Staff Notice for the User Kanda's Status!

- Hello Kanda!
The staff has discussed you over the last few meetings, and we've come to a decision. We will NOT ban you, however, you will have to live with the following restrictions for your continued stay on the site. Here is the reasoning as to why we have come to such a conclusion.
First and foremost, you have evaded ban now 4 times. This is a major offense, and as such, should be punished. Normally, you would be re-banned, but as you seem to have no issue avoiding those, a more contemporary measure has been put into place.
Second, relatively no matter which incarnation of yourself you take, you seem to often annoy everyone, and find several loopholes in which to do things. Therefore, we will put more limits on you and if you continue loopholing, or inadvertently irritating the entire site, maybe more shall be put on.
1. You will not bitch, fight, argue or in any way be aggressive towards a staff decision towards your regards.
2. You will be allowed to keep four [4] characters. This is a kindness, considering how often your characters tend to be made as Mary and Gary Sues, and thus are often unable to be read with any decency.
2a. You are NOT allowed to switch from the four you have chosen. This means if one of them dies, that character and their slot is DEAD, unless staff decides to have mercy on you.
3. For this collection of characters, you may not exceed three [3] faceclaims per character. However, you must explain the reason for each FC, as you've been known the troll the section in the past. This INCLUDES shares.
3a. On the subjects of originals, you must LINK, and have a maximum of 3 Originals per file. Many originals have an artist, and some artists have multiple pictures; this counts as an FC if the character has a name.
3b. On the suject of shares, any and all asks for share will automatically be enforced as a Forced Share Ticket.
4. You will not be allowed any character, of second [2] tier or more. This is to prevent previous power-hungry attitudes have you've displayed.
5. On the note of characters, you are not allowed to apply, or rp, any Canon characters either.
6. You are not allowed to join any thread without the permission of the thread creator. This applies to any thread; Casual, Fighting, Events, General Board, etc. You must also submit proof that the creator has allowed you to join said thread, by making a communication thread and getting the creator to post there with an approval and topic link.
6a. You cannot participate in private threads either. You cannot MAKE private threads, nor can you JOIN a private thread. All your threads will be open; anyone with logical reason to interfere can.
7. You will not be allowed to hold a position equal or higher then vice captain in any organization.
7a. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to create a Team for any of your characters or anybody else's. Also, under no circumstances will you be allowed to lead a team, even if someone else created it in the first place.
8. If you are found to be arguing or causing any irritation in the xat, you will be promptly banned for an hour. Any riposte or commentary towards this will be followed by a ban twice the time. You have a maximum of 3 offenses a week before you are banned from the xat that week. If you are found cheating your way in, you will accrue larger punishment.
9. To create anything from a custom race, you must ask the race creator. Canon races are non-applicable to this. However, you must have a good enough understanding of the race/sub-race. If applying for a sub-race, look at the sub-race's creator rather then the race creator. Please get them to post their approval in the same communication thread as for your topics. (currently, Iramasha's are fine since the okay was seen.)
10. You are unable to kill any characters for any reason. Permission will not be given, no matter if the owner allows you to do so. Even in events; the rule is simply you cannot kill another person's character.
10a. On the reverse, your characters are utterly kill-able. Please tread with care.
11. You are allowed only one application check, or change, within a 30 day period. Moderators and staff have more then enough to spend time dealing moving your things five to eight times a day.
11a. On the note of staff permissions, you are not allowed to bug any staff member for checking your things, or permissions for special plots. You must use the staff member's communication thread.
11b. You are also not allowed to bother any admin or advisor for anything. If your things require someone that high up in the chain, the moderator in charge of your checking will do so on their own time.
12. You are not allowed to participate as a contestant in any of the OTMs. If you are nominated, your nomination is instantly voided. You may vote, and nominate, but no more. This includes characters, and topics.
13. Any and all site business must be either in communication threads OR the main xat if/when you're not banned on it. You cannot use skype or private messages to do anything site related.
14. Any name you will be referred to must be Kanda. We are tired of your OCD switching names. Every member on site will call you Kanda; asking otherwise will incur punishment.
15. You must keep all of your posts at a PG level. This includes character histories, personalities, Images,posts, etc. This by default means you are NOT allowed to enter the smut board with any of your threads/topics. PG also means no swearing, cussing or a lot of violence. This said, this applies to only your posts, and not others.
16. All of your characters, files, abilities must be CUSTOM CREATED. That means, you cannot BASE your character's name, abilities, history, personality on their Face claim or other sources. Anything you create will be run through an anti-cheat to figure out if you copy pasted parts of the file. This includes works of fan fiction you already have made. If this even suspected, the character will be suspended, and the slot lost.
Punishments include, banning from the xat for a number of time, the site itself, or revoking any posts/topics/characters as needed. The staff will reserve the right to confer and administer punishment depending on the offense. This is what the staff has decided regarding your particular situation.
These rules may be added onto or expanded overtime. An update will be posted then.

An update has been produced!
Rule 3 has additives 3a and 3b dealing with your question, rule 6 has been changed and gained an additive, rules 7 has an additive from the former rule 10, rule 11 with additives a and b, 12 and 13 have been added. Rule 2 also now has an additive. And finally, rules 14, 15, and 16 have been added.
