have unwanted side effects such as the seal breaking and causing the host to die. And refering to the differnt kinds of matter this would also affect the outcomes since, humans for example, would have a hard time inegrating these hollow manifested characteristins into their appropriate state since they are intrinsically different things, that as we see everywhere, cannot interact with eachother unless they are aware of each other.
