How Character Permissions Work

Ho'kay, so essentially, all you need to do is make a single thread containing all your characters. From there? People can request to have your character mentioned in histories, share FC's, request techniques that are related to your character, ask for permission in joining plots with them and basically anything that needs a yes or no from you in regards to the characters you have listed in your permission thread.

Example:
1. I'd make "[THEFROST]'s Permission Thread"
2. I'd then list my characters who could be used.
3. Then I would approve or deny request that pertain to my characters.
