It's Just Patrol[Kitty/Open]

The silver haired menace known as Balmung Striver soared through the air like a rocket as he made his way to the center of Karakura's downtown moving at quite the speed, his uniform rustled wildly as the ends of his sleeves danced about, his zanpaktou firmly at his side and his silver hair wildly moving about. Finally Balmung arrived at the location where he was ordered to go to, hovering over the area his hazel eyes examined the area looking for what he was there to supposedly stop, but everything seemed to be normal the humans where out and about going around doing whatever it is they set out to do today. Balmung raised an eyebrow he had been ordered to come here in order to stop an impending attack by an unknown force, he slowly descent down to the ground his uniform now gently moving about as the air current pushed against it finally reaching the ground his feet touched it with a light thud. Standing there the powerful shinigami towered over the humans that walked by him, standing at six feet and four inches as well as his body wrapped in a nice layer of well built muscle, made him look like a beastly man. He looked around sensing for anything out of the ordinary in the area, but he could find nothing Balmung was seriously starting to question the sanity of the Captain Commander, just the other day he sent Balmung out on a cover mission to retrieve some mayo. The tall shinigami sighed as he shook his head he was rather dissapointment, he had been gone for so long that upon his return he still had to put up wtih the ridiculous exploits of his commanding officer, Balmung looked down at his open hand he balled it into a closed fist. All the while in his mind he thought of the day when he would become the Captain Commanderand he would finally lead Soul Society and its shinigami into an era of glory and greatness, but for now he had to suck it up and do as he was told. He figured since he was here he might as well just stick around, Balmung walked about amongst the human crowd until reaching a bench allowing himself to sit he let his body relax, resting his forearms on his thighs as he looked around to see everyone around him still wondering why the hell he was here.

Balmung sat there his arms resting down on his thighs as he looked around with those hazel eyes of his, when all of a sudden a gentle voice spoke to him his eyes rolled in the direction of the voice only to see, well quite honestly a very beautiful face his eyes widened slightly as he looked up seeing the womans facial features. He noticed her body as well, she seemed to fragile so petite compared to him Balmung rose to his feet out of respect, letting his arms hang at his side the towering shinigami looked down at the woman. He returned the respectful gesture of the bow to the woman, he couldn't help but me slightly hypnotized by the womans natural beauty in reality she was far more beautiful then the red headed captain that had saved Balmung many moons ago. "I am Balmung Striver, Vice Captain of the first division" he would say his deep voice spoke with a sense of pride in his position, but also a hint of kindness he was well aware that he had a menacing tone so he tried his best not to seem hostile to wards the woman and her kind gestures. Standing up straight he heard the womans question, he raised an eyebrow at first not sure why she was asking such a question, he wasn't physically injured Balmung gave her an assuring nod he would motion for her to have a seat on the bench, "I am alright, but please have a seat...uhm...I'm sorry but I didn't catch your name"he would say rather curiously Balmung being the gentleman he was waited for the woman to have a seat before sitting his big self back down. Standing there he looked down at the woman wondering just what her name was, by now a few possibilities had crossed his mind he seemed to have quite the luck bumping into such attractive beauties every once in a while.

Balmung sat just as the girl sat, when he sat he left a gap between them respecting her space as she would respect his, he sat there resting his forearms on his thighs as he originally was but this time a bit more relaxed. He looked over at her just as she introduced herself, he smiled in return to her giving her a slight nod "It is an honor to meet you Tsukiyome" he would reply when she bowed again Balmung let out a nervous chuckle as he blushed slightly. Scratching the back of his head he waved his other hand at the girl, "Please there is no need to be so formal, we are sitting here as two beings just conversing this is not an official meeting or anything of the sorts" he would assure the girl he appreciated the politeness but he didn't want her to constantly bow to him as if he was some sort of superior, she wasn't even a shinigami. He lowered his hands just as she asked why he was here, the question made Balmung sigh as he lowered his head slightly closing his eyes not because it was an annoyance to answer the question but because of the origin of why he was here. "Well you see I was sent here to prevent an attack to happen, the origin of said attack is still unknown, all I was told was to come here to prevent the attack from scaling to a situation that Soul Society will be unable to control. But when I arrived here....well as you can see there is nothing out of the ordinary going on here" he say pointing out the obvious as he looked around only to see people walking about going on with their own business.

Balmung then looked back at Tsukiyome, he rubbed his chin as he got an interesting idea if this girl was capable of seeing him that meant she was spiritually aware and most likely she had been here longer then he had so she maybe saw something. "Tsukiyome, you haven't noticed anything out of the every day norm around here have you?" he would ask looking back at her. His gentle hazel eyes looked her in the eyes, like her he was lightly tan skinned his skin color actually made his hazel eyes stand out more his silver hair well that always stood out.
