Character Affiliation: The Vanguard
Territory Requested: Angola, Mauritania, Russia being labeled as partially Vanguard Controlled due to Radio's allegiance with them. Request for Greenland access as well from the Yayjuu in order to place bases.
Reasons for Control: Azure himself is entering each country and trying his best to generally help and station members of the vanguard in order for each country to prosper. Threads will be made and it's purely out of an act of kindness and protection, so antag resistance on the non-claimed areas would seem confusing.

I'll approve it, but like Crow, you'll actually need to role play them out gaining the terrority. So I expect to see a thread making it official. Post them all here when done. I'll also throw in that Russia/Canada/Greenland are allied with the Vanguard.
