Here is how this is gonna work
Alright, I'll make this fairly simple, below you should list all of this in your Character Share Board.

Thus, it would probably look like this
"Name: (Character Name)
App Link: (Put Link to App)
Players: (PUT THE PROFILE + NAMES OF PEOPLE WHO CAN RP THEM)"

Code:

"[b]Name: [/b](Character Name)
[b]App Link: [/b](Put Link to App)
[b]Players: [/b](PUT THE PROFILE + NAMES OF PEOPLE WHO CAN RP THEM)"

You'd probably repeat that process per character and you could add your own fancy title.

In addition to that?

There would probably need some sort of RP Sample for people who aren't pre-approved by the owner of the character, but want to try out. So it would probably be the same as the Canon RP Samples. They'd need to make an RP Sample, the person in control of it would determine rather it's good or not and then they'd be placed in that rooster of control.

Thus, as long as your Character Sub Thread has the above information, you can customize/style/organization your character sub thread anyway you please.

Alright, the idea of this board is fairly simple. The Character Substitution board is a place where members can list the approved or requested people whom can role play their characters. This will essentially cover those who take a temp leave, leave the site, cannot role play against themselves or just to see what would happen amongst their group of characters. Such as, in this example, you could get two of your main characters to duke it out if you could have someone either make an RP Sample to play him/her or find someone that you could pre-approve for the whole thing.
