Reasons For Upgrading: Jessy has been in a decent amount of fights, as well as almost every thread having some socialization or character development. Only one thread has actually ended, but the others are either fairly long or have stalled due to someone else not having posted.

I'll be boosting Jessy to 3-2+, but if you add your Shikai she'll be 3-1. Good job on those threads.
