Reasons For Upgrading: In regards to focus, Mifune is an extremely skilled swordsman, and in swordsmanship focus plays a major role in efficiency as a swordsman. Was also recommended by JJ. Weapon Skill, Mifune has absolutely no energy attacks and other than throwing punches, swordsmanship is the only form of combat he has access to and has thus trained only his skill with the blade in the past 700 years. He possesses two custom and extremely difficult sword styles, with quite a few techniques for one of them. Also suggested by JJ. As for speed, Mifune has trained his physical body to such an extent that this makes sense as he has only trained his body since he has no access to any energy abilities, powers, or techniques. He's also a Banshee in Shadow fall and as strong as high 0 tiers.
