And unlike with most people's forms, you don't get that cope out shit. You literally can't use your character properly until that time limit is up or risk blacking out for the whole thread.

So really, I have no idea what the FUCK you are talking about. That form is controlled.

2- Control: This is about them and the Gotei. I've had a problem with it from when you first mentioned it. Even though they "helped establish the Soul Society and such," I just don't see them being...well...relevant in their matters. To be honest, I say they just sit back and observe like the Suguiras.

They've been there since before the Shinigami formed into the Gotei 13. They helped them stop going at war with one another, made them converge into one organization AND helped them at the start of it. As far I'm concerned, they just have more of a right to control the land then they do. And apart from that, THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING BACK AND OBSERVING!? WAT?! Whaddya' call watching the whole quincy race get whipped out!? When is ONE time I've ever had them interupt any Gotei 13 business in a thread? Just ONE.

I also suggest having Vizards' masks' time limit be connected with age and/or tier.

That I can agree with. I'll think of something to better control the vizards with time. We've all grown accustomed to most powerful vizards having no time limit.
