Character School

• Free Space Area: This is where the grassland type area I was talking about would be placed in. No modern infrastructure would be placed here. It's simply a LARGE space to enjoy nature.
  
  
• City Area: For those who like a more urban feel, a few miles down the road from the free space area, there would be a large city for them to visit, live and have some fun in. You don't HAVE to stay or live in the city, but it's an option for those who don't have a home to go to. We'd also place alot of dorms in your idea there, fighting area's for people to show off or place bets, a club scene, some underground shit going on and more elements I'll add in later.
  
  
• Farming Area: This is where students would learn to grow their own crops, food and other supplies if the world's power grid should ever fail and they are left on their own. This area would have lots of cornfields, futuristic barns, live cattle from different worlds and other things I intend to add in the future. They'd also be able to take on hollow and demons in this area, build their own machines alongside weapons and other gadgets and learn more about the simple life.
  
  
• Schooling Area: I'm not sure where the school itself should be placed, that is up for debate, but I'm envision the school being somewhere on a high terrain like a cliff or something and it would be the size of a smalltown. It would have hundreds of classrooms (Though the ones with our teachers in it would be the main focus), dorm rooms, feeding areas, large places for the teachers to relax and get together, large study halls for the students, battle arena's for the students to train and learn and many other things I'll eventually think of. But that's the basic idea I got going.

With every school there are tests and exams to see how far along you’ve come and how well you are doing in whatever field; and I think that this school should be no different. The students would have two tests, a practical and written one. The written one is for nothing more than to help the students remember what they’ve learned and is the first step in the exam. The second step is the practical; which is where the students would demonstrate their skills to the teachers. The teachers will grade accordingly.
I think a percent system would do best, something we are all familiar with and will be easy for others to understand, especially new comers who are getting to know paragraph RPing.

90-100%- A+ (Passed with flying colours)
80%- A (Pass with high understanding)
70%- B ( Pass with average understanding)
0-60% (Fail and have to retake the test)

The student will have to get 70% or higher on BOTH exams before being able to move onwards.

Grades:

Level 1- Beginners, those who have just entered the academy and are not fully aware of their abilities.

Level 2- This is where the student is more aware of their abilities and have a better handle of their powers; their still hesitant of their abilities and have difficulties with more advanced skills. (not necessarily the case for everyone I know, but the general understanding of where a student will be at).

Level 3- This is where the student has mastered the basic level of the abilities and what is being offered at this level.

Level 4- Students have an intermediate understanding and capability of their abilities.

Level 5- Students are becoming more advanced with their abilities/ techniques

Level 6- Students have mastered their abilities and begin to push their powers to the limit.

Level 7- Students are now fully realized; fully realized, Shinigami, Quincy est.

After the Seventh level, students can train under a teacher to become a teacher themselves. This process will take about two years of training.

Events

Ithink the main thing a school can hold as a big event is a sparing tournament. The tournament is open to all races and all levels; of course the matches will be dealt with accordingly, to the peoples race and level.

The teachers

The teachers should be someone with a 1 or a 0 tier…preferably; someone that has a head on their shoulders and knows how to deal with people and different personalities. I think there should be a teacher of all races in the school as in one shinigami, one arrancar, one human est.
As for WHO the teachers will be, I don’t know yet; but I think I’ll make a template as to what requirements a character must have before being passed as a teacher.

Schools

As for the multiple schools instead of just one, whatever is fine really, I just thought one might be easier to manage and have everyone in one place instead of scattered all over and such.

As for the surrounding area you suggested, I like that (y).

Students

If this idea passes for sure, then I’ll make a template for students to fill out to get into the school, and each applicant will be approved by a staff member. Every student WILL start at Level 1, no acceptations; if they prove to be stronger/ more capable then a test will be in order to determined what level they should be placed in. The switch from Level one to a higher Level will take two teacher OR staff members approval before making it official.

Once students and what not start rolling in, a list of students will be made and organized by Level, Race and in alpha order.

(All the kinks and what not about the testing system and stuff, I’ll work out).

As for the students getting paid, no.
I don’t think they should, I think they can get meal cards and what not, but I also think there should be a housing section for them like I said earlier, dorms if you will.

How classes will work

I havent figured out entierly how this will work but the basic idea is that classes will start at 8:30am and finish 4:00pm.

From 8:30- 10: Students will be doing theory work, pretty much all the book work they need to understand different things. I also think that they should learn about all the races we have here to better prepare them for whatever happens. Differnt calsses for different differnt races being learned about. They will also have to learn the history behind the race.
(The History part will only be compulsary up until Level3; their last level for the history portion.

From 10- 12: They have study hall/ Lunch, however they wish to divide up the hours is up to them.

From 12- 4: Practical work, this is where the students train to master their skills est.

I'll be revising this schedual(yeah I know I spelled that wrong -_-; ) and stuff, I'll give you a better version of it.

Well, Here is my response to the time schedule, It is great, love the idea but here's what i think it should be like, how about splitting the time's into post's. Like, from this time till that time=maybe 10-12 post's. then for longer classes, make more post for how much time, said classes and things go on. The only reason i suggest it is, with how we do things, and when it comes to text RP, there's really no determined time, i think this would help to even out the whole class schedule, and i think you'll like the idea. other wising that i love all the suggestions being made, and can tell this school is gonna b kick ass
