Prelude of the Incident: Hanako's Mingling with Officials

Hanako Shikijou Junior Queen of the Hellhounds The Mother of Five Kids The Karakura Defender The Modest Bartender |
A week ago, Hanako receives a notice that one of her former teachers from Karakura High School is currently a counselor of a college outside of Karakura and was coming to the city to do advisory for Risteárd Engel's Karakura High School students, helping them decide on which college is right for them and whether or not they have the determination to meet the college's standards. There are three others coming with him, so school security would be tighter. However, with Haku's past attack upon the High School, Hanako cannot afford to know that someone she knows was killed by a lunatic cockbite like Haku. Security or not, Hanako feels that the situation will turn ugly at any moment and her friend is in danger. With the date set and planned, Hanako replies to her friend through her cellphone, "I'll be coming to visit you at your worksite. There was a recent attack back in New Years and I do not want to have it repeated again, so if it is going to happen, I'll be there to keep you and the other three out of danger, Schneider-Sensei." Now a week has passed and Hanako wakes up to her kids being cranky about something. In her teal nightgown covering her white underwear set, she walks over to the children's room and checks the digital clock that looms over the door in the children's room. Today is the day that she is going to meet up with her former teacher in Karakura City, her home as the Karakura Defender under Shadin Yuudeshi's leadership. It was early, so she has enough time to handle her kids and call Kabuto, her husband's best friend to babysit them. The complicated problem is that the dirty diapers are obvious. Luckily, Hanako was capable of being five years ahead of time in preparation, making her nearly the perfect wife and mother, but the trouble is that she has enemies and it will get worse no matter how evasive she was with trouble. With Koichi's actions and the war between the Iramasha Clan and K-World, being the wife of Koichi would make her one of the high valued targets. However, she is also a high valued target for K-World now because she embarrassed their security by escaping with no actual way other than luck. She prepares the table and one by one she changes the diaper and sanitizes the five infants. During the process, she is wearing a pink apron that matches the pink ribbon tied around her left arm as a memorabilia of her late nanny, Kimiko. Why she wears an apron? It is not the only time that one of the boys thought it would be funny to surprise their mother with a projectile urination while she is changing their diaper. After the wet-nursing, Hanako walks to the bathroom to wash herself using a washcloth, soap and water to clean off the urine on her face and neck as she stashes the apron into the hamper behind her, next to the door. After applying the sanitizer, Hanako walks back to the children's room and gives each of them a kiss on the forehead, "I'll be back and Uncle Kabuto will be watching out for you five." The kids giggle as she smiles, but grows quiet as Hanako is opening the door. Seems like the kids have something else in mind. Hanako makes one step out that door from the children's room and the kids begin crying all at once! That freezes Hanako on the spot because of motherly guilt that the kids know how to trip. Hanako steps back into the room and the room is quiet with some giggling. Hanako scans the room for a reason, even taking a whiff of the air that she recently sanitized. Nothing was wrong and unlike most mothers, Hanako can spot a problem without having to experiment. She is convinced that despite the dangers, the kids want to go with her to see her former teacher, Schneider-Sensei. Babies will be babies. They definitely take the adventurous trait after me. I guess I have to be a hundred times more careful now that they are going to be with me. She produces two things, a frontal pouch and a four-seat stroller that can be scrunched up to fit through doorways. "Seems I have no choice, but to take you guys with me to see my old tech design and production sensei from my high school." Hanako surrenders as the kids cheer out in joy that they are going with their mother this time. She puts on the frontal pouch and slips Hideki in it since he is the only pure human of the five and is her only legacy in a sense of being purely human who possibly carries her ancient lineage of her mother and father. She then one by one carries her kids down to the pub where they wait for Hanako to setup the stroller. After the moving about, Hanako has her four kids in the stroller while Hideki is resting sweetly against her breasts as Hanako carts them off with her to the building where the four counselors will be helping out this generation of students. On her way there, she was lucky to have run into Mr. Schneider, Hanako's former Technical Design and Production teacher. Unlike most teachers, he is foreigner by birth, but became a Japanese Resident. What made him an attractive individual was his fluent bilingual knowledge of German and Japanese. Most can describe him as a bulky, yet gentle person who would chew out cocky tech-students if they think that a half-an-inch is not bad when it is bad enough to cause damage comparable to crippling the Yuudeshi Network, his favorite topic of abstract research. "Hello, Ms. Shikijou!" he clamors with joy with a burst of laughter. "Heya, Hans Schneider!" Hanako replies with a joy of meeting one of her best teachers. After a while, the two walk to a kid-friendly restaurant so the five kids can feel included. "I do remember that contraption where it can hit a ten-inch target across a football field with a watermelon. Oh! It is was funny when we have to dismiss class early to run away from the principle!" Schneider reminisces through the time of when elaborate pranks are part of the lessons. Hanako laughs with him, "The principle sneaking off was an X-factor that I miscalculated, but it is fun to see how the principle lost a fat foreigner and a small girl just around the corner." Unlike some bulky people, Schneider was not sensitive about his appearance so he takes it as a compliment to be called that way. Since it was so early, the two adults and five kids have breakfast, courtesy of Hanako. "The danger; how bad was it?" Schneider asks as Hanako's face turns calm and sincere. "A few instructors are killed at Karakura High School during the new years celebration by an amateur sniper named, Haku. Security is beefed up to the point that it is a mistake away from putting you and the others into a safe house if one of you is killed, so they considered relocating you and the others to a space away from the high school." Hanako briefs to Schneider as she sips a cup of tea. "Wow. I've been out of the loop for a while; the administration over at Yamagata did not tell me about this." Schneider replies to the warning before smirking, "If they are holding out on me, it must be that time when I accidentally made a steam bomb out of an antique boiler from year 2012." The two look at each other for a moment before breaking out into a laughter. "The faces on the other instructors are priceless!" Schneider proclaims as they are finishing up. "You're a practical disaster, Hans Schneider." Hanako jests as she collects her kids and follows Schneider to the site. Upon arrival, the seven can see three suits and a security guard waiting for them with a shotgun strapped behind the security guard's back. "You're late! Why can't you be punctual like the rest of us?" The old lady scorns Schneider as Schneider chuckles. "We're standing out in the cold, so we're all cranky! Lets go inside and be nursed by my lovely former student, kids." Schneider speaks with a humor added due to his dislike of overly strict teachers. "She can't come with us, idiot! She is not an offi-!" The old lady scorns some more before Hanako produces a license that marks her as a Karakura Defender, an elite personnel of the security task force of Karakura Central; the notion alone freezes the old lady with shock that she disrespected someone who is protecting her from the killers. "Wh-What about the kids?" The old lady asks with a lowered tone. "You guys look strong enough to carry them to safety, but it will not be needed for what I can do. Rest assure, I'll be discreet about my actions." Hanako answers. Upon arrival to the panel where the four will be advising for the students from Karakura High School and the locals who wanted to attend one of the colleges, but did not get the chance before. While the counselors are working diligently, Hanako diligently entertains her kids with games and toys from the pack she took with her. While the area is crowding up and Hanako was outside to take a breath of fresh air, she feels an ominous breeze passing by. The breeze feels like the breath of the planet as it speaks. Hanako closes her eyes and focuses outward. Three things that stand out are one that turns invisible, a security guard killed and Schneider running away. In this grade of prediction, it is from her ability to communicate with the planet and connect to virtually everyone's thoughts as along they remain in the planet's atmosphere; on top of it, she was regarded as a super genius of her time (Grand Master Mental Deduction,) so sorting through the mentality of all the nervous students, anxious romance seekers and busy instructors and bystanders remain trivial for her when she concentrates. "Form is never determined. From the eyes of the king of souls, spare all you can to help me!" Hanako invokes as she manipulates her visual acuity to the point that the invisible person can be seen by her without a problem. The game is on and the next objective is to prevent the death of the security guard. She weaves through the crowd and approaches the security guard that she saw to be killed on this spot. "Hanako Shikijou Jr, Karakura Defender. Take five, soldier." Hanako speaks to the guard and he eases himself, "Finally. Been two hours and could use a break. Thanks, Mrs. Iramasha." The guard walks off as Hanako uses her basic transformation ability to switch her outfit to look like a security guard. She then summons a pistol into her grasp. From there on, the hunter becomes the hunted. "Form is never determined. From the eyes of the king of souls, show strength against my foes!" Hanako invokes again to cause a subtle refraction of light that manipulates the sight of anyone who can visibly see daylight and the glare of the sun. This turns Hanako invisible while leaving behind her afterimage. Unlike the afterimages that are favorable standards of speed folks, light refracted afterimages are special apparitions that can last longer on average and can be changed upon the user's discretionary intentions. While on top of the rooftop, using the sun as the natural cloaking device, Hanako keeps close attention to the clone she made. As predicted, Hanako can see the hunter sticking out like a sore thumb before her illuminating eyes that discerns such trivial measure of optical illusions. Judging by how he took notice of her afterimage, Hanako can tell that he detected the gun and assumed that the afterimage was a threat and has to act. Off to the corner of her eyes, she notices Schneider was out in the crowd, possibly heading back from a bathroom break. Using her telepathy, she tricks Schneider with a thought, "This could turn ugly soon, better get back quickly or I'll be dealing with a pile of students than a line of them." Hanako turns her attention back to her clone and just like that, the hunter makes a move by using a super-heated gaseous liquid glob called plasma at the clone. "Form is never determined. From the planet's core, roar forth against N'Golth." Hanako whispers as the heat from the plasmacaster will hover around the hunter's head, causing him to be compromised of senses as he goes to collect the illusion's body. While the panic will be short-lived because the illusion disappeared upon the blast for them, but to the hunter, the illusion came with him as he eviscerate her to extract a trophy. Hanako was not far behind him as she can see a disc on him, which she can discern to be a cutting tool, a disc that can cut through a human being like Schneider. As the heat spell was going about his head, Hanako spreads it to his body; subtle, but enough for a master pickpocket like Hanako to walk right up and take the disc off of his weapon system, leaving him without these things. How can Hanako know about these things and how she learned of N'Golth? Hanako was a Class-S Bounty Hunter and the one who keeps tab on people and advanced technology. N'Golth was recorded into the Yuudeshi Network's archive in the moment he attempted to fight a few Shinigami. No doubt, Hanako knows as much as the hunter and definitely was a lot more prepared for him now she knows who he is before he used the plasmacaster. She detaches the smart disc and backs off while he works on the guts of her illusion while whispering, "Form is never determined. From the eyes of the king of souls, spare all you can to help me." Thus she creates the fake version of the smart disc while the heat will make it look like that N'Golth still has it. Light on her steps, Hanako retreats back to the area, knowing that the hunter will be returning. Keeping to her invisibility, Hanako steps off the ledge and hangs from it by her fingers that are disciplined to hold her weight, even with one hand. The situation was the opposite of the hunter's expectation as the people are not panicking, thus is a problem for Hanako's trap. However, seeing the counselors coming out of the Cyber Starbucks, no doubt the hunter will be running for them, so Hanako uses her reishi manipulation to project herself across the area and cling onto the wall above the counselors with her back on the light side, thus her optical invisibility is still intact. Like clockwork, the hunter shows up to take on the counselors. Schneider was a jolly fellow, but does not like scary movies, so he was the first to start running at the sight of the hunter. Time to dive into action! As the hunter throws his smart disc, he would see the disc just vanishes and the target was not hit as Schneider trips over himself in his panic. All while that is happening, Hanako jumps down and lands with her feet softened by reishi so her landing is quieter than the hunter's breath. She then produces a disc of her own called an Electromagnetic "Saboteur" slap-disc. Hence the name, she slaps the saboteur on the upper spine of the hunter while the increased heat makes the slap less noticeable until it activates. Upon activation, the disc releases a pulse that gives the hunter a nasty jolt as if from a cattle prod while it screws up critical systems of his weapons, making ninety-nine percent (99%) of his equipment that are electronics useless. Hanako shuts down her spells, which cools down the hunter and makes the skull that he collected disappear as it was an illusion all along. This also reveals her to the hunter as she gestures the counselors to collect Schneider and go back into the Starbucks. "It is fun while it is lasts, N'Golth. Having me messing with an amateur hunter like you can be a clear sign that hunter is very unlucky as the prey." Hanako speaks to the hunter as she smirks with casual glow that gives the feeling of experience and the fear that she is higher up on the food chain. She then shows him the pistol, which is the same pistol as the one who he had shot with his now dismantled plasmacaster. "Surprise. Can you say, fucked?" Posted! |

Hanako pulls out her cellphone and calls in on the Yuudeshi Network. "Lock down the sector into the pocket server. Make me disappear with everyone who is marked under Hagokumo because I caught one of his henchmen, thus he is not far. Thank you." Hanako instructs as she is following protocols that comes with potential blindsided actions by the enemy. By the time that Syn appears to collect N'Golth, Hanako clicks her tongue in expected disappointment. At the same time, when Hagokumo launches his attack upon the cyber car, the cars and people vanishes around him and his henchmen, isolating them into a pocket plane where the only opposition in their sight was Hanako herself. "Typical and then I turn around and he will be there..." Hanako deduces and quickly spins around with a haymaker kick, releasing enough force to topple a wizard like him and potentially knocking the sword out of his hand by the sheer opposing power against his resistance. "Ready to try to cut down any opposition who is trying to hinder his operation! Good morning, Haku!" Hanako shouts out as she performs the kick. "So you manage to defeat N'Golth, I'm impressed for someone who manipulated a mad demon onto your side...Shadowfall lost a powerful grand duke not only that their is a dark unknown secret about him...but your not going to do manipulate us demons ever against that I promise you" Haku vows as he seems to be struggling for his preparation, a costly mistake to rush. The next thing that catches her attention was the arrival of a big winged lizard of ice summoned by Haku to ram her with its head. Dragons are hard-headed, but they do not crash land at all, thus it would be against its free will. It is sickening to think that it was bound to its master and cannot argue, just goes with a simple order in its mind. "Form is never determined. From the planet's flesh, spare all you can to help me!" Intentionally, she realigns the surface beneath her to become a platform that faces the dragon for the resistant standing. The next is a quick spell, "Reality is a lie. From the planet's breath, roar forth without remorse!" This creates a cone of cold gust strong enough to slow down the charging dragon. "Form is never determined. From the heart of the King of Souls, spare all you can to help me!" That enhances her body to four times her original, so upon impact, it will be something even Haku would not believe. Hanako catches onto the dragon's muzzle with enough durability, endurance and strength to stop it almost completely, causing her and the ground to slide back a little before Hanako twists the dragon's head towards her left. The sheer strength would topple the dragon onto its side, rendering it unable to get up for a while. Hanako then uses her mix of Prayer and a special spell, "Reality is a lie. From the planet's blood, spare all you can to help those in need." That creates a chill that is comforting for the ice dragon while Hanako heals its spirit. "Shhh...Rest. The voice will go away soon and you will not be contained by that horrible hunk of metal again. Don't listen to anything, but this voice." Hanako speaks soothingly, calming the dragon with the chilling touch that makes it feel more at its home and healing to relax its body. "Reality is a lie. From the heart of the King of Souls, Show strength against odds." Hanako invokes as she creates a shield around the dragon. It prevents the dragon from being called back into the armor while it is resting. Hopefully with all that, it would leave Haku without much to defend himself against Hanako's punishment. Hanako leaps high and over the dragon and lands in front of Haku with some distance between them. "Foul and foolish. Forcing others to do your dirty work and not plan on something that will save their lives? What kind of a tactician are you?" Hanako scolds as she leers at Haku with her teeth not showing. As she walks, she continues her scolding like an angry mother (which she is actually is,) "To begin with, he was manipulated before I gave him his purpose back! As for the dark secret, they are the runes that are once yours, but is now tamed by him, so you want him back to square one for the sake of your runes. I've wanted to say this; Welcome to the jungle! Time to come out and play!" Hanako rushes at Haku at such a speed that he will be having a hard time getting off a spell before she reaches him, potentially forcing him to raise his guard. To stop, Hanako skids to close range with her right arm feigning a left hook before resting her left wrist onto her right wrist. Then she curls her left middle finger, using her thumb as some sort of a resistance. By the time it finishes curling, Haku could feel a gentle breeze from the finger itself before Hanako releases her left middle finger with the phrase, "Oni Dekopin!" The middle finger flicks out towards Haku and creates an immensely strong physical force. At Haku's current strength, this attack could cause an immense knock-back power high enough to send him crashing through at least a few buildings. When crashing through solid buildings and the walls in them, it would definitely cause serious damage to his armor while the hit itself is capable of denting if not punching a hole into his armor, weakening its magical bonding. Since there are no civilians around, Hanako does not have to hold back other than to make sure that Haku is at most incapacitated so he can be sealed and incarcerated for his crimes against Humanity and the Spirits who are protecting them.
