A Testy Environment (Open, Starrk)
Thu Feb 21, 2013 4:48 pm
The Arrancar's body began to twitch, as from his left hand he held his gun out far to the side, pulling its trigger as without warning, ten cero shot out. It did not take the cero long to slam into the massive spiraling pile of flying Arrancar, all of whom were flying towards him. Why the hell do I have to do this…? He wondered, looking about himself.
Why was the being known as Coyote Starrk, one of the single most energy proficient energy users in all of the realms of existence, in the mast place known as the Wastelands? Well, that was relatively simple. He was being tested for a yearly performance check of the Cross Captains. Far below, he could sense the strange, snake like movements of another being, the being known as Dr. Hebi.
The Good Doctor was watching from the ground, sitting on a nearby stone. He was watching the being known as Coyote Starrk with intense interest, his eyes wide and slit, just like always. "You crazy…." He muttered, pointing out another gun to the side as without warning the red flame of an Oscura lit within it, easily decimating a twenty foot monstrosity of a Menos Grande.
However, despite this, he wasn't done quite yet. His right hand shot back to his side, even as his left hand was thrust outwards. He began moving his body to the side as four more shots launched from the gun, taking out four more Arrancar, hitting them so fast they barely had time to react before being struck down by the Arrancar, whose gun continued to move around rapidly, shooting again and gain and again, creating a circle of shots around himself with his left hand.
However, something was strange. No cero were being created by his actions; instead, merely slits in the sky. "What a pain…" He muttered, as without warning the slits in the sky suddenly turned into a massive wave of cero, which quickly enveloped the massive wave of hollow and Arrancar, who had attacked him all at once in an attempt to claim his head. It reminded Starrk a bit of Barragan's old army; however, these were much less organized… although they were only about as strong.
Easily wiped out, his gaze returned down to the Doctor below, before suddenly throwing his head to the side, his eyes widening as he realized a massive powerlevel was beginning to approach him; he just had to find out… what?

Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.

Evaluating justice in your hands, I have found you to be false.
- The steps of the girl were almost like dust on the wind. However, anyone with half a mind would feel it; the darkness, the hate, the dangerousness of her very existence. Her steps landed her right near the shots of cero, her curiosity bringing her to such a place. Her eyes looked around, this way and that, before she tilted her head. Her body stopped moving, as she witness the last of those that dared face this mean. Her gaze, one of a normal eye and the other of a strand fly like orb, focused on him. The left eye was red in color and held many panels like a bug's eye, as if observing things in millions of window frames at once. Her other eye was green coloured in nature, and almost innocent looking; a perfectly normal eye, as the girl tilted her head, letting the orange red colored strands of rust float down. They were held in twin ponytails, and her face looked normal, even as there was a bug like being on it. The skull necklace, and the infection like burn marks on her face made her even more noticeable as something not quite human. Her soft fingers touched her lips, as she observed the male that was there, before she looked around her. Her power was much stronger then the rest of these things that he had destroyed; that much was obvious by the fact she could even stand in his presence. But something was moving deep inside of her, as her gaze turned to the male yet again.
''What purpose does this serve. This annihilation is just simply wasteful, as wasteful as the over user of your energy.'' she just stated, as her fingers drifted down from her mouth, and hung limply at her side, like her other hand. ''What do you hope to gain from such a foolish exercise? Do you think you are good, or do you think you are guilty? What are your actions proving?'' she asked again, her tone simple. It was a monotone, that held no feelings, no inflections; although her speech in itself should have reflected such, the girl had no sense of actual emotions. It was odd, as her head tilted up, as if looking at the sky. And as her head tilted, a wave of sickish red flew from her, covering 40 meters before disappearing. Had anything been touched in that absolute 40 meters? It would be understood by the hollow. And all living things, or spiritual things, would feel a form of nausea. The girl in herself felt like a hollow, which was the odder part of the equation. Her body didn't move much other then stare at the male, and perhaps the other if she caught him. But her concern was rather blank; she could be talking to no one for all she knew. But CA had something in mind right now, a purpose. If this was done just because, this required something as a judicial payment; for Justice is not hampering the weak, no matter how evil they are. There are ways to do things.. and thus, she came to find the methods.
However, if there was injustice, she would take care of it.

The coolest Sugiura around literally and figuratively had appeared into the area, quietly he'd watch the chaos unfold before him like a story book. Sadly this one wouldn't probably have the good endings that were required of him to do something. It looked like it could get serious in any moment so He'd have Yukianesa at the ready for him as his eyes seemed to close a bit but they were glowing a bright green. Everything seemed to be in order, but why was this going to be in such a public area, well then again it was a destitute area so it'd made sense for Hollows and Arrancar to be here, but there were more signatures in the area, but he couldn't exactly place them yet, there was no phenomena changes yet so is was okay. Didn't mean that it couldn't of been changed up well in seconds. So Power of Order remained in the back ground for the time being, and Kakeru remained silent. 'So Kakeru... why are you here... I have no jurisdiction here, but I feel drawn here for the time being I wonder what will happen here now.' He would be a good thirty meters out from the area of where the people would be having their spat so it was all okay. Taking a breath he'd close his eyes completely then opening his eyes he'd relax his body a bit and he'd gently grip Yukaiensa in his right hand as his left hand rested upon the handle of the blade. His breathing was even and controlled He heard of the espada before... he was pretty strong person a skilled user of his skills, but that's it really he didn't see the HOllow's and Arrancar getting their asses owned but he did see that girl and she seemed pissed off. Maybe she was mad about the dead things in the area that he may or may have not killed, but that was a personal issue and he couldn't just go and walk into that shit without realizing how serious of the thing he'd be walking into So for now he'd keep it straight for now. He'd watch quietly for now. He just kept his calm and focus because he wasn't sure on what the hell he was going to do on this situation for now. Anyway he'd shift his weight for now to go a bit closer but he'd keep the movements quiet and steathly for the time being. He did wonder how this would end up for the time being. So for now he'd keep it on the low down for now. "I am the Cold Steel that will restore balance to the world Nox Nyctores Murco Anglesco Yukianesa Activate." |

There were all sorts of powers being unleashed within the depths of The Wastelands. Numerous baddies were out and about, entire herds of beast were being slain like a never ending stream of blood and it all bought about the attention of a special Ice Fairy from the realm of the Soul Society. Starting her adventure into the plane of the living, Cirno Iramasha, The Angel of Ice, had wanted to explore The Living World to otherwise satisfy her thirst for adventure, merriment and companionship. Thus, she had left the comforts of her icey igloo deep within the forest of Iramasha Island and made her way into the scared battle lands of Earth; where should find this insane battle taking place among-st all sorts of Arrancar, Sugiura and Hollow's. However, even amidst all this chaos, she could feel something more...sinister at work. It gave her a sort of snake-like vibe, but she had to shake it off in the mean-time. This could be some of the demonic forces at work she had heard so much about in the Soul Society and it was time to check matters for herself. In a burst of blinding blue light, The Angel Iramasha emerged upon a cliff that had out looked the battlefield as she had prepared herself for one hell of a combat to take place. Already, even from this vantage point, she had detected two or three different being that had far surpassed her in power. Yet, that didn't detour Cirno away from this scene. No, in fact, it actually made her thrilled. If she had been fighting the same low-level chumps as she had in the Soul Society or Iramasha Island, she'd never progress in her true-inner strength and would otherwise be a disappoint to herself and Shiro-Chan. Making all of these impressive warriors fan the flames of passion and desire deep within her heart; ready to make her jump into the hells of combat without a single doubt, a single hesitation and ready to take them all on with every ounce of strength she had possessed within every small fiber of small being to otherwise seize victory or defeat.
Taking off like a 747 jet, Cirno had sped off and away from her position on the cliff, around five hundred meters away from where the brawl was occurring, and made her way to the field. In a trail of blue light, she clenched her fist, put on a brave grin and was, in seconds, floating above the likes of Dr.Hebi, Starrk, Kakeru and A Strange Hollowfied Girl whom she did not care much for. Folding her arms, she'd have a confident grin emerge across her face as more of this child's appearance had became visible to all those on the field. One of the first things that was apparent about her physical looks was that she was...short. Standing at around 4'10, Cirno didn't seem all that impressive as a mere little child among the ranks of fully grown people. Yet, if there was anything true about this world, you could never judge a book by it's cover. And as the trails of immense blue spiritual energy flared from Cirno's body like a never ending blaze, it was clear this child had some talent coursing throughout her veins.
So, as the gusts from her power flared all around The Ice Fairy, her ankle-length blue dress flapped wildly within the wind; as the white designs near the bottom of her attire had illuminated brightly with the color of pure silver. Winds increasing further, she moved away her red ribbon placed ever-so neatly around her neck, displaying more of that prominent grin of hers. And, as the jovial nature of this icy Iramasha became more apparent, so to was the wonderful colors of blue within her eyes. Shining brightly down all those who stood below her, they showed courage, vigor and a sign that she wouldn't be an opponent to easily slow down or defeat. In response to all of these critical senses tingling within the child, the three pairs of strange ice-covered wings behind the child had fluctuated in a crystal glow; as her neck length, sky hue'd hair swirled all around her; all the while, a giant blue ribbon nitted ever-so nicely into her hair had stayed in tact.
"Hehehehehe, I'm not sure what you baka's think you are doing in the middle of nowhere, but I can assure you neither of you people will get away with your nasty deeds. I can tell one of you is an Arrancar, and you've killed all these Innocent people for...what reason?" Despite the devastating scene of destruction, carnage and slaughter all around her; The Youthful Iramasha still spoke with great positivity, upbeat nature and utter confidence as she showed no signs of fear or terror with every word that passed from her mouth. "I bet you meanies may even be connected with all the strange incidents I've heard so much about on this planet. You reek of evil and I'll be sure to purge it if you don't leave this air and high-tail it out of here!" Pointing her index finger down at Starrk, Cirno would let out a triumphant laugh as her spiritual energy flared more passionately then before; ready to engage in combat any moment should he choose to get violent with the likes of her.
Turning her attention towards Kakeru, he didn't all that violent to her. So, from her assumptions, she figured he must have been a good guy. "Hey, you down there, are you going to help in this battle as well? Or are you siding with those baka's over there? I'll have you know, if you are, I won't hesitate to fight you either. I may not look like it, but I'm The Strongest Iramasha where I come from and I won't be afraid to take on all of you in order to prove my strength to you!" Grinning and rubbing her nose, you could tell this kid really had alot of moxy to be dropping all of these bold statements as if she weren't afraid of any of the consequences in stating so. But, she wouldn't be Cirno Iramasha, The Angel Of The Ice, if she didn't have these wacky antics, now would she? Laughing further and getting more into herself, she'd fully turn to the peculiar looking girl below her and she rubbed her chin. "The same applies to you to, weird looking lady. I'll take you out if you wanna tango with me!"
Snickering a bit, she'd then tap her head and had the voice of Shiro Iramasha, the former Angel of Ice, phase into her head. 'I'm not sure what you call yourself getting into with this fight, but at least try to be careful. One wrong move and you may end up in the pits of Shadow Fall. These guys look quite dangerous, so I'll assist you in whatever way you need if it's to take out those degenerates.' Speaking calmly and smoothly, Lady Shiro had taken a soft sigh to prepare her own thoughts in order to prepare some sort of battle plan to endure this harsh climate. 'Hehehehhe, don't worry. With you and me, there isn't anyone who can bring us down! And even if we are brought down, we'll just come back even stronger then before and smack those baka's two times harder for thinking they could get away with such a crime! We are the strongest!' And with, Cirno reaffirmed herself and had a burst of white light infuse itself into the stream of blue energy swirling around her like a vortex.
Things were gonna get rough, things were gonna get nasty; but damn if she wasn't ready to take it all on in stride.
