Pre-Approval Board

So what do i think this is? Well i cant help but noticed when i move apps that momo hasn't checked their tiers which kinda confooses me. So what i propose is we add a board called the "pre-approval board". When an application is here, it can be used BUT its tier is not actually properly recorded just yet.

Momo or whoever it is that does the tiers now can go to this board, see the app, add the tier then move it to the approved. However, i think the claim a face can work nicely here to. So when the app is there, Momo can reply to it maybe saying she has recorded the tier and then either me or Tsu will look over it and claim the face for them to avoid lost faces etc

However, this will probably add quite a few replies to the bottom off apps as you gotta approve it overall, then approve the tier listing, then approve the claim before it can be moved to the proper Approved board. those three replies will need to be on an app before it can be moved.

This actually sounds rather complicated when i write it down, but if you understand what i mean then it may actually prove useful. Im gonna be weird and add a strange timeline underneath this so you can see slightly better what i mean:

App is made > App is moderated > App is approved > App is moved to the Pre-Approval Board > App Tier added > face Claim added > App moved to be stored
