Explanation on Toxicity Bannings!

A'ight! This is a topic that staff may refer you to when posed questions as ''why was so and so banned?''.

The site as a ''non-toxic'' policy that's a relatively unwritten rule. Generally, it's thought of as common sense. Now what is ''toxic?'' Simple! A toxic user is a user that is non-productive on a community level, causes general stress amongst staff and/or members, and is generally annoying/hated/disliked/whatever else. In general? These users contribute negatively to the site, and the people of it either hate them, want them gone or just generally gets plain annoyed at their existence 24/7!

Now, that is a toxic member. We've had several people that come in, cause shit storms, or are in general a giant ball of stress and worry to people around them. Some of these people have balant disregard for others, the rules or even just in general. This is NOT an excuse to ban anyone that doesn't ''agree with the majority of the site.'' Rather? This explains why certain members get banned. It is because they fit this description, and regardless of what staff has tried to do to make them stop, regulate them or help them, they still persisted with the toxic attitudes.

A perfect shining example is the user known as Kanda. Banned now 5 times, under the Aliases of Kanda, Kimmi, Flame, Kanda[Again] and now Hexx/Lehran, this user is a general bad influence on the community. Each time he appears, everyone becomes stressed out and he tends to become toxic if we let him stay around too long. In any case? He was banned for the final time. ON THE NOTE OF KANDA, SHOULD ANY USER BE SUSPECTED OF BEING KANDA, THEY WILL BE BANNED WITHOUT WARNING. AN APPEAL MAY BE MADE AND MUST PROVIDE PROOF THAT THE USER IS NOT KANDA.
