Eletrical shadow- Jade has the ability to completely and freely turn her body into pure electricity. While like this Jade's speed increases, her attacking power increases, her defence increases, any lightning or electricitry based Attack increases, and her overall physical power and prowess increases. Jade can also turn any body part into electricity while leaving the rest of her body as normal.

after using it however, she needs to give it a 4 post cool down, before she can use it once again.


Raikō Tejun:This ability allows Jade to instantly turn to lightning and move with the speed of natural lightning. This ability also leaves a very bright flash of light when Jade stops, which can effectively be used to blind others. (Note lightning moves at about anywhere between 136,000 and 186,000 mph, and can reach tempatures hotter than the surface of the sun.)

due to the strong power of this technique, she has to usually wait a page, to recover and use this technique once more.


Static discharge: this ability allows Jade to use and form of static electricity, whether it be in the air, created from her release, or created from her or somebody else exerting her or their own reiatsu. Jade can use the static in the air to attack her enemies, it can be used as a distraction, or it can be used to over charge the nervous system.



Falling Thunder: This move allows Jade to create a huge lightning bolt to form above her enemy or enemies and then fall onto them. This move is commonly combined with her Rising dragon thunder

Rising Dragon Thunder: This is a much strounger version of her original. This allows Jade to create a huge wave of lightning below her enemy or enemies to rise up and strike them. This is commonly used in combination with her Falling Dragon thunder~

Falling Dragon Thunder: A much stronger verson of her Rising dragon thunder creating a huge wave of lightning above her enemy or enemies to fall and strike them. This is commonly used in combination with her

Branching Thunder: Jade can only use this move with her After the lightning bolt if fired from her hand's Jade can stop the bolt and make tree like branches of lightning shoot out from the original lightning bolt to pierce her enemy or enemies



Ultimate Dragon of Lightening: When this is used Jade will gather amount's of reishi into her palm's then jump up into the Sky that being said she will gather amount's of energy forming a Huge Dragon with the destructive power to level an entire city, however using it is risky, as the charge and power of it is so strong that even Jade, is in danger of being injured by it.

Get Together:By manipulating electricity in her surroundings, Jade is capable of generating a magnetic field that draws all metallic objects to the ground.

Atmosphere Max-Jade is able to create a Wave of Lightening in the Form's of Fang's Able to fire a wave of them in a huge surge. Also She can Use some wire's in the seem of her outfit and manipulate it out through wire's causing very damaging effect's to the nervous system as well as the entire body of the opponent

Railgun- A move Learned From Misaka She is able to fire this Directly toward's opponent's and the damaging effect is quite destructive able to level a wave of car's in her way or even a mountain if powerful enough

Hurricane Dragon: Another one of jade's ultimate special's She Will Let out a loud dragon roar as a Huge Dark Demonic Dragon formed of eletricity will come out from the sky She Will then have Five Balls' apepar around her with Japanese Kanji For "ultimate" Appear Once Done the ball's will resonate within her body and Around her until they dissappear with that done a huge hurricane is created around a Wide Area While the Dragon make's his way down to an opponent or opponent's effiectively doing a huge amount of Damage to them

Jade Sat on a Bench Enjoying a nice Strawberry Smoothie as she looked around to see the wonderful aroma and feel of the air in the park she was relaxing at. This Relaxtion was really enjoyable...until some street punk's decided to come into the park and bully some of the people there. It was about time to Show them a lesson. She Jumped up and stretched as one of the thug's walked up to her trying to spit game and have the intention's of having some fun with her. Jade made a small chuckle which dripped with ignorance and disrespect. "Why would i wanna go with a piece of shit like you? Kukukukukuku....What's special with all of these piece's of shit coming together trying to act like tough bullie's" the thug made a diguisted face out of anger he tried to punch his hand at her. but in a simple flash jade was behind him and brought her foot down to his head Causing the male's eye's to run in the back of his head. As more thug's jumped toward her she flipped over them and motioned her hand for them to come forward and stretched her body back as she did a back flip kicking both of them up in the chin effictively knocking both of the thug's out. She then looked in a direction of Another few thug's and smirked as she then had her hand create a seismic wave in which they levitated up in the air as she then had electrical current's shock their body every which way effictively making due of them as she landed down and moved some hair from her face. "god...i hate thugs" she finished off as she decided to go back and sit down while the thug's lay on the ground effictively taken out.

Some things that I have noticed with this application are the fact that you only have one paragraph for a background and only a half a paragraph for a personality. Raiko needs to be tuned down a bit as well. An ability that makes one as fast as lightning and when she stops can be turned into a blind is consideraby powerful and can be used in most situations to overwhelm a great group of people. I like tha ability, but I do believe it should be reworked and balanced. Most of the ultimate abilities need a down time or a charge time to give them a large amount of balancing. An ability that can level a city needs to have a balancing act performed...also in that same boat an effect that does massive damage also needs to be reworked to give it some level of charge or down time.
