Psycho Tech is a technical and chemical development store created by Sasuke Uchiha. In the past he has been extremely interested by vast changes through evolution due to which he created a store that would show and sell all of his creations. Each of which, original in their own way and forged after extensive research and development.
Owner(s): Sasuke Uchiha But represented by Haruka Kaito
Notes:
The store will sell any thing developed by Sasuke Uchiha! But the person that represents the store within Karakura is Haruka.
Currently he hasn't developed any thing but once he does ill update.

Ulqui, do you know what you're asking for? You're asking for a store to help Shadowfall, karakura's greatest enemy, to be made in its own square. Just... no. Think about it. Seriously? Cuz that's f#cked up. Sorry, but you can't make this in the market like this, so I have to deny it for now; but you can change within 3 days if there is anything else you'd like to turn it into. After that, moving to denied.
